Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker is leaking water and the ice bin door sometimes will freeze shut and ice builds up under the ice bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120 and it operated as designed. I tested the water dispenser in test 96 before testing the ice maker fill tube and found the water dispensing slowly. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found water coming out slowly causing it to run down the back of the ice maker. I removed the water filter and retested the water dispenser and mice maker fill tube and had good pressure at both. I found the replace filter indicator on at the side UI on the left RC door. I recommended the customer replace the filter. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 284 degrees. I pulled the unit out and tested the bake and broil elements and both were within ohms range. I tested voltage to the bake element and got 0V. Tested the broil element after it cycled and got 248V. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to repair a broken lokring and possibly replace sealed system components. I tried to remove the lokring from the yoder loop but it would not come off. If the line was cut above the existing lokring there would not be enough line to add another lokring and if a copper sleeve was added it would cause the plastic fitting that goes in the chassis to melt and catch the foam in the liner on fire. I called techline and spoke with Nate SR#7735421228. I explained all of this to him and sent him another photo. Nate is putting it in for review to have the unit replaced. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit is making a clicking sound and makes various other sounds during the spin. I did find the unit making a few abnormal sounds during spin so check in at the unit. Found the cam worn And the belt slipping on the cam. Replaced the cam assembly and tested the unit. The unit did sound better but the customer was still complaining about the rubbing sound that they were getting. I ran the unit through a partial wash cycle with some towels inside and ran it through a drain and spin. Found the unit unlevel and the tub ring rubbing up against the foam pads on the front and sides creating the issue. I did go ahead and level out the washer and advise that the rubbing sound that theyre hearing is from the pads when the basket is rubbing up against them. I did advise that I cannot fix that because that would be due to off-balance issues. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

The sensor wire was pinched by the rear cover and after correcting, the sue was resolved. I verified the wire was not cut and re-routed and re-insulated it to prevent future issues. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a microwave that has intermittent heating issues and also speed to does not work on the vent. Upon arrival I inspected the unit he did not work then attempted to heat up some water and found that the unit did heat the water. upon further inspection I found that the vent fan was mounted backwards in unit causing air not to flow through the unit causing it to overheat which caused the performance issues.. I corrected this and tested units multiple times using water and butter and found unit operating as Designed each time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles every time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes run through and complete cycles and other times will not and sometimes she has issues even starting the machine. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E6 (water hazard) error code. Ran the unit to an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Attempted to test the unit on a heavy duty cycle and found the control not registering the lid closed. Switched it over to delicates and have the same issue. Renting it back through diagnostics and found the lid lock locking and operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7735483744. He had me check polarity at the wall which we found proper polarity. He then asked about the breaker for the washer if it was dedicated or not. Found that the washer was on a breaker tied to the entire utility room and the halogen lights above. He advised to go ahead and replace the latch due to the intermittent locking failures but after that, advised that the customer would need to create a dedicated circuit for the washer prior to any further repairs after that. Testing revealed the belt was slipping and squealing loudly. The belt was loose and there were deposits on the large pulley. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had a loud tapping sound coming from the back, and dispenser that drips consistently if the console is unlocked. Customer says if they lock the user interface they do not get any drips, but once its unlocked it will fill the drip tray consistently. I found the tapping sound coming from the rear of the unit was tape / warning label hitting the back panel. Ordering a new paddle and user interface to resolve the drip, since it is only when unlocked, indicating voltage or signal had to be bleeding to the valve.
