I attempted several times to connect the unit to WiFi and it failed each time. Following the tech sheet, I found the control panel will need to be replaced. I advised the customer that the control panel is currently out of stock at the manufacturer with no ETA. Customer advised they would contact the manufacturer and see about getting it directly from them. I recommended that if they were able to get one, to contact our office when they receive it and schedule service. "Arrived onsite for not draining. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F8-E1 long fill, F0-E3 over load, F7-E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal, F7-E6 motor circuit open. Ran automatic cycle and unit filled and drained correctly. Unit then agitated and spun correctly. Found that on any dial selections such as normal, quick wash, and drain and spin the unit stays stuck on sensing. Need to replace control. Ordering control; ordrng 1 W11513246 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit attempts to turn on but then shuts off and pauses and will not continue forward. Did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to spend the basket by hand. Found that the basket would not move. Disassembled the unit And found the rear bulkhead broken in multiple places and not attached to the rear panel. Found that attempting to lift the basket out of the dryer was nearly impossible due to the bulkhead and the drum being stuck together. The unit will need a full rebuild for repair and the office will need to contact the extended warranty about potential alternate resolution due to the cost of repair. Ordered all parts potentially needed for the repair including the wire harness, rear Boquet assembly, drum, roller shafts, screws, nuts, light bulb bracket, motor, belt, and cabinet. "WTW6120HW2 Arrived to inspect error code. I found F7E1 and F0E7 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket was in the front right corner of the chassis and undoubtedly making contact with the inside of the chassis during spin ramp up, causing off balance triggering. The suspension was questionable as well and will require replacement. During spin test, I could hear a loud screech and found the belt had started to stretch, enough I could rotate it by hand in the pulleys, belt will require replacement as well. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer with burning odors. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could smell so,etching burning from the element. I pulled the unit out and found a large amount of lint on the back panel. Removed the back panel and found more lint on the element housing and other components at the back (photo). I removed the element and found the middle metal plate badly cracked and lint inside the element. I vacuumed the lint from the back of the unit and replaced the element (photos). Cleaned the back panel and re-installed it. Cleaned the inside of the unit (before&after photos) and reassembled the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. I provided the before & after photos to the customer. I recommended they have their vents checked/cleaned before using unit to vent further damage. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is showing f3e1 when in use. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics test and found that the code was present I power cycled unit and tested again and found no charge. I then explained to the customer that the code was for the water pressures/levels sensor and I must replace the control to solve the issue because the sensor is integrated with the control. I installed new control and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leak job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside the unit and on the element (before photo). I tested the element and found it has continuity. I tested the thermostat and cutoff and both were good. I removed the element and found the middle metal plate had a crack in it and was badly warped. I replaced the element and cleaned the lint from the unit (after photo) and tested. I found the thermostat was bad. I replaced it and retested and unit is operating as designed. Theres a short in the harness somewhere and its not available to get. I tried tracking the short but was not successful. Advised customer of my findings.

