Upon further inspection, I found frost on the FC door left rail, around the FC light and on the evap cover which are signs of an air leak. I found the unit not level and when opening and closing the FC door, it was hard to push in. I disassembled the FC section and cleared the frost/ice and cleaned the FC compartment. Reassembled and applied manufacturer approved grease to the drawer rails. Leveled the unit and retested door operations and the unit is operating as designed. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they usually use the delicates, quick dry or regular selections and now theyre having to use the timed dry selection in order to get their clothing dry. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow in the unit and it failed the first two tests with the vent attached at the back of the unit. The third test I performed with the vent removed and the unit passed. I recommended the customer have their vents cleaned. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed every time. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics several times and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and attempted again and was able to get it into diagnostics. I completed the encoder test and the unit operated as designed. When I went to place the unit back in diagnostics it failed. Cycled power and was able to get it into diagnostics showing error code F2E1 and F5E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following tech sheet for the error codes, I found the lid lock assembly is failing. I tested the control panel harness and it is good. I attempted to manually test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I removed and replaced the control panel and lid lock assembly and calibrated he unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

During vacuum, the unit would not go below 1200 microns. I pressurized with nitrogen and found the evaporator had ruptured due to the defrost element making contact with it. I removed and replaced the evaporator, ensuring the defrost element was routed correctly and vacuumed and charges the system . The unit started cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is giving error code. Found fan speed error saved in control and noted slow upper blower. Lubricated upper blower motor and tested unit. Oven preheated normally and all is working properly at this time.

I could hand rotate the transmission and hear the noise from it.

"Arrived on site for detergent dispenser not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the dispenser and tested the pump motor, and switch. I found all in range and receiving voltage when called for. I filled the detergent reservoir with water and ran it several times, I found the pump working as designed. I advised the Customer to fill the reservoir to full and run it full. There is a switch that indicates if the reservoir is empty and just put one cup in a time wont trigger that switch.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit leaking during second phase of cycle. Inspected components and found lower spray arm issues. Replaced lower spray arm. Tested unit several times and no further leaks. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer making loud high pitch noise during operation. Upon arrival inspected unit. Disassembled and found pulley barring failure. Noise was metal on metal.Replaced components and tested. Unit is now functioning properly with no loud noise. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found circ pump failed and there is no replacement part availability. No repairs can be done to correct issue. Unit will have to be replaced

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making knocking sound about every 30 minutes. Upon arrival I sat and listened to the unit run and heard no noise. I gained access to the compressor compartment and found the compressor and connector fan running normally. I unplugged the unit and learned to hear if the refrigerant would make a knocking noise as it Changes from high to low pressure. But no knocking Occurred. I plugged the unit in and listened to the compressor kick on and run but its sounding smooth. I could not duplicate the issue at this time. job complete

Arrived onsite for unit no longer heating. Upon arrival test unit and unit only heats for a few seconds and then there is no heating at all. Found high voltage components are failing.

"Arrived on site for unit not draining and not spinning . Ran diagnostics and got long fill, long drain errors . Found water sitting in tub . Removed water . Found oil leaking from gearcase . Removed drain pump and found small drill bit wedged inside . Removed bit . Ran diagnostics wash test and unit is draining but making loud noises during the spin and agitation cycle, unit is draining though properly but pump is louder then normal. Recommended unit is going to need gearcase soon . No water leaks with unit detected. Did point out to supply valves are leaking badly
