"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could hear a metal clanking noise. When I stopped the unit, I could hear the blower wheel moving when it should have stopped with the drum. I disassembled the it and found the blower wheel broken free from its axle and the exhaust pipe loose. I removed and replaced the blower wheel and tightened the exhaust pipe and reassembled. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer shutting off too soon and clothes not drying. Upon further inspection, i tested the airflow using my vent test kit and the unit passed both tests. I tested the unit on the customer setting of Normal/Medium heat. While testing, I rubbed my fingers across the sensors and found the heat was not coming on as it should. Using a wet rag, I tested the sensors again and got the same results. I found the eco boost selection was on. Turned the eco boost off and retested and found the heat would turn on more frequently but would not stay on for very long. I removed the front panel and tested the coils and found them out of range. Removed and replaced the coils and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Tech mentioned Service pointer for similar unit to this one. Sp # W10622771. Tech recommended checking DSI ( main control) system. Tech said during operation the ground is opening up and not allowing gas valve to turn on. Remove bake burner tube clean ground and bend ignitor. Believes that ground is issue during heat expansion. Tech gave SR# 7735449070. Checked all grounds and and tested. Grounds are good. Checked gap between ignitor and burner tube per Service pointer and is larger than the recommended 1/4 . Adjusted ignitor to 1/4 gap and test unit. Pre heated oven and burner ignited every time on 1st spark. Watched unit cycle several times and ignites everytime on 1st click."

Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection found the FC was -2 and RC was 36 and the IM was not responding to test mode. I pulled the IM out looked to make sure the fill was not frozen. Did find a frozen fill tube. I dumped the ice that was in the tray retested the unit. Test worked this time it dumped and refilled the tray. I dumped the out and reran the test again. It dumbed the ice (water) and re filled the tray. Informed the customer to give it 24 hours to produce ice if not to call us back. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for simmer going out on dual burner. On inspection found the simmer would not ignite when turn to simmer on the cooktop. I could here the gas coming out of the orifice but it would not ignite. I saw the orifice was 57 I installed a 75 orifice in the unit. Now there is enough gas being pushed through the burner to ignite the simmer flame on the burner. The cooktop is operating as designed and no gas leak detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice properly and the RC drawers not opening correctly. I found the icemaker defective and replaced it. I found ice build up in the fill tube. I removed the ice and ran a fill test. I found the icemaker filling correctly and the fill valve not weeping. The drawers need to be lubricated. They are hard to open because the glides are dry. The bottom drawer jumped the track because of this and was stuck. Returning tech needs to check the icemaker and make sure the fill valve did not start weeping again when returning to grease the slides of all the RC drawers. I corrected the drawer. "Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine with low ice production. Examined unit and watched a slab drop. Slab was fairly thin and not full on the edges. When I watched the unit fill, I noticed a super slow trickling fill. Removed filter and fill was not improved. Recommended we replace valve, Replaced valve and verified reservoir is filling. Customer advised to get and run ice machine cleaner to remove scale on chill plate.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that the cutoff thermistor and the thermal fuse showing open. I replaced both and tested unit and found that nothing changed I tested the voltage and found that the was only 120vac at the wall. I went to check the breaker and found that they where not labeled, I then advised the customer to have to figure out with breaker the unit is on and have it reset for her. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. Installed the new switch according to SP W10365444. Once switch was installed the unit was making a jack hammer noise. I found that the power switch was wired backwards. Flipped the wires in retested the unit and it is operating as designed.

"Arrive on site for a wash that will not respond to touch. Upon arriving the customer inform us that this happened after a power outage in the area. We the put unit into diagnostics mode and found no codes and was able to run a full diagnostics cycle. The we ran the unit in quick wash and found the unit operating as designed. We the advised the customer that if this Situation should arise again that they should try doing a hard reset by Unplugging, or turning the unit off at the breaker and waiting for Add to power all the way down and then turn it back on again and test. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a broken heater. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the heater started to separate in the middle. "Arrived onsite for a washer not filling correctly and displaying an slow fill message. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E1, F3E2, F0E3, & F2E1. I tested the fill valve and found power to the cold side and it not opening. I found the hot side weeping. I replaced the valve and tested the washer. The washer is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately F2E1 came on the display. I cycled power at the breaker and placed the unit in diagnostics showing the error code. Cleared the code and tested the components. All components operated as designed. I cancelled diagnostics and tested the unit on normal Bale mode and the unit operated as designed. When I searched the control panel, I found its out of stock with no ETA at this time. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they contact the manufacturer to get the control panel. I provided the part number for the panel.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the error OE. Also found the tub full of water. I advanced through testing and when the drain pump came on I could hear it rattling badly. I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested airflow to the unit using my dryer vent test kit and the frost two tests with the vent hose attached, failed. I removed the vent tube at the back and retested and the unit passed. I disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff and thermostat and found the element and thermostat bad. I removed and replaced the element assembly and cleaned the unit (before & after photos) and reassembled the unit. Tested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their food was burning on the top rack and the temps werent correct inside. They advised they placed a dial type thermometer inside and it never reached preheat temp so they calibrated the unit 30 degrees. I advised the customer that the manufacturer does not approve the dial type as it cannot keep up with temperature fluctuations and wont give accurate temps readings. I went into the settings and changed calibration back to 0 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E6. Cleared the code and following the tech sheet tested the continuity between P1 and J4 and P1-1 and P1-2 and got good continuity. I removed and replaced the main control and tested temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 416. Next five readings were 337, 391, 330, 379, 338 for an average temp of 355 degrees. I made recommendations to the customer of waiting approximately 15-20 mins after preheat to place food inside. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran through diagnostics and found the defrost by metal open. Did find the evaporator fan and compressor running. Disassemble the freezer section and found the heater measuring 30.8 ohms of resistance indicating the heater was good. I advised the customer that I would recommend both the control and evaporator harness for repair. Replaced the freezer evaporator fan assembly and main control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
