Arrived one site for a refrigerator that is making a loud humming noise and is ringing all the time (not going through defrost). Upon arrival I replaced the evap fan motor due to it being noisy and the thermistor and control to help the unit go though defrost. I also found that the ice dispenser door was not closed properly Allowing condensation buildup in the ice bin. Upon further inspection I found a gap/bend in the chassis. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they press the heated dry key, the indicator light doesnt come on anymore. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4 and F6E6 and I noticed the heated dry indicator is not lighting up. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I interrupted testing and checked inside and found a large amount of soap suds in the bottom of the tub. Customer advised they rinse their dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and they use Dawn dishwashing liquid to rinse them. The unit is operating as designed, other than the control panel indicator. I also found the Cancel indicator is faint. I am ordering the control panel and scheduled turn service . Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 ( basket speed fault) error code again. Spoke with claims and was advised that this would be covered under the previous 90 day repair. Ran the unit through a high speed spin and found that the unit stopped spinning after about 45 seconds indicating the actuator could not read the basket spin speed. Replaced the actuator with a truck stock actuator (W10913953) and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer with lid locked. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they cycled power to the unit and the lid unlocked and they were able to wash another load. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they only wash with cold water but theres always steam on the glass of the lid. I ran another diagnostics test and found the water inlet hoses were switched. I placed the hoses correctly and retested and unit continued to operate properly. i found when switching the hoses, that the hot water valve at the wall does not turn off fully and water continues to flow. I advised the customer that with the hoses switched, when washing with cold, the unit was actually getting hot water and possibly created too many soap suds and the unit sensor detected it and shut the unit down. I advised that the lid will remain locked as a safety precaution until all of the water is drained from the unit or until the sensor no longer detects the suds. No further repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I researched the unit and found a service bulletin regarding the issue of the burners not operating and it reports to replace both generator boards. Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out and the customer also stated the clothing is coming out with grit and dirt still on the clothing like its not rinsing. I checked stored error codes and found F0E5 & F8E1. I tested the hot and cold water valves and both have good pressure and flow. I ran the auto cycle and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. I found the suspension good. I ran high speed spin and found the unit rocking back and forth badly because the left front leg was not making good contact with the floor. I adjusted the leg and I loaded the washer with a load of towels showing the customer how to pile the towels and tested the washer in the bulky/sheets cycle. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that has no power. Upon inspection I found that the was power at the wall and polarity was good. I tested the Drain pump and found that it was within spec. I then replace the control and tested the unit and doin the unit operating as designed. And advised customer in proper Detergent use. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat but that the unit does not tumble. Turn the unit on and found the motor running but the basket not running. Disassembled the unit and found the belt broken. Replaced the belt and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit not washing. I entered diagnostics and found stored error codes 43 6-4 7-1 5-1. I then found bad wash motor. Replaced wash motor and tested and unit started to leak from the door. Unit has to much water pressure and was overfilling the dishwasher and when the wash motor would come on push water from under the door. I explained to customer that I needed to turn down the pressure from the nob. Unit is now operating as designed and no leaks where present . job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R600 41g . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with no heat. Tested safety devices in unit and found all working properly and closed. Found 1 loose wire on cycling thermostat that I tightened. I found the unit full of lint, and the duct almost completely blocked, likely causing the failure. Advised to reinstall unit and have customer clean the vents to resolve poor drying. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is making unusual noise. Found evap fan blade has slipped causing it to rub on housing. Reinstalled fan properly and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.
