"Arrived on site for ice machine not producing ice. I spoke to the customer and found out the original problem is it over produced ice and now wont produce any. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the ice machine empty. I tested the bin the bin thermistor and at room temperature it was reading at 90 degrees. I put the unit through a diagnostics test. I found the water valve slowly suppling water, I removed the water filter and found no change in pressure. I installed the new valve and bin thermistor. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed.

Arrived onsite for a wine cooler not cooling correctly. I found the unit installed upstairs in a game room under a countertop. It is installed on carpet with an 1/8 clearance on each side and about a 1/4 on top. The unit will not come out very easy. It feels like its gonna rip the carpet up. The feet are installed on the front but the lower panel is in a bind because of the carpet and its causing the lower panel to bow outward in the center not allowing the door to activate the door switch and turn the fan on. I was able to pop the panel back in and the fan started working and the unit started cooling down. I explained to the customer what was happening and advices changing the flooring under the cooler or to watch for that panel starting to bow again. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for water dispenser not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the reservoir frozen over. I replaced the gaskets so the the reservoir is now sealed from the evaporator air flow. Please allow 48 hours for the reservoir to thaw and water to flow. Job complete.

"KUIX505ESS1 Arrived to inspect fill issue. After the prior repair, the customer advised me the unit had produced one to two rime and then resumed the endless fill issue. I removed and replaced the main control and the circulation/water level pump and tested. The issue appeared to be resolved as the unit filled for initial flush and then production levels and cycled the compressor on, after ceasing water fill. I entered service test mode and set the unit to the thick ice setting and then attempted a second user mode entry and test. Both fills were to the correct level and shut off at the correct and expected times. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

I tested all burners and found the middle burner and the front right burner flames are too high and spreading out wide. I found the caps were on the incorrect burners and corrected and retested. I found the same burners were still too high and wide. I found the front right torch burner cap ring was on the middle burner and the spring was installed incorrectly. I placed the ring and spring back on the front right burner correctly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. The customer advised that they have a cleaning company come in and clean their home and are cleaning the cooktop. I recommended the customer take a photo of the cooktop so theyll know, in the future, the correct placement of the caps. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect noise in FC. I found a mass of ice had built up and removed it,correcting the fan noise. In prior service, the unit had not been set to standard defrost and I corrected the setting. The FC door was hanging out too far at the top, causing an insufficient seal. The RC evap was showing signs of frosting, but was caught it time to prevent issue. The customer did not want to have controls installed with updated software. All loads and thermistors tested within MFG specifications and the defrost heater was operable. Due to the prior missed items, I am applying our warranty for this service. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had a previous company come out who had already replaced the water valve and control and theyve had nothing but problems since both repairs. They advise the unit will go into a wash and will stop in the middle of the cycle. They advised that they can run the unit through drain and spin to finish out the cycle but could not get the unit to finish any cycle unless they ran super light loads. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit run as designed until the drain portion of the cycle. Found When the drain pump started, I could not hear water flow draining out. Checked behind the washer and found that the drain hose being used was about 8 feet long and was pushed down into the drain pipe about 3 1/2 feet. Pulled up the drain hose and found mold and mildew on the bottom side of the drain hose indicating a siphoning condition happening during the drain portion of the cycle potentially causing the unit to error out and stop. Cut down the drain hose to where the drain hose was 6 inches into the standpipe. Test of the unit again in the unit begin working operate as designed. Had a customer run a load of clothes and the customer called back stating that the unit ran as designed and completed the cycle. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their maintenance crew had checked the unit and heard the noise and after they left, the noise stopped. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I raised the top panel and removed the front panel and found a penny at the bottom of the front panel. I found on the drum front seal where the penny had been rubbing and eventually got caught where the drum seals meet and fell to the bottom of the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Advised the front office staff of my findings. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and found drain hose is sharing connection to garbage disposal with reverse osmosis, discussed with homeowner how this can cause water to backflow into dishwasher and keep it from draining properly or overflowing it. Recommended that reverse osmosis company should be contacted, a saddle type drain connector should be used instead. A machine cleaner like washer magic or affresh could be used to remove smell, Job complete"

Arrived on site and inspected microwave and found customer has already replaced lightbulb and its still not working. Confirm connections to housing are good will need to bring back control board to correct issue. Also found metal skin on microwave door is lifted/bubbled on outer left-hand side causing it to drag against microwave body. A new door will also be needed.; ordrng 1 W11342846 (Control) and 1 W11173823 (Door)

Arrived onsite for MW light not working. On inspection found that there was a little heating around the connector of the socket. Replaced socket and replaced the customer bulb back in and it did not work. I replaced the bulb and the light started working . Charged customer for bulb.

"Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the outer skin, inner liner and the hinge. Reinstalled the oven door and the left side of the door rise up as you close the door an it hits the latch. Called Tech support and they suggested to replace the hinge receiver on the unit. Ordering the parts ; ordrng 1 W11318331 (Left hinge receiver) and 1 Extrahour (Needed to be able to take unit apart)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel would not respond. I check the breaker and it was on. I found a set of three switches on the wall and found all three in the off position. I tested the switches by turning them on and found the middle switch goes to the dishwasher. I turned the unit on and tested and it is operating as designed. Customer advised they recently moved onto the home and were not advised of what the switches were for. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for range with damage. On inspection found the left front frame is damaged. The oven door would not seat correctly due the the frame being damaged. Called tech support and talked with Cliff. He logged the info in started a case for the customer. Sr7735534971 customer will call in talk to customer service tomorrow. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dryer gasket was ripped. I inspected the gaskets and they looked fine. I removed drum to inspect and was full of lint. I also tested the element and was showing good but I found bad coils. I replaced the element and cleaned out all lint. Unit is now operating as designed. I advised customer to get vents cleaned out as soon as possible. Because they where clogged.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice or allowing any LED functions to operate. Upon arrival confirm both complaints after testing the icemaker I found an E2 error code and diagnostics and ran multiple test and found power getting the icemaker but icemaker motor was stuck in place and not rotating. Also found enamel paint of icemaker is flaking off in large chunks. Then found that the freezer LED wiring was faulty and was able to replace the LED and found light functions are stored. Rescheduled customer for 012 5232 complete repairs with new icemaker; ordrng 1 Cnote (Used 1 led/returned others.)

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has broken wheels and is leaking from the door gasket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her door steel keeps falling off into the dishwasher and will leak, her upper rack is completely broken off the wheels, and that her rent see dispenser door flap broke off. Confirmed all three complaints and found all four upper track wheels were broken. I also found the dispenser broken. I did go ahead and replace the door seal but will need to order all other parts for repair. "Arrived on site for a dryer that stopped heating. Upon arrival I tested the l1 and l2 Circuits and found them good the power was good too, Ive been checked all of the thermistors and the police switch. Found them good. Upon further inspection, I found out the connector at the heater on the harness side, was corroded very badly and falling apart. I am ordering a harness and returning with the heating element. ordrng 1 WE08X29300 (Harness)"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clicking sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she wasnt sure if there was an actual issue but wanted to have it checked out anyway just in case. Ran the unit through diagnostics checking the lid lock and agitation and spin cycles. Could not get the unit to make any abnormal sound. The customer ran a load of towels and the unit began to fill and agitate as designed. Did advise the customer their clicking and clicking noises would be due to the slider moving into and out of position of agitation and spin. I did advise this is normal operation. Call complete.
