"Arrived on site removed panels in oven and found flame when ignited has a lot of orange tips and is large. Moved air cut off gate on burner to the 2/3 close position and now flame is completely blue And normal sized. Allowed oven to preheat and then reignite several times to confirm no gas smell.

"WOS51EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect F3E1 error. I found the unit would not heat at all and there were multiple instances of the code stored and I cleared for testing. I found the connector at the sensor, on the harness side was slightly deformed internally and the contact bar was pressed down too far for positive contact. I was able to re-form the connector and tested. Throughout many different types of movement and stress in the connector, I could not get it to fail again, while monitoring continuity with my meter. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has lost cooling on several occasions, and also has the front UI panel start blinking or staying dead when the unit resets. Customer says several times a day the panel will blink or die. Talked with CS who advised most of the time the HV control relays failing is what causes the blinkouts. Provided estimate for a new HV control . When i was behind the unit I could hear a relay constantly clacking and did cause the unit to cycle and blink out. Replaced control and tested. Issue stopped when the new control was installed. Customer also had drain backing up, due to buildup in the duck bill. Cleared duck bill. If we have to return, please send updated drain kit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I disassembled the FC section to get access to the ice maker. I found the service LED on the ice maker is solid on. I tested the ice maker and found it harvesting as designed and calling for water but not getting any water. I tested the water dispenser on the inside left panel of the RC section and water dripped out. I removed the filter and installed a bypass and retested the dispenser and water dispensed but stopped. I retested the ice maker and got no water. I found water puddled at the back left corner of the unit. Pulled the unit out and found where water is coming out from the control housing area. Removed the control cover and found water coming out of the cabinet at both harnesses (photos). I advised my customer of my findings and showed her the issue. I recommended the customer contact the Manufacturer to discuss a resolution. Customer requested to leave the unit plugged in and the ice maker turned on. Job completed."

The customer opened the door and turned the drum and I could hear debris banging around in one of the drum baffles. Turned the unit on and could hear it intermittently. I removed the top panel and removed all of the baffles and found some debris inside. Removed the debris and reinstalled the baffles and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further, I tested the units fan and found the damper door is loud when it closes. I removed the vent cover and found the damper is missing the insulation pieces that the door is supposed to rest on when closed. Using some pieces of insulation from my van stock, I placed them accordingly on the damper door and bracket and tested. Noise is quieter and to the customers liking. Re-installed the vent and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"KRFC704FPS05 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to sealed system removal, I retested and found the compressor would not engage at all. Further testing revealed there was no line VAC to the inverter. I removed and inspected the Orion controller and found P1 3-4 not fully seated and canted to the side, causing connector 4 and possibly 3 to loose continuity. I corrected the plug issue and tested. The unit cooled as designed and the compressor ran steadily after repair. No water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. Traced the voltage back to the control board. Installed new control board and tested unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and it is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"MDB8959SKZ0 Arrived to inspect breaker still tripping. I entered service test mode and found FAE2 (F10E2, vent electrical) as the only stored error code and cleared for testing. The vent wax motor tested and 1.402 K at slightly above room temperature. The dispenser solenoid measured 354.2 . I monitored the main line VAC and noted a maximum momentary startup current of 3.42 amps that occurred with motor startup. Allowing the automatic test mode to complete, 9.81 amps was measured with the circulation motor running (1.71 circulation motor only with water and .6 drain pump only) and it steadily declined to 8.2 amps until the heater deactivated. The unit completed the cycle and no errors were generated. Due to the intermittent nature of the issue and not finding anything associated with the error code, I replaced the control. I retested and no sues occurred. I discussed detergent type and amount with the customer and they will refrain from pod usage and switch to a measurable powder or liquid and deuce the amount of detergent used. If the issue occurs again, I advised the customer to plug the unit into a different outlet, namely the garbage disposal and then ensure the switch is in and retry operation. If the unit no longer trips the new breaker, the likelihood would be the existing circuit/breaker No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling well in the FC and not making ice correctly. Ms stated it had made some ice but stopped again. I checked actual temps and found the FC at 9 degrees when set at 0 degrees before the 3 way valve switched to the RC and I found the RC temp at 35 degrees when set at 33 degrees. FC thermistor reads 23 degrees on the UI control and the FC evaporator thermistor reads 18 degrees at the UI control. The RC evaporator thermistor showed 31 degrees from the UI control and the RC thermistor showed 35 degrees from the UI control. From the main control the FC thermistor read 12.38kohms and the RC thermistor read 7.85kohms the FC evaporator thermistor read 10.68kohms and the RC evaporator thermistor read 8.71kohms. All the thermistors were reading pretty close for the amount of time the unit was off. I ran the test inverter and watt meter on the compressor and the compressor hit 168 watts but would not hold the wattage and it dropped immediately to 74 watts. The compressor needs to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect range ovens not functioning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with both oven start button indicators on and no oven lights on when opening the doors. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it went into diagnostics, but would not perform any tests afterwards and there no was indicator sound that it had gone into diagnostics. I tested voltage at the control and got good readings. While testing, the oven lights turned on; the left oven start light turned off and the right light stayed on. I cycled power to the unit and the left start indicator came back on and right turned off. I tested voltages again and got results. I removed and replaced the main control and when I cycled power, the unit was back to where I started when I arrived with both oven lights off and the start button lights on and no operation. I tested the cooktop and found the front middle burner taking too long to ignite. I am ordering the UI, expansion board, main control and the front middle burner. I replaced it and called techline again and I explained that I did not see any crisper thermistor. Called thechline and spoke to Scott and after he got ahold of engineering and said to replace the freezer damper. Replaced damper and tested. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is showing a code for cooling fan speed. Upon arrival I power cycled the unit and tested unit found unit still with code.I replace the control and cooling fan and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found rack coming from left side of the door from the corner. Broken spray arms. Ordering new spray arms and will replace gasket too. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11545334 (Upper spray arm) and 1 W11550888 (Lower spray arm)

