"WRF757SDEM01 Arrived to inspect ice in RC evaporator. The customer had already defrosted the unit upon arrival and there were signs of air incursion at several points. The right RC gasket was badly torn at the upper left corner, exposing the magnetic strip and the corner was fully open. The drain tube was missing the mounting screw and it was not sealing against the chassis and I corrected. The unit will require further adjustment upon return. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace SS components. I replaced the evaporator and added a foam block to the right side using the kit advised by techline. When doing this the right foam air duct broke and it will need to be replaced. I noticed a lot of flare up when removing the old condenser from oil. When I started removing the discharge line at the compressor I had a major flare up and found the line and condenser full of oil. The suction line, discharge line, and the condenser need to be replaced along with the compressor and drier. Will need to just cut them out with a pipe cutter to remove them. Upon inspection I found that the impeller was not spinning with a motor meaning that motor shaft has tripped out which is why the Impeller was not spinning the auger and why the ice was not dispensing out of the unit. to resolve this issue I must order and replace the auger motor. The unit had operated for several attempted baking cycles after the last service, but it started to miss ignition attempts after heating and the customer could hear it continuously clicking and then going into shutdown after several seconds. I removed and replaced the fiber jacketed ignition wire and installed the MFG upgraded ignition wire with the additional jacket and tested. The unit operated as designed and ignited as expected, even after heated and during subsequent heating cycles. No gas leaks detected during service.

I found the upper oven reading room temperature. I ran a short bake cycle and found the bake and broil element coming on. After two minuets I found the oven reading 250 degrees. I suspected the oven temp sensor. I swapped in a new sensor and retested, I found the oven reading temperature correctly and inline with my thermal kouple.

"Arrived on site for dryer still not heating. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found it starting but not heating. I gained access to the terminal block and tested voltage. I found line 1 has 120 vac but line 2 only has 15 vac, not allowing the heating element to turn on. I also found the dryer vent pinched off restricting air flow. Because of the location of the dryer I recommended the customer get a periscoping dryer vent and that they have figure out why line w is losing power. I inspected the breaker box and didnt find it labeled nor did it have a 30 amp breaker. The unit should be on a 30 amp breaker. Once power is restored and the recommended dryer vent is installed the unit will work properly. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the agitation cycle and found the unit making a loud popping noise. When I tested in spin cycle I didnt hear the noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the thrust bearing and found it good but the belt is worn and beginning to fray. I removed the front panel and tested in agitation again and could hear the popping noise coming from the gearcase. No repairs made and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator and provide general maintenance. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the unit and got 46 degrees which is what the actual setting was on at the control. The customers main concern was the crisper drawers were difficult to remove to clean them. I removed the shelf glass and removed the four screws that mounted the tracks in place and removed the drawer and shelf together. Also removed the evap cover to clean some rust that had accumulated on the bottom of the RC section. I re-installed the drawer mounts and once the customer was done cleaning the drawer I placed it back in the unit.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was leaking pretty heavily and they were unsure as to where it was coming from but that it was not just a puddle but at least 3 to 4 cups of water. Found the dishwasher door not closing fully and leaning forward. I found that you could close the door far enough where the unit would start but not far enough for the door to meet the door gasket. Adjusted the feet on the dishwasher and then found the door close properly. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no leaks present. Ran it through another test with no leaks again. I did advise the customer that because the unit was leaning forward it is very possible that they may have overflowed out of the tub or leaked out of the sides of the dishwasher when the door would shut properly. Due to inability to replicate the issue, I could not fault any other parts on the machine. Advise the customer to run a few loads and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer not draining and showing f9e1. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further testing found resistance to drain pump at 19. Found broken wiring due to stretching at drain Pump harness. Was able to repair wiring and insure harness had some additional slack to prevent stretching. Ran multiple fill tests on unit and found drain working as designed and not exceeding 20.3 amps. Call complete

Arrived on site dryer not making any indication sounds. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f2e1 in diagnostics. During ui test found lag in ui response and no sound. Replaced ui and found sound and fully ui functionality restored. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is overproducing ice. Customer says they will removed the bucket and have ice fall out at times. Removed bucket on arrival and found icemaker bail arm is seated, and cir buildup is at the front of the bucket inbetween the bucket front plate, and the icemaker front face. This is working as intended, there is empty space, and the auger will bunch up cubed when dispensing to that spot. Customer is not a heavy ice user and it melts and collected in that area. Customer advised to disable icemaker / empty ice bucket regularly to keep cubes from melting and bunching. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the drain hose and ran the service diagnostics cycle. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I took photos of the water damage on the base trim and Sheetrock. There were no water leaks at the time of service. Call complete.

I tested the unit and found the cold water valve only letting a small amount of water thru it with the correct voltage to the coil. I found the hoses and the screens clean. I replaced the drawer assembly and retested the machine. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is starting not to cool again. Upon arrival the customer showed me they had placed 3 thermometers in the unit. One on the upper shelf and one on the middle shelf in the RC and the third thermometer was in the FC. The customer stated the upper thermometer was showing the unit warmer than it should be. I tested the temp in the RC and found it at 33 degrees and the FC was at -3 degrees. The control was set at 33 degrees in the RC and -5 degrees in the FC. I explained to the customer that the controls should be set at the recommended settings of 37 and 0. The customer agreed and I changed the settings. I explained to the customer that the upper thermometer was way off and no good. The customer ordered a pair of digital thermometers to place in the RC and FC while I was on site. The customer stated the unit makes a grinding noise at times that doesnt last long. I ran test 3 and the customer confirmed it was the air dampener making the noise. I explained to the customer that the dampener was making its normal sound and I explained how it worked. The refrigerator is working as designed at this time. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed new hinges and lid and tested unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed no leaks. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking black spots on the dishes. Upon inspection I found that the water feed line had broken down and will need to be replaced, the water inlet valve is also clogged with broken down rubber from the water feed line. I recommend that customers get a new feed hose and when she Does we can come back and install the line and a new water inlet valve. Job complete."
