"Arrived onsite for a ice machine that is not producing ice. Upon arrival I found out unit into diagnostics and found that the Recirculation pump not working but found that all other functions work. I replaced the pump and tested again and found no change, I gained access to both renderings of the machine harness and tested it with my meter and found it good. Which leads me to believe that the main control may not be sending voltage to the pump . I and ordering the control and transformer. I found the customer is actually having frost build up in the freezer and water leaking from the filter head. I inspected the unit and work area. I found condensation around the fridge air baffle, I found the right side door gasket is torn and not sealing. I found the filter head leaking water steadily. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the air baffle opening and closing, I found the defrost heater coming on. I found the right side of the freezer door is not closing properly due to the slide not pulling closed. Arrived onsite for microwave/oven combo not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found display constantly cycling showing unit loosing power and restarting. Jolly unit from wall. Supply voltage checked good. Noticed that console was restarting and loosing power but oven and microwave lights never dimmed or lost power. Seems to be isolated tot he console. Arrived onsite to replace failed glass cooktop . While replacing inspected burners and found RF burner also failed. This is more than likely what caused the heat fracture to begin with. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice and cooling issue. Upon arrival, I found the evaporator fully filled with frost and the unit had elevated temperatures, causing ice production to cease. Testing of the defrost element circuit revealed and open load and it will need to be corrected after the customer defrosts the unit. The defrost thermistor read 23.35 K with the evaporator encased in ice and was a likely correct reading. The evaporator fan was 99.9 . I tested the circuit at P2-7 to N and found it provided line VAC only when called for. I advised the customer to allow the unit to stand with the doors ajar for 48 hours and also with the placement of towels to catch any overflow. We will return with the required parts. I corrected the dispenser dripping after pause issue as well. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11581973 (FC Harness (Fuses Included)) and 1 W11546610 (Heater)"

"KUIX305ESS1 Arrived to inspect no ice. The unit had all functions present, but the sealed system would not make heat on the high side, nor cold on the low and was verified running. I found debris from tubing failure in the back corners of the chassis, under the evaporator and determined the unit will require the compressor, service port, non-dye drier and evaporator plate assy.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed. I found the element illuminating in the back right corner vent area and the unit getting hot. The unit is stacked and I pulled the right side out to gain access to the vent tube at the back of the unit. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow and found the the first two tests failed (photos). I tested temps at the back of the unit inside the tubing and temps were within range. I removed the vent tube from the back of the unit and retested and the unit passed (photo). I found the vent goes directly outside and the tube was crimped at the tube going out of the unit. Using my borescope, I ran it down the tub to the outlet and didnt find any obstructions. I adjusted the tube and re-routed the tubing and re-installed it to the unit and retested. The test passed on the first try. I put the unit back in its space and retested and the test passed again. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found the leak in the middle of the pump. Replaced the pump and tested unit in diagnostics mode. No leaks detected during service. Found following errors on the unit F5E1 F9E2 F9E1 F9E4

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing and F20 (no water detected) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes not complete cycles and leaves the clothes completely sopping wet. Ran into diagnostics and did confirm the error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found that the hot water was not drying in enough water causing the failure. Removed the back hose and found rocks and debris inside of the hot water valve. Replaced the water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to fill a lot better but was still weak. I removed the hot water hose from the machine and turned the water line on into a bucket. Found reduced water pressure coming from the wall. I did explain that the customer would need to have that checked out due to potential continual issues with any hot water cycles. The customer was aware of the pressure differences between hot and cold lines. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles and has water at the bottom of the tub. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit nonresponsive. Took apart the machine and verified voltage going to the control but found the control not sitting voltage anywhere else. Measured resistance on the drain pump and found 16.9 ohms. I did advise the customer that they would need a new motor control/main control for repair.

"Arrived on site and customer says they are experiencing off-balance loads. Ran washer empty and it did not vibrate excessively. Customer provided a load of sheets and when loaded correctly it is spinning normally. Showed customer the difference between when things are loaded correctly and when they are loaded off balance. Did not find any other issues with washer and sent multiple videos to KB/service management of washer spinning properly, job complete

Arrived onsite and tested unit for intermittent ignition problem. Adjusted ignition stem . Tested and found likely cause to be pan shorting the arc to ground before reaching the bake manifold. Advised accordingly. Unit is now operating as designed.

Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed except in spin mode, the unit began to make a loud screeching noise. "NX58H9500WS/AA Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the igniter registering in the M range and tested the supply voltage. The unit provided line VAC to the hot surface igniter and I removed and replaced it. All functions resumed normal operation and the unit heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing correctly. Test unit and found damaged hinges and inner door and outer panel.

Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise when on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After disassembly of unit I found one rear and one front rollers r failin. When i examined the liner and gaskets for issues, i found large gaps in the lower mullion. This was causing the door gaskets to have gaps and not be able to seal. I Extract the broken screws out of the office holders and found that Orifice underneath the cooktop, i reused the orifice and taped and installed Screws. I examined the unit for a defrost issue based on the customer finding water around unit. I examined the harness and heater components and found the defrost thermistor was almost fully unplugged, and not in the correct position per service manual. Adjusted and zip tied to keep in proper position. Call complete. Customer will follow up if issue returns, and I advised them to leave it in a state of failure to get a full diagnostic."

