"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds during agitation and spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a video of the noise that the unit was making during those cycles. It sounded like the belt was slipping off the cam. Checked underneath the washer and did confirm that the cam was worn. Replaced the cam and tested the unit. The customer brought into oversized blankets for the testing. I did ask the customer if that was the load that was causing the issue. He advised that they do wash oversize blankets and towels in there and those specific cycles had been the ones that have caused the most issue. He advised that lighter loads the unit will not make any sound. I did advise the customer that whirlpool does not recommend washing oversized blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, or quilts in these washers. I did advise that the weight of the materials can put excess strain on his gear case and therefore make abnormal sounds. We ran the unit through a wash cycle and found the unit fill up near the top and agitate. The unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete."

Arrived on site for KitchenAid commercial style range oven door opening while in use and the cooktop burners going out when the door is opened. I inspected the unit and work area. I adjusted and replaced the front left burner head since it was hissing after a while of use. I checked the door and chassis alignment and found the location the latch it mounted to is slight bent inward allowing the latch to warp out of the way when the oven is heated up allowing the switch to disengage. I called techline and spoke to Kurt I advised him of my findings and because of the chassis damage the unit will need to be replaced.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is banging and walking when spinning. Examined unit and found its sitting in a drain dip in the floor, on several pieces of wood. I was able to situate the unit with leveling feet to get it to stop shaking. Advised customer has to put solid surface under the unit and feet, wood is going to shift and unit is going to move back into the dip and go off level. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the cold water valve pulling in very little water and found the unit having a hard time shifting between agitation and spin. Found when the unit was draining that the unit was siphoning water back in due to a closed drain. Advise the customer to get away from the closed drain and quoted the customer for the cold water valve and actuator.Ordering the water valve and will return with the shifter.

I tested the ice door and found it not sealing properly as there were dry water streaks around the opening of the door. I removed and replaced the ice door and retested and it is operating as designed. The customer pointed out that there is small pieces of ice at the opening of the ice maker fascia, which I found a piece the size of a dime on the right side the opening. Arrived onsite for a washer that is getting clothes stuck under the agitator and its causing the machine to error out. I found only the agitator spinning during the spin cycle and not engaging the basket. I found one side of the cam was not locked into the gear case and it caused the cams to jump past each other and not allow the teeth to mate and spin the basket. I installed the cam correctly and showed the customer it was working as I tested the machine. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the broil orfice and tested the unit. Found the unit taking 17 minutes to reach 300?F and 18 minutes to heat up to 470?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7735376311. He asked if I was trying to broil without preheating the oven on a bake cycle first. I advised him that I was. He explain that when the braille element has to heat up the entire cavity of the oven, it will take a pretty decent amount of time before the oven actually hits preheat on the broil. He explained that it could take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes to reach proper temperatures if the bake cycle has not preheated the oven for the broil cycle. He advised that based on all this information, the unit is working as designed and advise the customer to contact customer service for any other complaints. The customer stated that according to the owners manual, the owners manual advises that it should only take five minutes to preheat before the broiling is ready and to place the dish in the center of the oven on the top or middle racks. Andy advise that again, that would be advisable if the oven had already been preheated. That does not apply to when the unit has been off for an extended period of time. He advised to make no repairs. I advised the customer of Techlines findings and the customer is going to contact customer service for further assistance. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for Leaking from the Filter Area. Upon arrival inspected unit and found fractured valve. Uploaded pic to SD. Replaced valve W11482383 and used new connectors on tube. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time . Job complete

Arrived on site for wall oven fan motor rattling/making loud noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found panel coverings and lower vent motor mounting bracket making contact and causing noise. Readjusted coverings and found noise no longer present. Call complete
