I noticed that the stand the unit is on is fairly light, and even with reduced motion unit still vibrates a bit. All mechanical components are good at this time and unit does finish spinning now. Found reverse osmosis system was installed sharing drain connection to garbage disposal. Took pictures. Explained that reverse osmosis has been filling dishwasher when it purges, Reverse osmosis system should not be sharing a drain connection with dishwasher. Rerouted Dishwasher drain hose to create a high drain loop. This will help but ultimately reverse osmosis company should use a saddle drain connection, ran a diagnostic cycle on dishwasher to confirm correct operation, job complete"

If the vent cover closes backup it will cause the dryer to overheat. The dryer is tumbling and heating as designed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised the four outer burners were good, but the center burner was making a popping or slight clicking noise. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed with good flames. I left the center burner on for approximately 10-15,minutes and could not duplicate the customers complaint. I did find some burnt debris in the burner head which couldve cause the noise. Since I could not duplicate the noise, I recommended the customer monitor the unit and call it in for service if the noise continued. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning properly. They advised that they are rinsing the dishes off before placing them into the unit. I opened the unit door and found dishes inside that appeared to be clean. Inspected the elements and spray arms and they are good. Also found the customer is not using rinse aid. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I tested amp readings at the black wire at the junction box. I found the unit operating as designed and all components within amp draw reading. The element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the complaint and my findings. Leon provided SR#7735585148. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I advised the customer on proper loading of the clothes. I checked that the suspension was good it was. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with a gas smell when in or not in use. Upon arrival I had to turn the gas back on to the unit when doing so I found that the unit did smell of gas. I used my leak detection Solution on the gas fittings at the main gas line and the regulator and found a leak there and nowhere else. I tighten up the fitting and tested again and found that the leak was gone and the unit operated as designed. Job complete.

RO system was regenerating so I turn sink on and was able to see dishwasher back filling. Replaced hoses as a precautionary. Advised customer to have RO company install RO drain directly to drain line away from dishwasher drain. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E7. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield sitting on the floor and badly damaged and the cam and belt badly damaged (photos). I attempted to screw the shield back on the gearcase and the holes for the screws are stripped. The customer advised that they have been washing a large comforter in the unit when it makes the noises. I advised the unit is not designed to wash large comforters only twin or full sized. I am ordering the motor, belt and shield screws and will return with all prescreened parts. The gearcase, cam, belt, motor and shield all need to be replaced upon return service. I advised not to use the unit until repaired. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 2 W11573574 (Shield screw)s"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit microwave light not working. Upon further inspection, I found the internal light in the microwave is not coming on when opening the door. I tested microwave and the light continued to fail. I uninstalled the unit and removed and replaced the bulb and found the old bulb had burnt out. Placed the unit back in the cabinets and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."