Using my shop vac, I removed the water and checked the main control and found the service LED off. I tested the drain pump,and found it had shorted out and shorted out the control. Found brown wire going to defrost heater was pulled out of the connector. Straightened terminal and refit. Tested unit and verified proper readings and that defrost heater is working properly. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound when in use. The customer advised that the unit has only been run one time and began making a crazy grinding sound at the end of the cycle in which they stop the unit all together. Turn the unit on and could hear that cam stripping on the bottom. Checked underneath the unit and found that the cam bolt had become detached from the cam. Reattach the bolt with some Loctite antacid the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designs. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking out of the back. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was leaking after they ran a comforter and quilt inside of the washroom. He did advise that the unit went off balance and leaked pretty heavily. Took off the back panel and did find water residue seemingly coming from the vent at the top. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed with no leaks present during operation. The customer and I went ahead and ran a quick wash cycle for 20 minutes and found the unit running through every single portion of the wash cycle without leaking as well. I did advise the customer it is possible that because the unit went so far off-balance, when it was spinning it may have shot water through the vent and caused the leak. The customer advised that was probably the situation as well just because we could not replicate any failures running through all the testing. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a range that wont ignite in the left oven. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint in and checked all connections to the spark module. Found all connections were good but found a burn mark on the spark module DSI board. Replaced the DSI board and tested the unit. The left oven began to work and operate as designed. The customer also had complained about the flames inside the oven and on the burners themselves. Took a part two of the burner orifices and found that the unit had not been converted from natural gas to propane as the customer was on propane gas. I explained that they would need to have the unit converted by a plumber. Otherwise the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm that the washer had been full of water and was attempting to drain but water was not leaving the unit. Disconnected power and checked underneath the unit. Found the drain pump registering 19.5 ohms of resistance indicating a good drain pump. Found all wires were connected underneath with no split wires of any kind. Found that the customer was on a closed drain at the wall and attempted to remove the closed drain clamps. As soon as I went to remove the drain hose found water shooting out of the PVC pipe indicating some sort of blockage in the drain pipe itself. I did advise the customer that the issue appears to be with her drain inside of the home not with the actual washer. Advise the customer to have a plumber come out to fix their draining situation for full resolution. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a gasket issue. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the gasket is not the issue but that she has several problems with her refrigerator since it was installed two weeks ago. One issue is the leveling of the unit as the unit rocks back-and-forth when the doors are opened. I found that the rollers had not been adjusted to the leveling of the kitchen. The second issue was that the icemaker wasnt put in right and was leaning causing ice cubes to dump out all over the freezer. The last issue was with her refrigerator door swinging all the way open and not catching anywhere. Found the issue with the refrigerator door due to the door being flipped to the other side but the door stop bracket not being swapped as well. Went ahead and fixed all three issues and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that in not heating. Upon inspection/testing I found that the cutoff & heating element showing open. I replaced them and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Prior to replacing compressor inspected evap and found oil on lower right side. This indicates a refrigerant leak in coil. Evap cannot be repaired. Informed customer on findings and documented oil in sd pics.

Arrived on site for ice building up in bottom of fresh food section . Found ice building up around air hole for crisper air . No frost build up in freezer. Ran diagnostics. Dampener door is operating normally. Found blockage in air channel in liner . Unable to tell if its a temporary ice blockage or collapsed air channel. Recommended customer shut fridge down 24-48 hours and if blockage returns then is an air channel issue and non repairable. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave error code. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and when I pressed start, the display showed the open/close door error. I removed and replaced the interlock kit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for oven not heating correctly. On inspection found the oven temperature range from 340? to 380? . I found that the unit heats up slow and cools down slow. Customer will call us after Christmas if the oven does not preform properly they will call back. Informed customer to let the oven heat for 25 minutes before trying to cook in it.

"Arrived on site for dryer making a squealing noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and could hear a squeak. I gained access to the tensioner pulley and found it filled siezed. I installed the repair kit and tested the unit. It is now working with no squeal.

Arrived on site for wall oven not reaching temperature. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the bake element and found it not coming on. I gained access to the hidden bake element and found it open. I removed the failed element and replaced it with new. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found the bake element coming on and the unit preheating properly

"Arrive onsite for a wash that is leaking from the front of the unit. Upon inspection I found that the bellow clamp had come loose, I reinstalled it after checking the bellow for any damage and dining none. I tested unit and found no leaks after repair. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a range with both front burner not operating properly. Upon inspection I found that the Orifices were where clogged. Upon further inspection I found that the Screws that hold down the burner heads rusted. it was at this point the customer decided she would like to replace the unit. Job complete

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the thermostat and when I went to replace the blower, I found the part ordered was for the lower oven and not the upper oven. After researching the upper oven blower, I found it out of stock with no ETA. I advised the customer of my findings and they advised that they cant hear the noise, if any, that the blower is making. Customer advised to not worry about the blower noise as long as its functioning properly, which it is. Job completed."

Arrived on site for dead dishwasher . Found DW was turned off at the sink switch . Tuned switch on and dishwasher powered up . No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived onsite for burners not functioning. Upon arrival tested unit. Found front dual burners not cycling properly. Small burners are functioning properly. Appears both dual switches are malfunctioning. Customer also mentioned an F29 code. This code is however not present in the manual. There could be an intermittency with the control.

"Arrived on site and found dryer is not heating, inspected incoming power and found one leg is only showing 10 V, the other is showing 120V. Showed homeowner incoming power is not correct and an electrician will be needed to correct issue
