When I removed the dryer from the exterior vent I retested the dryer and found air flow drastically improved. Indicating the exterior vent has some kind of restriction or the exterior vent is not opening. The exterior vent needs to be inspected to ensure it has proper air flow for the dryer. Job complete.

I removed the back panel and retested and found the the noise coming from the blower wheel. I removed the lint chute assembly and found where the blower wheel is rubbing on the chute. Cleared the code and using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit. The first 2 tests failed (photos). I checked the vent that goes outside and its a direct shot from the unit to outside and it is clear. I pulled the unit out and remove the vent tube at the back of the unit and found a large amount of lint inside. Removed the lint and using my borescope, I scoped the vent pipe inside the unit and the vent going outside and both are clear (photos). I re-installed the vent tube to the unit and retested and unit vent test passed (photo). I advised the customer of my testing and findings and adjustments. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is no longer heating, but took multiple cycles to dry prior. Examined unit and found the cutoff open, thermal fuse open as well. Replaced both parts and tested. Also found a bra wire in the heating element, causing it to ground. After testing verified unit working as designed. Unit is also not venting well, restricted airflow due to clogged vents. Advised unit is now working, but vents must be cleaned or issue will repeat. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher leaking water from underneath it. I found no errors codes stored in the control. I found the float switch drip pan installed upside down and the brass elbow adapter only hand tight at the fill valve causing the leak. I took a pic of both. Arrived onsite for a dryer not heating. I found the dryer working as designed. The issue is there was lint blowing out of the back of the dryer because the vent hose came off at the dryer. The vent hose is also ripped where it connects to the house and it is to short to cut off and reconnect.

Arrived on site for a washer that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. My customer advised of the unit which water all over their floor when they were washing some bedding material and had cause the sink next to it to fill up with water as well. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the drain portion of the cycle. Found that the standpipe at the wall was backing up and overflowing leaking water onto the floor and causing the sink next to the washer to fill up with water as well. Did explain to the customer that the issue is not with the washer but with their drain pipe being clogged. Advised the customer that they will need to fix their draining issue for full resolution. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage at the terminal block and found 36.7 V from line 1 to neutral, 120 V from line to the neutral and 90.1 V going from line 1 to line 2. Went to check voltage at the plug and found the unit turn on. Found arcing going on inside of the plug potentially causing the issue. The customer also explained that the timer was not advancing prior to the no power issue. Did verify the timer would not advance when I was able to get the unit to start. Found the timer itself was bad. Replaced the timer and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the unit leaking out the door. Inspected the interior of the door and found water splashing out. I inspected the bottom door seal and found it in good condition. I inspected the lower spray arm and found it split spray water where its not supposed to. I installed the new spray arm. I tested the unit and found everything cycling properly.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found there is no power showing on display. How are is good at terminal block removed front panel to inspect control board

"Arrived to inspect no power. I found the foam block above the upper cooling fan appeared to be incorrectly placed during manufacture and after time, it fell and was drawn into the blower, stopping upper blower rotation and subsequent cooling. I found the thermal fuse open and after removing and replacing, the unit would not power up. I verified both L1 and L2 to the expected contact points and did find 32.6 and 12.7 VDC at the connector for the UIs VFD at points 1-7 and 1-8, respectively. None of the MFG documentation listed the voltages for the UI and I elected to contact the technical assistance line, MFG tech Steve,SR#7735385509. I advised the of the initial findings and that there were no low VDC voltages published, required to diagnose the no power issue as being the main control or the UI. The tech contacted engineering and they could not provide the required documentation. The MFG tech recommended replacing the user interface and the main control. Due to the voltages found, I suspected the UI to be the issue. The customer is going to discuss with family members and may contact the MFG due to fears of other issues, and will contact us if they elect to have us instal the UI.

Arrived on site to reinstall oven door. Found tabs were not locked into the door. I was able to reset them and get the door reinstalled. Door did not have to be disassembled. Call complete.

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit was not cooling and tapping the system revealed 4 of vacuum after the system was balanced and 19 of vacuum with 71 psi while running and after settling for 10 minutes. I exposed both evaporators and found no signs of leaks or dye. The back of the unit had evidence of a cabinet cold spot two inches below the control board cover, at the right lower corner. The appearance of the evaporated condensate was more recent in appearance and the cabinet was not corroded, but the amount of internal cabinet cooling must have been substantial due to the size of the affected area and amount of condensate that had ran down the back of the unit and onto the lower unit cover. I contacted the MFG tech line and spoke with tech Andrew. I advised of my findings and was given file #7735380595 The tech agreed with my findings, but due to MFG constraints, had to require pressure testing. I isolated the suspected affected section and found no issue at 140 psi. I elected to isolate the Yoder and found a leak and contacted the MFG a second time. I spoke with tech Adrian and advised the yoder isolation showed 6 psi of drop in 5 minutes. The unit has been submitted for review and the customer will be contacted for further instructions. No leaks observed

"Arrived on site for microwave, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was no heating. Tested unit and it was snot heating. Pulled unit out from cabinet and found that the was plug was directly in the middle of the cavity and when the unit was installed is bending the plug and causing it not to have the correct voltage when in use for mag to activate. Advised customer to move outlet and run the plug t it. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that has unusual odor. Found loose connection at pump causing damage to wiring. Repaired wiring and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced cam and control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Found wiring at fc hinge broken and repaired wiring. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found

"Arrived onsite and found unit not drying because it could not exhaust due to slinky duct which had filled with water blocking all airflow. Removed water, determined that the the dryer would exhaust that far after water removed, advised that the unit should have the duct cleaned by building maintenance to repeat poor airflow symptom. Advised on findings and repair."

Arrived onsite for no cool complaint and found refrigerator operating as designed . Customer had experienced soft ice cream and thawing food at one time and hi freezer temp. Advised customer that if pattern occurs control may be shorting.

Arrived on site and inspected washer found drain pump catch is Full of pocket debris after clearing. Washer will complete by diagnostic cycle. Customer says clothes are hot when cycle completes and found waterlines are swapped. After collecting ran a quick wash cycle and it completed properly. Job complete
