Arrived onsite for oven not working in self cleaning mode. I pulled the unit out and could not get behind it because the island was to close for me to get enough the oven out far enough for me to get behind it. I had the customer show me what she was doing to clean the oven. The oven only reaches 250? during the aqua self cleaning mode. It was not getting hot enough to remove the debris off the bottom of the oven. Told customer to put it in bake at 450? for 15 minutes to help get the burnt stuff off the bottom of the oven.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making a knocking noise. On inspection found that the noise was coming from the FC area. Gain access to the FC evap and found the fan was hitting the bracket reset the fan down to not hit the fan bracket. The noise did not show backup for the 20 minutes we waited around.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that smells like leaking gas. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they cannot smell the gas from the top of the cooktop but that they can smell gas from the drawer underneath. Smelled a distinguished scent of gas coming from underneath the cooktop. Use the gas leak detector and found High concentration levels at the connector below the regulator. Used bubbles to find the leak and did confirm the leak was coming from the connector hose onto the regulator. Attempted to fix the positioning of the hose but found that the inner connector screw has been stripped causing the gas line not to fit properly. I did advise the customer that because the hose was stripped, I could not advise for them to use the cooktop until that was fixed. The customer advised that the contractor on the home is responsible for taking care of that and will do so immediately. Call complete."

The customer advised that since the last repair, the unit has cooled the refrigerator section perfectly, but the freezer section still leaves the ice cream soft and doesnt freeze things quickly. I shared vies that the unit has a hard time making ice as well but the freezer doesnt seem to be getting down to proper temperature. I checked pressures and found the refrigerant level a little low. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they could hear what sounded like a fan hitting ice or failing. Upon arrival, I could not hear any unusual noises from the unit. I disassembled the FC section and while doing so, I found some frost on both rails (photos). I found no ice build up on the evap cover. Removed the evap cover and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and no signs of ice build up. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan and damper in test #3 and the unit is operating as designed. I could hear a slight chatter from the damper, but its normal noise. I tested the element and it is within ohms range. Tested the thermistors and all are within ohms range as well. Based off the info the customer provided and my findings, it appears that the FC door was not closed completely allowing warm air inside and creating some ice build up on the evaporator. Once the unit went into defrost mode, the ice ice was melted at he unit continued operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Scott and advised of the complaint, my testings and my findings. Scott documented the info and advised to not replace any parts as the unit is operating as designed. Provided SR#7735561469. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they monitor the unit and to call in for service if the unit makes noises again. I leveled the unit and tested door functions and the doors are closing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I pulled the unit out and tested the elements and both are within ohms range. I turned the unit on bake and tested voltage and found both element getting 240V. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Following the tech sheet provided by the manufacturer, I removed and replaced the main control and placed the old broil element in the unit as it is testing good and retested the unit. Plugged unit in and disassembled the freezer section to monitor the evaporator. I found only the top two coils of the evap had frost pattern and the cap tube was beginning to accumulate a large amount of frost. I tested the element and it was within ohms range as was the thermistor. I pulled the unit out and checked the compressor and found it at .43amps. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair and I verified the unit sealed system still within warranty through our claims department. I recommended the customer contact lg to schedule the repair as t(e unit will need the compressor, dye drier, access valve and main control and possibly the evaporator. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

I gained access to the gear case and found it actively leaking oil. I am ordering the gearcase, cam, belt, actuator and motor to be replaced. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not baking properly. Found bake ignitor faulty and replaced ignitor. ested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for both sections not cooling . Oth sections around room temp. Ran test 4 . Found evaps getting about an inch of frost on evap only . Ordering both evaps , compressor, service port , uv drier ,AUTHO ,weigh 3 hrs . Call to set return. ; ordrng 1 AUTHO and 1 Serviceport and 1 Uvdrier and 1 W10779331 (Compressor) and 1 Evap and 1 WPW10643261 (Evap) and 1 Weight3hrs"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing correctly. Test unit and found spray arms not turning. Found bad sump and motor and also found unit leaking from between the door.

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found debris within the fan blade and air plenum area, making contact with the blade during operation. I removed the debris and cleaned lint from the unit and tested. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Diagnosed a frozen drain in freezer section,removed ice defrosted drain checked water flow good.

"KRFF305ESS00 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker would not rotate and I verified power to it and valve actuation. I removed and replaced the ice maker and the issue was resolved. The new ice maker cycled and filled to the correct level. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and installed previously diagnosed drip pan and evap motor/harness. Unit working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for no cool in fresh food section. No airflow from vents removed evaporator cover fan not running diagnosed a defective fan motor,replaced fan motor powered unit on fan powered on.

"Arrived on site for the washing machine not spinning the clothes out. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code for basket speed failure in diagnostics. I gained access to the gear case and checked all components, everything checked in range. I gained access to the control harness and double check the components. I again found them all in range. I tested the unit in a high speed spin and found the motor making a pulsing noise instead of staying steady. I found the control receiving steady power.. I installed a new control and retested the unit. I found it working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for 7-1 error code and found unit oversudsing causing heater lock. Reset unit and advised unit on use and care. All checks good. All functions check god in diagnostics. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for dryer shutting off. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found when using sensor selections the unit is turning off prematurely. Ran timed dry selections and unit will run accordingly. Notified customer that sensors may be an issue. Customer is ok with using timed dry at her than sensor dry function.