Turn the unit on and immediately heard a crackling sound as the drum was turning. Remove the front panel and found a screw nut wedged between the felt liner and the front bulk head assembly. Remove the abstraction from the dryer and reassembled. I tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and did confirm the customers complaint. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Removed the back cover and tested all heating components. Found the thermal cut off open. Replaced the thermal cut off but did explain to the customer that the thermal cut off generally opens due to an airflow issue. Checked the customer venting system and found it venting into a Lowes bucket. I did advise them that if they continue to have issues, the most likely issue is their venting and that they will need to update their venting according to their owners manual installation instructions. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is still frosting up. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=41.5 on setting of 40 degrees. I found condensation built up on the bottom of FC section and customer advised that they have felt cold air at the top of the door. I inspected the door gasket, as it was adjusted at previous service call and found no gaps at the top or along the sides. I placed my flashlight inside the FC section at the bottom and closed the door. I found a large gap in between the gasket and mullion. I took several photos of the gap with the door closed, using a straight edge and found condensation built up on the bottom of the FC section at the door opening (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of previous service, todays complaint and my findings. TJ provided a text message to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. TJ advised the file would be sent for review and provided an SR#7735269932. I advised the customer thst someone from the manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution to the issue. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite to perform recommendations per tech line. Cleared lines with nitrogen. Replaced compressor and dryer. Pulled 15 minute vacuum and held. Charged per spec and powered unit. Compressor is running and pressure is ideal at 0/125 psi. Unit is cooling. Recommended customer place a bottle of water in the freezer compartment. Arrived on site for dryer stuck in sensing mode. Upon arrival confirmed units thermal fuse that had been previously replace had blown. Customer stated they had gotten dryer vent cleaning done a few cycles after unit had been used and after failure. Used vent tester kit and verify there is no pressure buildup or clogs in the wall and replace fuse. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and has a large amount of condensation in it. Examined unit and found moisture all over the ceiling of the RC, and on the ice box area. When I closed the door I noticed the mullion was not hitting. Found it was not making any contact with the closer, and the flipper was staying folded, allowing a 12 inch air gap between the doors. I corrected the level of the unit and right door to allow the flipper to contact the closer properly. This should resolve the moisture and no ice due to temp. Advised ice should return within 24 hours. Unit passed all diagnostic tests, and icemaker does properly cycle. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for intermittently not igniting consistently. Determined the bake ignitor stem needed to be adjusted to widen the arc for more consistent ignition. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. No charge CB status.

"WRS325SDHW08 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit had frosted the evaporator while awaiting parts and I steamed the frost away. The heater circuit had a plug that had disconnected likely due to the excessive freezing and I corrected and replaced the harness and thermistors. Further testing showed all systems operational. I leveled and squared the unit and corrected dispenser drip, which was staining the front of the unit. Operator test good, no leaks observed during service."

"GI0FSAXVY012 Arrived to inspect no ice. I discussed the issuer with the customer and found it had produced since our last visit, but only a very few times. The evaporator fan was running, but not the compressor and I suspected it was in defrost upon my arrival. RC temperature was 38?F, ice room 12? and FC temperature 2?. Due to the defrost operating, I had to wait until it completed for testing. After defrost completed, I verified line VAC present to the ice maker and jumping L to V showed no water flow or sound from the valve. I removed the cover from the valve area and found the connector had dislodged. I corrected the connector issue and tested. The unit operated as designed and filled the ice maker to an acceptable level. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

Per service pointer W11636633, attempted to contact whirlpool but they are currently experiencing technical difficulties and was advised to contact next business day. "Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that is not lighting any burners, except center. Examined unit and found this model has the free floating burner caps that do not lock onto the burners. Showed customer that the caps have to be positioned over the electrodes, otherwise the spark just hits the bottom of the burner head. Positioned caps and was able to get all burners to light. Unit working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for leaking water from filter area. Upon arrival inspected unit and found fracture on water valve. Need to replace valve. Replaced valve W11482383. Test unit and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the entry point for the cabinet heat loop had a very slight leak at the factory swedged joint. I cut out the affected area and corrected the issue. I vacuumed, tested and charged the system and it cooled as designed. I corrected the dispenser drip and tested. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for How to Use the Humidity Control or Energy Saver Feature. Upon arrival customer showed me that the issue is there is frozen condensation inside freezer near top left corner of FC door. Found the FC door gasket is not sealing properly. Used heat gun to reshape gasket. Door is now sealing correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite to replace failed control. Replaced control and tested. Unit is operating under recommended settings. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found it making a loud vibration noise again. I disassembled the unit and retested and found the vent tubing inside the unit was making the noise. I tightened the motor mount screws and tightened all screws on the vent tubing and adjusted the sealing pads and retested. Unit is quieter at this point. I reassembled the unit and retested and the unit was quiet for a short period of time. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit is vibrating against the chassis. I demonstrated for the customer by pushing the unit back where they keep it and hearing the noise then pulling the unit out away from the wall and moving the vent tube off the unit and it got quiet. Advised customer that, at this point, theres nothing more to be done to the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not heating the right front burner. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint but did find all other burners working. Disassembled the cooktop and found the element open. Replaced the element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a door not opening and closing properly. Found lft hing not fully installed and reinstalled hinges properly. All is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave with a light not working. Found interior light bulb failed and replaced ot. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site for vent hood inspected unit and work area. Found clip broken. Replaced it with new one and tested unit is now operating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found lock assembly not registering door position. Replaced lock assembly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
