Arrived onsite for a washer that will not turn on. Upon inspection I found good power and polarity at the wall. I Visually inspected the control and found no signs of burn outs on the board. I did notice that the led light on the board was flashing meaning that the board was good. I replace the the console and found that there was a communication error for the old console store. I tested the unit and found the the unit shut off a the point where the drain pump would turn on. I tested the pump and found that it was showing 25 ohms but it should be at 12-15 ohms. Inspected compressor compartment, fresh food evaporator and freezer evaporator and no signs of dye are present. Checked pressures and found-5/0, indicating all refrigerant had leaked out. A leak is present however with no signs of dye present, this indicates a leak within the cabinet.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is popping the breaker daily. On arrival breaker was tripped. Reset and ran unit. Unit seemed to be on and running OK. Put unit in forced defrost, which immediately trips the breaker. Checked defrost control and could not find a failure on the control. I unplugged one side of the heater and ran it and breaker did not trip, indicating a bad heater. Replaced heater and tested. Verified all working as designed. Call complete."

"WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC at 10?F and the ice maker housing at 14?. Testing the ice maker thermistor revealed it initially at 8.2 ohms, misreading the ice maker housing temperature by over 20?. I removed the ice maker and tested the thermistor and after just a few minutes, the measured thermistor resistance matched the thermistor temperature, ruling out the thermistor as the issue. Testing the heater leads, I found 40.3 VAC with the doors closed and the unit not calling to harvest ice. The same test performed in a Low Z setting, showed 1.87 VAC. Thermographic testing revealed no appreciable heating of the ice maker mold after five minutes and I ruled out the measured bleed voltage in the heater (relay driven) circuit. I did note, back probing the heater plug showed the errant voltage disappearing when the heater was plugged in, denoting consumption of the current, but un-measurable with the type of meter I had at the time. Reinstalling the ice maker and retesting the thermistor revealed readings that more closely matched suspected temperatures, as exact readings could not be determined due to the installation. I suspect there was an issue with the wiring connectors for the thermistor. I discussed my findings with the customer and advised that an ice maker and possibly main control will be required, if the issue persists. No leaks observed using service."

Arrived on site for cooktop not igniting. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the interior of the cook top and found the switch harness was cut and shorted. I spoke to the customer about replacing the harness. The customer just wanted the harness spliced back together. I repaired the harness. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Arrived on site washer making noise. On inspection found that the pulley cover was touching the pulley. Removed the pulley cover in the noise was not there. The suspension was shoot and the tub with clothes in it was touching the ground. Replaced the suspension and tested unit. The noise is gone.

Arrived onsite for water not dispensing. On inspect ion found that the fill valve had very little pressure on the refrigerator side. The inlet pressure was fine. Arrived onsite for a washer making a hissing and grinding noise intermittently. The customer had a full load in the unit when I arrived. I watched the unit complete the cycle and work as designed. I inspected the lower part of the machine and found the gearcase and slider in good shape. I found a metal coat hanger under the rotor and I suspect this could have been making the noise when there was a heavier load in the machine. I ran a calibration cycle and a service cycle. All test past. I showed the customer that there is a very slow water drip coming out of the valve stem on the hot water wall valve and advised to get it changed. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with water leaking causing ice build up and a door not aligned. I found the actual customers request is water is leaking under the deli drawer causing some ice build up and the deli harness retainer bracket keeps popping off the door. I found the harness in good condition and explained to the customer that I suspect it had been getting ice build up causing it to bind when the door was opened and popping the retainer bracket off. I found the bracket in good condition and reinstalled it. The bracket would not just pop back off. I found the drip pan straight but iced over not allowing it to drain. I found the drain tube restricted with debris causing the whole issue. I cleared the ice and the drip tube. I removed the drain tube and cleaned out the restriction. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

When I opened the RC doors, I could hear the damper opening and making a rattling noise. The customer identified the noise as the one theyve been hearing since they moved in back in October. Customer provided a copy of their closing documents for warranty verification (photo). I removed and replaced the damper control and tested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noise. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making a squeaking noise during the spin cycle on certain loads. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase and other components and when I removed the rotor, I found a small amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor indicating the gearcase beginning to fail. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found 4 inch wide piece of insulation that runs along the Width of the inner door panel and wraps around support wire is folded over tub edge into the water. It is wicking water saturating this piece of insulation and dripping between door panels. This type of leak bypasses water level switch, Also found drain hose connection at garbage disposal is being shared with a reverse osmosis system. Explained to customer how this has the potential to overflow dishwasher and recommended that reverse osmosis company return and install a saddle type drain instead. job complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher giving float switch error code. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found water in overfill tray. Cleared tray and tested unit for leaks. Did not find ant signs of leaking. Spoke to customer and found that home has water softener but also excess detergent is being used. This is causing an over sudsing condition and spilling into the overflow tray causing the error to trigger. Instructed customer on detergent reduction use due to softener. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying properly. On inspection found that there was no heat from the heating element. Did a amp draw and there was zero amps. Inspected the heating element and found it was burned on the right side in the back. Replace the heating element and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found start device clicking but not turning compressor. Replaced start device(W10873801) and run cap(WPW10350564) from truck stock.
