Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the freezer not getting cold again and not making ice. I found the FC only getting to 31 degrees. I found the RC at 37 degrees and working as designed. I shut the unit down and set the 3 way to home position and found equalized pressures at 30 psi. I ran service test 4 and found the RC pressures at 10 psi low side and 140 psi high side. I found the FC low side pressure fluctuating between 6 and -10 psi and the high side fluctuating between 155 and 170 psi. I could hear the refrigerant flow stopping and starting thru the FC evaporator. In step 3 of test 4 the compressor pulled down to a 21 psi vacuum. I blew nitrogen thru the FC capillary tube and made sure it was clear. I replaced the drier and the 3 way valve. I vacuumed the system and it held vacuum for 45 minutes. I charged the system with 5.50 ozs of R134A. I ran test 4 again and tested pressures. RC low side 10 psi and high side 140 psi. FC low side 3 psi and high side 150 psi. The pressures were good but I could not hear a good refrigerant flow to the FC evaporator. I explained to the customer to monitor the FC temp with a thermometer and let us know how it does. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a oven thats not going above 350 degrees. After speaking with the customer they stated they had a new build inspection and the inspector stated the oven was not getting hot enough. I tested the oven at 350 degrees and found from the fourth to the sixth cycle the oven was getting too hot and averaging 357 degrees. I put a -5 degree offset in the control and tested. The ovens average temp was at 351 degrees. The oven is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for no power to the ice machine. On inspection when I pulled the unit out the power turn on the unit. When I moved the powe cord around the power would shut off. Gain access to the pump and tighten up the power cord connection. Reinstalled the unit back in the cabinet and it produced ice in about 20 minutes. Operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged; plugged it in and hit the cancel button on the control and shortly after the error code F910 appeared on the display and the door lock light was on. I unplugged the unit and tested the latch and it showed continuity. Plugged the unit back in and attempted to start a cleaning cycle and the unit failed. I advised the customer that the K901 relay on the control is welded and will need a new control. I am ordering the main control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. However, I found the screws were broken off in the old holder and I did not have any screws sent with me today. I removed the cooktop and was able to get the broken screws out the orifice holder. I reassembled the unit and took a screw from the back left burner and placed it in the front left to hold it in place and make is usable until I can return with two new screws. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit was cooling but wasnt making very much ice and was above temperatures in both departments. Gained access to the back and found a leak at the return line from the condenser. Resealed the weld at the condenser line and attempted to charge the unit up with nitrogen. Found nitrogen holding at 125 psi for 20 minutes. Vacuum down the unit and found Dino pressure. Went to charge the unit and found the the R 600 kit I had was leaking from the shut off valve. Spoke to CS and was advised to attempt to charge the unit up anyway. Attempted to charge the unit and found that the compressor would not run. Found the compressor overloading indicating a closed refrigerant line. Bled out the system and attempted to re-weld the line. "Arrived onsite for Fnt Lft Burner Won't Turn Off / Hot Light On & On Light On . Upon arrival unit is unplugged. Restored power and Cooktop on and cooktop hot lights remain on continuous. Disconnected right left element and both lights continue lit. Contacted techline for assistance. Tech had me check voltage at p10 connector at control and am getting 120 from pin 2 to ground. Tech determined that the Infinite switch needs to be replaced. Tech gave SR# 7735414175. Also customer states that the oven does not maintain temperature after it is preheated. Test oven by preheating to 350 and got 361. Cycled unit and the low is 306, 350 average is 339. Control is not allowing me to get into calibration. Ran diagnostics and calibration shows is set to zero. I am getting a 20 degree difference from my thermocouple . Need to order and replace control and left front infinity switch. While in diagnostics I found that the gear case was making loud bearing noises, I tilted unit backwards and found no oil. Installed new parts and calibrated control to new gearcase. But after running a load of cloths the noise showed itself and was able to determine that it was caused by the cam I replace the the cam upon doing so I found dust from the belt so I replace the as well and then tested the unit and found that the noise was gone. Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a loud screeching noise when in spin upon arrival I was not able to duplicate the noise. But after running a load of cloths the noise showed itself and was able to determine that it was caused by the cam I replace the the cam upon doing so I found dust from the belt so I replace the as well and then tested the unit and found that the noise was gone. No leaks of any kind

Arrived onsite for a range that is showing keypad disconnected code. Upon arrival I found that the unit would not respond to my inputs I power cycled the unit and found no change. Upon further inspection I found all connectors at the control good and Secured. I then replace the control and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator with failing leds. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found failure in fc light and replaced it. Found light functionality restored. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for oven not heating correctly. On inspection I took the temperature of the oven. Set the oven to 350? and on the first time it heated up to 348? and cooled down to 317?. It never heated past 350?. I turn the breaker off for 1 minute and retested the heat, it went to 390? and cooled to 332? it did this 3 times, oven is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning. On inspection found belt was off the pulley. Found a cats toy under the washer that might have knocked the belt off the pulley. Unit operating as designed and No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. On inspection checked the thermal fuse, it was good. Looked at the heater it was good. Tested the voltage at the wall found 124 vac on L1 and 71 vac on L2. Customer got a new breaker and installed it. Tested unit and it is operating as designed."
