I advise the customer they would need to replace motor drive motor and belt for repair but did indicate that we would order the broken belt switch and the blower wheel just in case. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is getting above 50 degrees in the RC and the FC fluxuates up to 5 degrees. I tested the thermistors and fans from the UI and all checked good. I tested the RC evaporator thermistor at the main control and it read 11.64kohms. I tested the RC thermistor at the main control and it read 8.85kohms. I found the coil frosted up causing the reading on the RC thermistor and causing the poor cooling in the RC. The unit had frost on the suction line back to the compressor. I found two spots on the back of the unit under the main control and towards the center sweating and water running down the back from this. I called techline and spoke with Scott. He stated this can happen when the line is completely frosted up and that we need to address the defrost issue and this will stop. Arrived on site for range with upper burners needing flame adjustment. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found cause of failure was incorrect/mismatched orfices being installed(example: back middle burner has a high altitude orfice installed.); ordrng 1 W10810387 (Lp kit)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working properly leaking from underneath. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is making blocks of ice and water is coming out from the bottom of the unit. I inspected the ice maker and found the ice bin damaged and the ice bin door gasket not sealing properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed and filled as designed as well. I found where the ice tray is badly stressed from harvesting and recommended replacing it. Also found the right RC door gasket torn and allowing warm air to leak inside the RC section. I pulled the unit out and found a small amount of water under the unit. I removed the drain tube and found it clogged causing the drain tube to back fill with water during defrost and leaking out at the top onto the floor. I removed the debris and re-installed it and sealed the gap in the gasket with silicone. I am ordering the ice bin door and right RC door gasket and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service. No water leaks observed at the end of service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly in either section. I found both evaporators frosted over with frost coming out of the evaporator covers. I tested all thermistors from the UI and they tested good. I put the unit in test 38 and ran a forced defrost. I had 125VAC from the main control to the FC defrost heater but no amperage. I suspect a blown thermal fuse or possibly a bad heater or open bimetal. Ms stated she has had water leak out from the deli drawers so the drip pan could be cracked or bowed but its not visible at this time. Need to install a drip pan kit per SP W11092686. Could need to replace the fan and harness along with the UI. I went over defrost instructions with the customer and had the waiver signed. "Arrived on site to inspect range front right burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front right burner not coming on. Customer advised that when they use the cooktop and oven at the same time, the breaker will trip. I removed the back panel and found the front right burner switch was blackened at the connector. I removed the cooktop and tested voltage at the element and got no voltage. Checked the switch for voltage and no voltage read. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and still no voltage. I traced the harness and found where the black wire to,the front right burner switch had gotten pinched and arced (photos). I am ordering the main harness and scheduled return service for 01/23/23. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that still condensating freezer gasket. Inspected unit in work area. Confirmed customers complaint. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Adrian SR# 7734108491. He had me take some photos of the condensation and the gaskets previously installed. He advised that the gasket needed to go further down on the door and that they are going to attempt to fix the gasket one last time before any further advisement. He gave me the part number needed for the gaskets an advise to order to to ensure that the gasket goes all the way across the door. "KEBK101SSS04 Arrived to inspect incorrect heating. The unit would only heat to 250 and then cool. I found the bake element open and I removed and replaced. The unit heated and cycled as designed.

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the unit would equal loudly anytime it was operated. The idler pulley was hanging up badly and had worn a groove in it. I removed and replaced the pulley from within the kit and installed all new rollers and belt. I vacuumed lint from the unit as well. Operational test good.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven the is not heating. Upon arrival I uploaded the oven out to test but when doing so I found that the Junction box behind the unit, sparked and tripped the breaker. After doing so the unit will be able to operate properly again. I contacted customer and mad him Aware of my findings and got permission to charge card on Saturday.

Arrived on site for washer showing f6e2. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and error code. Upon further inspection I found corrosion on the UI panel and found part of the UI controls not responsive.found ui failing. I made repair and found unit working as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for wall oven microwave combo showing an F2 E1 error and not going away after customer did a hard reset on unit. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Was able to verify code and found that the oven was losing functionality in the oven microwave selection sides of the UI but the center area of the UI was still working. Tried connecting unit to Wi-Fi for updates but was unsuccessful.

