I induced a -30 offset and retested at 350?. 374, 330. Due to the excessive calibration required, I advised the customer that there is a high likelihood the sensor is failing.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not heating properly. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 391. The next 3 readings were 331, 376, 337 for an average temp of 358 degrees. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if it continues to not heat properly to contact our office. Job completed."

He said to vacuum the system for about 20 min and then charge it up. I charged the system with 5.75 R134. I explained to customer to allow 24hrs to let refrigerator cool. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with frost building on the back of the FC evaporator cover. The customer stated the unit had just got cold again in the FC but it the last few days the temp was high then they could tell the unit went in a defrost because they could hear water dripping and sizzling when hitting the heater. I tested temps and found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC at 5 degrees and it was cooling in the FC at the time. The unit did have some frost on the evaporator cover. I ran a short defrost and found the unit working. I removed the cover and found the front of the evaporator with ice and frost build up but as it got closer to the top the ice and frost was in the middle of the evaporator and the thermistor had no frost or ice on it. I removed the defrost thermistor and tested it in a glass of ice water and it read 8.74kohms. I found the right side of the evaporator cover not snapping firmly in place and it looks like the middle liner is partially bowed causing this. I took a pic of the left and right sides for comparison. I found the drain clear and the water running to the drain tube. It appears the unit is not staying in defrost long enough so I changed the UI again. I called techline SR#7734418954 to report what I had found and what I replaced. I spoke with Ed. Arrived onsite for a washer not spinning all the water out of the clothes and not cleaning well. I checked error codes and had an F2E1 & F7E1. I found nothing wrong with the drive system. I ran auto diagnostics and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. I ran manual diagnostics and tested both fill valves and the drain pump. All worked as designed. I found the suspension good. I ran manual high speed spin and agitate and both worked good. I tested the door lock multiple times and it works good. I did find the start button sticking at times and I showed the customer this. The customer mentioned the smell coming from the tub and I advised running the clean washer cycle with a tub cleaner. I showed the customer the debris build up in the bottom of the tub causing the smell.Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining and stuck on the rinse cycle. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in a spin cycle and the unit began to drain and spin. Customer advised the timer would get just before rinse and not move any further and make a loud noise. Once the unit was done draining, I switched the timer to #6 on the dial and started and it began to dispense water and agitate. I advanced the timer and got in between the 6 and rinse and the timer began to make the noise the customer described. I left it in that position and it did not advance after approximately 5 minutes. Also found the lid switch housing is broken. I removed and replaced the timer and switch and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"MEDB765FW0 Arrived to inspect drying issue. I found the unit was operating normally and thermistors were within range. Incoming voltage was also within normal expected limits and I found no other issues with the unit. Testing with the vent on, the unit set to high heat with time dry and K-type probe in the air plenum intake, the unit had vent in temperatures of 138 to 231 with a :43 time to heat and and 1:38 time to cool down. Vent off, the cycling temperatures were 125 to 185 and :48 time to heat and :28 time to cool down. The measurements were all averages of three complete heating cycles with an already warmed chassis. These measurements indicate a venting system that is showing signs of above normal restriction and will cause severely extended drying times. I advised the customer that they will need to have the venting cleaned to correct the issue and that the unit was operating normally.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyre having issues with all of the burners not heating properly. They explained that they can have them on the low setting and food will burn or get too hot. I had my customer sign a waiver of damages from removing glass cooktop and proceeded to remove the cooktop. I found where liquid had leaked underneath the knobs and gotten onto the switches. I recommended the customer replace all four switches, I removed and replaced all four switches and tested. Unit is operating as designed. After reassembling the unit and placing it back in the countertop, I retested and it continues to operate as designed."

Ran the units for an auto test and everything ran as designed until the unit came to the drain portion of the cycle. Found The drain pipe at the wall backing up and potentially causing an issue with overflowing out of the standpipe. I test the unit and manual diagnostics filling up the basket a third of the way up the basket and attempting to drain. I could not replicate the overflow out of the pipe but did hear some sounds as if the drain pipe itself had cleared itself of the debris. I ran the unit through multiple tasks and checked underneath the washer. Found no evidence of any water residue or leaking from underneath the washer. I did advise the customer that because her drain pipe is back flowing, the most likely issue is that her pipe is clogged and that this may happen again unless they get the clog removed. The customer is going to attempt to run Drano through that pipe but I did advise her that if that does not work, they will need to fix their draining issue. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in both sections. Upon arrival inspected unit. Internal fans are running and lights are on. Checked compressor compartment. Monitored compressor and found cold to the touch after hours of being plugged in. Compressor is pulling.2 amps-.9 amps but then shuts down after about two min. Called SW for confirmation. SW advised to remove control cover and monitor LED. LED signified error. According to manufacturers recommendations the PCB board would need to be replaced and if that does not correct the issue the compressor would need to be replaced. Reported to customer that multiple issues may be present.

WED5605MC0 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I replaced the faulty roller shaft WPW10359272 and associated parts and reassembled the unit. Operational test good.

Arrived on site to replace control board and blower. Replaced both parts test unit and fan coming on when unit is heating job complete.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is giving a gas smell when the right front burner is used. I checked the orifice sizes per the previous techs notes. The main orifice is a 99 and it calls for a 105 which would be larger. Both the left and right burners have good flames that are already at the burner grates and have a small amount of yellow tipping. I explained to the customer that going to a larger orifice would create a larger flame and more yellow tipping. The customer agreed to keep the orifices it has in the unit. I tested for gas leaks with my electronic gas leak detector and showed the customer that as soon as the burner lites the detector stops going off. I went over turning the know slowly to allow the burner to light and help prevent the initial gas smell. The unit is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered part replaced drain hose and now able to proceed with. Ran manual test and all components passed. Ran auto test and passed. Ran normal cycle and unit is operating correctly. Ran a quick cycle and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was banging and not finishing cycles on use. Tested unit and found it was off level, but no major mechanical failures internally. Leveled unit and ran a load of towels for customer. With load balanced there was no banging or excessive movement. Unit does vibrate a good amount, but is within range of similar units. Unit working as designed, no failures verified. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for RC evap frosting over. Evap was thawed on arrival. Found drip pan bowed in center and evap thermistor reading open. Replaced harness and drip pan. Unit working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for broken RC door switch. Replaced damaged switch and filled gap between linear and cabinet with silicone. Unit working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for cooktop, inspected unit and work area. I explained to customer I would not be a bale to transfer the knob bezels. He said to use what ever I had to stick them, I explained to him I only had silicone and it would only be temporary fix until he got new ones and he was okay with it. Unit is now operating as designed. Job completed."
