"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised me the unit never cooled correctly and in was in the mid 40s in both chambers. The unit had an inverter driven R600a compressor and I found the inverter supply drawing 2.2 amps. I verified 3.5-4.5 KHz compressor run trigger in test mode 5 and also that the three way valve, both tactile and audibly, appeared operational. The high side discharge went through different phases during testing and was from moderately warm to the touch (4 KHz), to near room temperature (3.5 KHz), all during extended compressor run conditions. The return from the condenser into the cabinet heat loop never exceeded room temperature. The temperature of the compressor was moderately warm. The compressor is faulty and will require replacement. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker and it filled with water. I found the RC evaporator cover gapped allowing cold freezing air to escape and hit the reservoir causing it to freeze. Using some manufacturer approved permagum from my van stock (212643), I sealed off the gap. Customer also advised that they had to use a pair of pliers to remove the filter to replace it. I inspected the filter and housing and found the housing broken and the cover not the correct part for this model. Checked regulator on propane tank and found valve was mostly closed. Opened valve fully. Ran unit with opened regulator on LP tank and smelled strong gas smell when oven was in use. Whether unit was cycling or not gas is likely seeping from the valve. When it does heat the temp rises much faster, however the gas smell is still present. Went to replace the motor and found the motor pulley and belt retainer missing from the new motor. Found that the new motor does not include either item. Arrived onsite for dishwasher tracks broken. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found visibly failed adjusters. Ordering adjuster sets for left and right side. "Arrived on site and inspected washer and found standing water in the tub, inspected drain pump and found it is reading 20.1 ohms this is within specifications. Attempted to run a diagnostic cycle and washer will not do anything. Replaced control board, actuator, capacitor and this had no positive effect. Washer will still sit idle with power showing. Found 120 V from control board to drain pump but only 12 V showing at drain pump connection. A new lower harness will be needed to complete repair; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness)"

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found error E5(ice maker thermistor bad). FC ice maker producing properly. Temps correct in both compartments. Recommend replacing RC ice maker. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the wash cycle not working and the door not closing properly. I found an F4E3 and F7E1 stored error codes. I found correct voltage to the pump and it not working. I replaced the sump and motor then tested the machine. I found the unit working as designed. The door is closing properly. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. I found the dispenser door broken and the dispenser with need to be replaced. Ordering WPW10671905 dispenser. RS for Fri 2/17.; ordrng 1 WPW10671905 (Dispenser)

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not filling with water. Found cold water valve failed and replaced valve. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that has no power. Upon inspection I found that the unit would not power on. I attempted to reset the breaker and found no change. I checked the power at the outlet and found that there was half the power that is supposed to be supplied to the unit for proper operation. I advised the customer to diagnose why they are missing power at that outlet. Job complete

Arrived on site to install parts ordered previously. Installed new thermistor and new air duct customer provided. Tested unit and its now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking. Found lower bake ignitor faulty and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found it is unplugged customer was experiencing a step device constantly tripping. Replaced start device. After replacement observed Compressor running properly. Customer will continue to monitor refrigerator for correct cooling operation for at least 24 hours.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not operating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit turns on but it doesnt heat. I read the front bottom panel and tested the unit and found the element not functioning. I tested ohms to the element and found it open. I disassembled the unit and tested the cutoff, thermostats and fuse and all are good. Also found the unit has its original rollers/tension pulley/belt and they all are in poor shape. I removed and replaced the rollers, pulley and belt and cleaned all axles and cleaned the unit (photos) and reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for no water being dispensed from dispenser. Removed filter and water dispensing as designed. Used bypass and water dispensing as designed . Narrowed issue down to bad filter. Advised customer new filter is needed. Removed condenser build up and no leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for cooktop sparking. On inspection when the burner on the right side are on the left back burner would start sparking for no reason. When I turn both right side burners on the spark happen more frequently to burners on the left side. I replaced the spark module and the issue went away. Now when the burns on the right are turn on sparking anymore. I tested it for 15 minutes. no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking properly. Found control locked out and power cycled unit to reset control. All is working properly at this time and as repair under 10 mins only svc fee charged.

Arrived on site for no lights and dispenser not working. Removed deli ui found broken wires at harness diagnosed unit will need a new deli door and possibly new deli ui

"Arrived on site for no ice tested unit diagnosed a defective water valve,replaced water valve tested unit good water flow unit passed all other diagnostic test.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customer stated he had geek squad out a couple on weeks ago and couldnt diagnose. Customers complaint was refrigerator would lose power to everything except the UI and ice building up in the freezer. I gained access to the freezer evap and found no ice build up I checked the drain tube and it was also clean and not clogged. I also inspected the deli harness and the deli control and they looked in great condition. I read the disclaimer we have for the 5 door refrigerator to customer. I advised customer we would have to replace the high voltage, main control and UI. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for one time leak. Removed back panel, and inspected for leaks. No evidence of leaks in the cabinet and no leaks at time of service. Did see evidence of a superficial bellow leak that could explain the symptoms. Advised customer on option to replace bellow due to mildew and staining. Customer requested replacement of bellow.

Arrived on site for refrigerator with failing leds. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found fc leds and top rc leds failing. Replaced leds under Special Project #: S84638 Technical Service Pointer #: W11606409. Found no further failures with unit and all leds working as designed call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found clogged drain line in fc causing water leak. Found drain line by compressor fully sealed with no air leaks. Found drain line starting to collapse internally

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with tub filling with water when unit is not in use. Examined unit and found drum had about 2 inches of water. Valves were off. Removed hoses from valves and turned on water, and found upper double valve solenoid dripping. Replaced double valve and verified no further dripping. Repair completed."

"LSXS26386D/03 Arrived to inspect ice production issues and cooling. I found the FC at 37?F and the compressor was running at full speed the entire service call. Amp draw was .92-1.08 and varied, without hearing any appreciable change in compressor motor speed. No stored error codes were found and there was no frost pattern. The evaporator did not have any signs of sealed system oil or leaks, but cannot be determined until the compressor is replaced and the system is leak tested. I performed a thermography of the system and found the compressor discharge at 120.6?, which declined to 100.3? within five inches. At the condenser inlet, the temperature was 91.4 and the outlet was room temperature of 72.7. This indicates a compressor that cannot flow enough refrigerant and will require replacement. The customer is within the seven year parts warranty period and I advised them to contact the manufacturer. The required sealed system parts will be the compressor, service port and drier. It would be best to have the evaporator on hand, in case of need, but it is probable the service could be completed without it. Having prior service history with this MFG,

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the sump and motor the reinstalled the machine adding a drain pan under it I tested the dishwasher and it is working as designed and sounds normal. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on is to inspect washer error code and not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F9E1 and water in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the error code and manually tested the drain pump. I heard the relay on the control click but nothing else happened. I tilted the unit back and inspected the drain pump and when I touched the harness to the pump, the pump came on and drained the water from the unit. Once the water was drained, I tilted the unit back again and inspected the harness. I found where the harness is secured with the clip on the pump, the harness is broken (photos).I was able to mend the harness and tested the unit and it operated as designed. Customer advised they would contact the manufacturer to dispute due to the unit being just out of its one year warranty and would contact our office if they want to order the harness and move forward with repair. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for lights not working. Found the freeze light is not working and the lights in the rc were out. I informed the customer the lights are in a series that the freezer light is the pen that goes most of the time.
