Arrived onsite for MW door not shutting. On inspection the door could not close all the way to make contact with the switches. I pulled the unit out a few inches and noticed that the door was working properly. Pushed the unit back in when I went to open the door the bottom of the unit got pushed out 1/2 inch. Thats when I noticed that the spacer kit was not installed. The hinges are sitting on top of trim of the cabinet. It has to have the spacer kit so the hinges do hit the cabinet trim. Called the builder to let them know it was missing from the installation.

Arrived on site for yellow flames on cooktop. On inspection found the front left burner had to small of a orfice changed it out and adjust the flames on the dual burner heads. No gas leaks detected during inspection. The unit is operating as designed.

The customer advised that they had just re-leveled the unit within the last week And the door seems to be shutting better now but they still wanted to have a checked out. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can smell gas when the oven is trying to ignite. I disassembled the oven and found the bottom panel was badly warped and the customer advised they had a piece of foil on the bottom panel (photo). Once I removed the panel, I tested the unit in Bake mode and found the ignitor is not arcing but I could hear it clicking. I pulled the warming drawer out and found several pans inside that were sitting too high and one was touching the ignitor connector. With the drawer out, I retested and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer remove the items from the drawer and only keep some in there that would not go above the top of the drawer pan. "arrived on site for the cooktop that still smells like gas. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and did find that fixed their gas line going into the regulator. Disassembled the unit and tested all connectors for any signs of a gas leak. Could not get any bubbles to form even with the gas turned on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7735730709. He advised that because of the fact that the customer stated that she can smell gas more when the unit is not cooking, that the issue would have to be with one of the gas valves and to just replace them all. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Lakeisha SR# 7735730709. She advised that she would update the notes on the file and to just go ahead and proceed with Techlines recommendation for now. She advised to call back if the customer experiences any other issues. Ordering the gas valves in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to the customer not living in the house full-time and limited parts availability. "4140I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7735726980. Advised that the issue would most likely be with the water level sensor or evaporator thermistor based on all the information. He had me disconnect the wiring to the water level sensor and found evidence of mold, mildew, and corrosion on the wiring connectors. The unit will need a new reservoir drain pump, recirculation pump, water level sensor, and wiring harness for repair. Ordering the reservoir drain pump and the office will need to contact the extended warranty for authorization and the customer on her return trip. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which is a loud screeching metal on metal noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the high speed spin mode. I could not duplicate the noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photos). I removed the rotor and found oil on the underside of the rotor and on the slider. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven making a ticking sound. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a ticking sound when they bake on a low setting. I tested the unit on Bake at 175 degrees and when the ignitor began to arc, I could hear the noise coming from the main control and the customer identified the noise as well. I pulled the unit out and removed he back panel and retested the unit. Once the ignitor began to arc, the noise reappeared and the noise was coming from one of the relays on the control. I stopped testing and tested the unit in broil mode and the ticking did not come back. I stopped testing and placed the unit back in bake mode and again the noise reappeared. The unit continued to operate as designed. It seems the control is not recognizing the ignitor had arced and the burner came on. I am ordering the main control and Bake ignitor and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 02/27/23 per customer request. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found and draw to compressor between .4.5 A. Found fans running but compressor not officially pumping refrigerant through system. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not spinning and ending cycles. Checked errors and found F7E1 error for tach lost signal. When trying to engage spin the unit just buzzes, a sign of failed capacitor. No spinning takes place at all. Ordering capacitor/motor. Arrived on site to test unit for acting erratic. Found error f9e4(tub light issue). Unit does not have a tub light. Recommend replacing control. Also found RO system tied to dishwasher drain. "Arrived on site for no lights and dispenser not working. Removed deli ui found corroded and broken wires to harness,disconnected power to deli door lights and dispenser working. Advised customer deli door and ui need to be replaced

Arrived on site to test unit for vent fan being louder than normal. Customer stated roof repair was done and issue happened in conjunction. Found a piece of roofing shingle and a couple of staples caught in vent wheels causing noise. Removed obstructions and unit is currently venting as designed

"Arrived on site for compressor not powering on. Found oil leaking from from steel line coming out of cabinet appeared from lockring,replaced defective compressor,removed lockring found condenser housing rubbing on steel line that caused leak on steel line attempted to adjust steel line to repair and steel line broke due to rubbing of steel to steel. Called tech support submitted pictures per tech supportSR#7735714323"

"E15IM60GPS Arrived to inspect ice production, cleaning and general operational issues. I found the condenser was completely coated with debris and removed. The ice within the unit was frosty and opaque in appearance. After removing the debris, the ice produced looked much better. I adjusted the ice thickness setting and monitored. Ice thickness waned during testing and I advised the customer the sealed system is likely loosing efficiency. Operational test ok, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to replace both blowers. Replaced blowers test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is leaking. Found bellow torn, dispenser leaking, baffles loose, and tight drum bearings. Due to multiple issues customer didn't want unit repaired today.
