"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that had still not resumed cooling / had a hanging freezer light. Attached new housing, but bulb broke coming out. Ordering a new bulb and lens to resolve the light issue. When I checked the unit, there was no airflow in the RC. FC had ice back on the evap cover. I could not get the evap fan to turn on, which was the root of the icing issues in the FC, and lack of cool in the RC. Ordering a new fan, grommets, and control to resolve the issues with cooling, and this should fully resolve. The door had several outer panel adjusters broken and the mounting hardware for the panel requires replacement due to over tightening. The lower hinge will require replacement and the door is too heavy to be held in place by one tech. Office to schedule return service for two hours and with a helper tech. GCO. "WFG525S0JZ0 Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the unit would cycle off the bake at about 170?F and I removed and replaced the igniter after verifying all connects were correct. The issue was still present and further testing revealed the unit would ignite the bake for about a minute and then switch to broil for about half the time and then back to bake. This action was erratic and it would ether stop at this point with bake still showing in the DRO, or try ignition a few more times and then stall out. I verified the main control was sending line VAC to either the bake or broil section of the ignition control and isolated the issue to the main control. I found two of the burner plate screws W11233072 damaged and they will need to be installed upon return as well. Office to re-order the main control p/n W11159621 and contact the customer to arrange return service. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11159621 (Main Control) and 2 W11233072 (Screw)s"

I pulled the unit and tested voltage. I found both line 1 and line 2 had good voltage. I found the connections on the control board loose. I removed them cleaned the connections and made sure they were properly attached. I ran a bake cycle and found no fluctuation in the voltage. I reset the time on the control. I noticed the clock is set to auto hid. I changed it out of that setting, I found the setting not sticking and the unit clock kept turning off. Indicating an issue with the control.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven with streaks. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out streaks in the metal on the control panel (photo). After looking at the control panel and the tile in the backsplash behind the unit, I found the streaks are actually the light reflecting off of the tile onto the control panel. I demonstrated to the customer by placing my black towel on the tile and the glare went away. When I removed my towel, the streaks were back. Customer advised that their inspector found the oven to be 25 degrees to cold and the builder calibrated the unit 25 degrees. I recalibrated the unit back to 0 and tested using my multimeter and thermal coupler. I found that at 350 degrees at preheat, the unit is right on with my multimeter as it read 352 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings. No repairs needed at this time. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the pantry UI not responding. I opened the pantry UI and found it corroded and the wiring damaged. I gained access to the hv control and tested the temperature sensors. I found the fresh food section evaporator sensor is not reading properly. The pantry UI is one of 3 controls that determine defrost in the unit and with it being out and the fresh food sensor being out the unit cannot go through defrost. In order to fix the unit the door, pantry UI and rc evaporator thermistor need to be replaced.

"Upon arrival the unit was flashing F28. I found the strainer completely full of debris and after removing, was able to drain the unit via jump cord. I inspected the MCU for any visible damage and finding none, reassembled it and tested. The unit had F28 and F21 stored and then entered the service mode test. The unit filled and tumbled, noting an excessive amount of sudsing, likely due to over-detergenting. I allowed the unit to run through three additional service mode tests and all passed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect code. I entered service test mode and found F3E1, F9E1, F5E2 and F8E3 appeared and the unit went into flood stage and ran the drain pump for an extended period. Test mode cycle revealed no excessive detergent and passed. I performed a physical test of the water level sensor harness and found it showed perfect continuity through movement and stress tests. I replaced the water level sensor and tested the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the toeplate and found dry water stains on the floor under the unit just below the diverter housing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Once the water dispensed and the motor turned on, the water began to leak from the diverter housing (photo). When I went to cancel the testing, the cancel key failed. I found a liquid substance in the display of the control. I advanced through testing until the drain pump came on. Once done during the water, I advanced the rest of testing. I advised the customer to not use the unit as it will continue to leak. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no functions and the upper oven door locked. Once I was able to get the door opened, I pulled the unit out and tested the fuse and found it bad. Removed and replaced the fuse and tested and unit failed to heat. I removed and replaced the thermostat and retested and unit is operating as designed. I did find that the clock will not set and the control panel is discontinued. I advised the customer that the clock does not operate but the ovens are operating properly. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately after it turned on, it began to make a loud screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). A.so found the back rear rollers seized to the axles due to the debris, as was the tension pulley. Found the belt was beginning to wear and fray. I removed all rollers and the tension pulley and cleaned the axles and replaced the mentioned parts. Cleaned the lint from the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is tripping the breaker as soon as the customer flipped the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit banging as soon as the electrical is turned on. Disassemble to unit and found the left front light box Had burned up and grounded causing the issue. I attempted to look up the parts and found that the light boxes were wired in a series circuit so we were unable to splice the wiring and the light box discontinued. The customer attempted to find an aftermarket light box so we can still repair but was unsuccessful as well.

"Arrived onsite for dryer turning off prematurely in sensor dry functions. Customer stated all sensor cycles stop prematurely leaving closes still wet. Tested unit and found stored error code F4E5, F4E3 pertaining to poor air flow. Customer stated he recently had ventilation cleaned. Cleared codes and tested. Again error 4/3 surfaced. Found lint trap full of lent and also the external duct kinked. Cleared trap and adjusted unit out just slightly. Tested again and had no codes. Unit is large capacity and just fits in the laundry space provided. This is leading to kinked duct. If moved out more that 1-2 inches it will interfere with laundry door opening. Customer will monitor. No codes for failed sensor present.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing error codes and will not complete cycles intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has progressively gotten worse over the last two years but theyve been limping at a long sense. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (communication issue ACU to UI), F3 E1 (water level system fault), F8 E1 (long/no fill detected during fill), and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. Remove the back cover and checked the pressure hose and pressure down. Blew through the pressure hose with my finger at the end of it to check for any leaks. Found the pressure hose holding pressure and the pressure dome not clogged with any debris. Found no water leaks on the bottom side of the tub indicating the pressure holding up to the pressure switch. Advise the customer we would need to replace the control and pressure switch for repair.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing in the deli drawer. Upon inspection I found that the drain tube was clogged causing the Evap to freeze because the melt water stays in the drain pan and freezes. Upon further inspection I found that evap fan was not operating causing the cold air not to circulate which is why the rc would not get below 50*. I cleared the drain tube and I installed new fan and found that the new fan ran. Before leaving I checked the heating element with my meter and found that it was good. Job complete
