Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they check their water lines and said they found some debris in the valve screens and cleaned them out. Also, customer advised they have a water softener system and that they dont like using the Load & Go system on the unit but dont know how to use the normal dispenser. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is operating as designed. I removed the hoses from the valve and inspected the screens and found them clear. Tested the valves and found the hot valve slightly out of resistance range at 1000 ohms. Customer advised that when the error occurs is when shes washing in hot water. I recommended replacing both valves due to the debris found in both valves. I removed and replaced both valves and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent use. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has not been dispensing ice since they got it. Upon inspection I found that when you call fro ice the auger disconnects from the motor because the hooks that hold the ice bin in place were broken. I contacted tech line and spoke with Scott and advised him of my findings and it was determined that hed submit the unit for review and the theyll contact the customer once a decision is made.sr#7735524647.

Arrived onsite for a dryer making loud noise. I found the unit making a loud buzzing noise and if the unit was shifted any the blower wheel would rub on the vent housing. I removed the blower wheel and isolated the motor and it still would make the loud buzzing noise. I found the bearings bad in the motor. I replaced the motor and tested and it sounded good. I put one component back on at a time and tested each time. When the vent was installed it caused the blower wheel to rub on start up and then it would stop rubbing and sound normal when at full speed. I put a sound pads between the vent and the rear bulk head and tested. The dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection I removed the evap cover and installed the thermistor and fan motor. During the installation the heater wire was dangling lose. It had popped out of the molex connector housing. I bent the barb backup and installed it back into the connector housing. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer making a lot of noise. The customer played a video and I could hear the blower wheel rubbing the housing. I found the house vent put on with the elbow at the wall instead of at the back of the dryer causing the blower duct to twist and hit the blower wheel when pushed back against the wall. Remove the vent hose off the dryer and found a snail shell inside of the vent hose causing the rattling when the dryer was turned on. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit.