Arrived onsite for a washer that stopped in the middle of the cycle with the lid not unlocking and full of water. I found no stored error codes. I could not get any of the loads to operate in diagnostics. I manually checked loads and found the drain pump and fill valves in range. I found the door lock out of range. The main control and door lock need to be replaced. replace the main control and door lock assembly.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced both the rotary switch and the knob and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found both compartments at room temp. After further inspection found that the compressor was overheated at the point I could not even be touched but the dryer was at room temp and the evaporator coil had no frost moisture or coolness to the touch.

Arrived onsite for not washing and found failed sump and motor. Advised customer on repair option. Completed repair

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that has a gas odor when baking. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Advised customer on findings and that spark type ignitors in ovens must release gas first to ignite burner and some unburnt gas odor is normal.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking from fc. Found defrost drain frozen over and thawed drain. Installed heat sink to prevent reoccurring issues. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not washing dishes, and sometimes didnt drain. Checked diagnostics and found error codes F4E3 for wash motor failure, and F7E1 for no heat. This is the same issue that occurred and was repair on 9/16/21. Wash motor getting voltage. Unit needs a new sump and motor assembly to resolve. Sump previously replaced . Customer wants to contact kitchenaid for assistance with repairs or replacement of unit, they are dissatisfied with the performance and number of repairs. They will follow up with us if they are granted assistance or to authorize repair.

"Arrived onsite for range shouting down. Upon arrival inspected unit. Put in diagnostics and found error codes for Internal board failure and latch error. Inspected latch and found assembly not seated properly not allowing good contact. Secured latch assembly and now latch is functioning properly. To address the control issues, Pulled unit to inspect control compartment.

"Arrived onsite for not filling with water and makes noise. Upon arrival test unit and found the noise is coming from drain pump. Found water it outer tub. Disconnected hose from pressure switch and unit then began to fill. Fill valve is good. Need to replace drain pump and pressure switch. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Replaced both temperature sensors WP7430P044-60, and control W11594156. Test unit by preheating to 350, got to 369 with thermocouple. Then unit began to cycle. Unit cycled down to 312, then up to 352, avg 332. Calibrated unit to 15 degrees. Unit is now averaging 347, which is within specs. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival removed back panel of unit to inspect power cord and harness both are good. Test unit several times and never tripped breaker. I then just preheated oven to 350 to allow it to cycle. Unit cycled several time and never tripped breaker. Customer then mentioned that also went ahead and replaced breaker. Unit is operating on a gfci breaker. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found error codes for off balance and overloading. Ran diagnostics and found no water entering unit. Water valves were turned off at wall. Turned water on and unit completed diagnostics with no issues. Looked underneath unit and found gearcase failure.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they check their water lines and said they found some debris in the valve screens and cleaned them out. Also, customer advised they have a water softener system and that they dont like using the Load & Go system on the unit but dont know how to use the normal dispenser. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is operating as designed. I removed the hoses from the valve and inspected the screens and found them clear. Tested the valves and found the hot valve slightly out of resistance range at 1000 ohms. Customer advised that when the error occurs is when shes washing in hot water. I recommended replacing both valves due to the debris found in both valves. I removed and replaced both valves and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent use. I demonstrated that the Load & Go would need to be turned off when making selections and use the normal dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has not been dispensing ice since they got it. Upon inspection I found that when you call fro ice the auger disconnects from the motor because the hooks that hold the ice bin in place were broken. I contacted tech line and spoke with Scott and advised him of my findings and it was determined that hed submit the unit for review and the theyll contact the customer once a decision is made.sr#7735524647.

Arrived onsite for turn table making noise in MW. On inspection found that the motor was making noise when it first start. Replaced the turn table motor and the ring. Tested unit and it is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for cooling issue in fresh food section. Ran diagnostics weak air flow in fresh food section,thermistors reading off,removed cover found ice on upper section of evaporator. Defrosted evaporator,replaced cover assembly that includes new thermistors changed defrost setting to basic."