Arrived onsite for a range that has a gas leak at the back of it. The gas was cut off at the rear of the range on arrival. I turned the gas on and tested all the fittings and the hose along with the wall shut off valve. I tested with bubbles and my electronic leak detector. I found no gas leaks present so I tested all the burners and the open top valves and tested the connectors at the oven safetys. There were no gas leaks present anywhere at this time. I advised the customer to turn the wall valve off and on once a year to keep the graphite grease in the valve good. I explained to the customer how the regulator vent works and he suspects this could have possibly been an issue because of all the work in the area.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating to 350 and not turning off. Customer said it only got to 275. Checked error codes no error codes found. Turned unit on to 350 and unit presented to 350 and unit turned off. Couldnt duplicate the problem at this time.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling inspected unit and work area. Removed evaporator and found that the evaporator was damaged and will need a sealed system repair. Customer has declined any further repairs.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the control and check the evaporator for any signs of the heater being disconnected. Did not find the heater disconnected from the connector. Advise the customer to keep it on the unit over the next 30 days in the fall back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making any ice. Cycled icemaker and found it does cycle, but no water enters icemaker. Jumped valve and it sounded super weak. Replaced valve and tested. Valve sounds healthy now, but water still isn't reaching the mold. Steamed out fill tube due to icicle buildup. Tested and verified all working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced lid assembly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service. No other parts were needed to correct issue.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not dispensing ice correctly. The customer also stated that it drips water from the ice door on the separator. I found the ice bin full of ice and loose. I tested the dispenser and it dispensed ice properly. I went over dumping any unused ice from the bucket in two weeks with the customer. The customer stated they only use cubed ice and no crushed ice. I tested the ice door on the separator and found it leaking. The separator will need to be replaced. ordrng 1 W11423781 (Ice door)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found unit leaking from diverted motor. Will need to replace sump and motor. Ordering new sump and motor office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for washing machine not agitating. I inspected the unit and work area i found F0e3 over load f8e1 long fill. I gained access to the gear case and found the slider ring loose. I replaced the slider. I recalibrated the unit and ran it through a diagnostic cycle. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for oven not igniting, but the cooktop will. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the Bruner assembly and ignitor in good condition. I found the air flow Metter wide open on the burner assembly, I adjusted the meter until the burner ignited every time. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to replaced the inlet water valve. I replaced the valve but found the hoses are leaking. I advised the customer will need new hoses. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge making a humming noise. No one answered the door. I called techline and spoke to Andrew, I spoke to him about the previous repair and the noise from the Evaporator fan is normal and there was no change once the motor was replaced. He advised there is no repair needed.I received sr# 7735487735."

Arrived onsite for washer stopping mid cycle and not spinning clothes out properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test and found failed capacitor. Also found small leak from cold water supply hose. Replaced Capacitor and tested. Also tightened supply line at valve. Unit no longer leaking and all test passed. Recommended customer keep an eye out the supply line. If water is noticed need to replace hoses. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer not spinning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found motor failure at shaft and also damaged belt. Replaced motor and replace kit. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making buzzing noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that customer was experiencing a combination of normal operating noises. Identified for customer the difference of the compressor, evaporator fan, Ive harvest , fill, and dampener. All of these components have motorized noise. Sometimes a combination of mechanisms may seem to be slightly louder at times. Also unit is placed in a large open area which makes noise more audible in the area. Instructed customer on reviewing owners manual for normal operating noises. Job complete"

Arrived on site for washer not filling correctly or completing cycles. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found f8e1 in diagnostics. Found cold side of inlet valve not opening fully during any tests. Replaced valve then reassembled and tested unit. Found no leaks and washer now working as designed call complete
