Found massive air gap in bottom right corner by door hinge, where lower horizontal million appears to be shifted left, tucked into liner, and gapping on the right, possible due to damage. I removed residual ice from within the evaporator and advised the customer on the importance of ensuring the doors are fully closed to prevent air leaks into the chassis. "Arrived onsite for WAS FLASHING F3 F5 WASN'T FINISHING A CYCLE, STOPPED MID CYCLE WITH WATER INSIDE AND FLASHED ER. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F5-E1 lid switch lid is up, F8-E6 water hazard, F5-E3 lid will not unlock, F2-E1 UI stuck button. Ran load test for all components and all test passed. Ran a quick cycle and the unit operates correctly. I believe the lid was not closed correctly and not allowing cycle to proceed/ complete. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for continued issues for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit and found entire evaporator from about 4 inches around heater was iced up. All area around heater is perfectly thawed. Removed all ice from evaporator and dried evaporator. Test unit and all components operate correctly. I believe that all ice from previous repair was not completely removed causing ice to continue forming on evaporator. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water fill cup on ice maker is blocked with ice causing water to overflow over the top of ice cup into the ice bin. Cleared ice from icemaker fill cup. Arrived onsite for ice smelling. On inspection there was a gel like substance in the ice cube tray. Clean it up in checked the supply line in the water had a film on it once we filled a pitcher up. Customer is going to call the water softener company and have do a inspection on their system.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon inspection I found that door harness was good. I double checked the splice done by other tech and found it good. However, when he puts the unit at 10?F, his ice cream begins to thaw And soften. Took a temperature of the right hand side freezer and found the freezer sitting at 11?F indicating proper temperature. I did explain to the customer that higher temperatures in the freezer can cause the ice cream to soften but that it will not cause his other items to thaw out. I told him that it may take longer for items to freeze inside that freezer and advised him to put that freezer back down to 0?F. Otherwise, the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that there was only 120v at the wall. Upon further inspection I found that the breaker had propped Partially. I reset the brakes and found that voltage then returned to normal 240v. I tested the unit several time and one with the customer present and found that the unit is now operating as designed. "KRFF507HPS03 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised me that the unit took four days to cool. I tested temperatures and found the FC at 8?F and the RC at 34. Gaining access to the lower unit area, I could hear a moderate surging of refrigerant within the system and thermography revealed a large, but even temperature drop of 20?F from the high side discharge of 136? to the condenser entry point of 116?, likely denoting a low charge. I entered the system and found high side at 81psi and the low in 13 of vacuum with probable confirmation of the charge issue. I evacuated the system and then vacuumed to 410 microns and monitored. The vacuum very slowly inclined and I suspected moisture within the system and re-vacuumed for an additional 20 minutes. This time the vacuum held and I charged with the MFG prescribed 56g of refrigerant. The unit started cooling and the high side heat was better balanced and as expected for this chassis. I found the ice bin gasket was badly folded in at the inner edge and after flipping the gasket, found the ice maker housing fascia was not fully seated. I squared and leveled the chassis and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
