Based on the sounds in the video it sounds like the noise is coming from gearcase binding or overheating. Removed slider and rotor and did not see any scraping or evidence of rubbing / contact or gearcase oil. Failure likely originating internal of gearcasOrdering gearcase / slider to resolve. Plug the unit in and found the evaporator fan and compressor start to run but found the compressor overloading within five seconds. The compressor would shut off and then try again within a minute. Attempted to use a truck stock start device to check the compressor. Found the unit still overloaded immediately indicating a failed compressor winding. Ordering all sealed system components in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Attempted to dispense water and ice and found both operating as designed. Test of the unit multiple times and advise the customer that they may have accidentally touched and held the lock button walking all of the user interface is features. Customer was unaware that that was something that they could do on the unit. I did explain that the lock feature is mainly for families with children from being able to dispense water or ice all over the floor. Went over how to unlock the lock setting in case if it accidentally gets touched and went over the user care guide. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Pressed cancel on the control panel and the drain pump came on and began to drain the water. After approximately 30 seconds, the drain pump stopped during the water but I could hear the motor humming. Using my shop vac, I removed the remaining water and removed the drain pump and retested. Once I pressed cancel, the dr pump failed to turn on. I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I jumped the valve to make sure it was good, and valve does fill. Replaced icemaker and verified it completed a harvest cycle. I did notice the temperature was not consistent in the RC due to being full and air channels all being blocked. Advised customer to center items on the shelves and make sure nothing touches the back wall, this will get the refrigerator compartment back to consistent proper temp. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I found the UI on and when I opened the unit doors, I found no lights on in the RC or FC sections and the compressor and no fans were operating. I pulled the unit out and cycled power to the unit and found the interior lights were on, but the compressor and fans did not. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 4 and the unit operated as designed. I found the deli control was operating and the deli harness was good. Filling the tech sheet for the wiring harness, I tested all points and got good readings for all. At the end of service, the lights were on but the compressor and all fans were not. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the drum and found the back left roller damaged and unit needing to be cleaned. I removed and replaced both rollers, tension pulley and drive belt. I cleaned the roller axles and vacuumed the lint from the unit (before/after photos). Reassembled the unit with the new belt installed and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing F9E1-no drain/long drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and manually tested the drain pump and found it doesnt function at all. I tilted the unit back and found the harness shorted. I repaired the harness and reconnected the drain pump and immediately it came on but I could hear a rattling noise coming from the pump. Once the drain pump was done pumping the remaining water out of the unit, I manually tested the drain pump again and found it was intermittently turning on and off. I removed and replaced the pump and calibrated the unit. Tested the unit is diagnostics and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water after the filter was recently replaced. I tested the unit and found the filter head no passing water. I replaced the filter head and tested the unit. There was good water flow thru the filter head but when operating the water dispenser there was water leaking from under the refrigerator. I found the water line coming out of the bottom of the liner that goes to the bottom of the FC door with a 3 split in it right behind the compressor. The line and a union will need to be replaced to repair the leak. ; ordrng 1 WP2300868 (5/16 union fitting) and 1 WR17X2891 (5/16 plastic tubing)

Did confirm the customers complaint and found very little water flow coming into the dishwasher. I removed the water connection from the water valve and check water pressure. "Arrived on site for a range that is not heating inside of the oven and the left front burner will not change temperatures and will get stuck on high heat every cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaints and tested the unit. I did find that the element itself was working but the infinite switch was not allowing the element to cycle on and off. Checked behind the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Found burn marks on the control and on the left front infinite switch causing the issue.The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced both control and the infinite switch and tested the unit. All components began to work and operate as designed.
