Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not heating. I found the same issue with a break in the power cord when it is bent from the unit being pushed in the cabinet. The customer stated they called but they couldnt remove the microwave from the cabinet. I found the cord junction box at the back of the microwave had gotten bent up not allowing the unit to come out of the cabinet. I was able to get it removed and straighten out the box but the cord needs to be replaced. Ordering W11199540 power cord.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still not cooling correctly. After talking with the customer I found out that the FC has never been and issue and ice has always been made. Only the RC stops cooling correctly. I tested the temps and found the FC at 2 degrees and still dropping but the RC temp was at 52 degrees on the center shelf. I tested the RC thermistor at J5-1 to J5-2 on the UI and the resistance showed 4.30 kohms and it was reading 1.51 VDC which should be somewhere between 59 and 62 degrees. I found the 3 way valve working and could tell the RC evaporator had cooled and defrosted. It appears the UI isnt communicating with the main control to cool the RC. I found no DC voltage out of the main control to the inverter and the unit was not in defrost. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7735843027. Austin agreed that after all was replaced and tested that the UI is failing but also wants another main control ordered just in case the new one that was just replaced is defective. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making loud squealing noise when running. Disassembled unit and found both rear rollers were barely moving, front and real drum seals were separated from the drum as well. Belt was screaming due to seized tensioner pulley. Advised customer repair is to replace all rollers, drum seals, and tensioner / belt. Customer declined repair and will replace unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. Customer advised that its only happened once. I inspected the freezer door gasket and found it sealing properly on all four sides. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. "CAE2795FQ1 Arrived to inspect no operation. Service test mode had F7E5 and F2E3 stored in memory. Upon inspection of the gear case and associated parts, I found the seals had failed and there were also signs of water that had leaked through the failed gear case and into the mode shifter housing. The capacitor also had water marks, but tested at an acceptable 59.6 uF. The unit will require the gear case, cam assy, actuator and belt

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will not dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the motor seems to turn but ice does not drop. Held the door switch and had the customer attempt to dispense ice. Found the impeller stripped on the motor. Replaced the impeller and tested the unit again. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer lint screen unable to put back in the unit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they attempted to clean the lint duct with a rag, the rag got caught on the line screen arm that holds the screen in place and they bent the arm. I disassembled the front of the unit and removed the lint duct and attempted to correct the arm and was unable to. Arrived onsite for a range with the convection fan not working. I found no voltage to the fan. I tested voltage out of the control from P5-1 to P6-3 and had no voltage. All the lights and the door switch were working as designed. I changed the appliance manager and tested again getting the same results. I called techline and spoke with Andrew. I jumped P5-1 to P5-9 and the convection fan started working. Andrew stated there is a logic problem with the UI and advised replacing the UI. Ordering W11492301 UI control. Found that the P8 connector is the harness that is causing the issue. Contacted SW for assistance. After series of test pin pointed the cause to the compressor. Arrived onsite for dishwasher door was damage. On inspected found that there is tape damage to the top of the front panel. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling after the compressor and condenser were replaced. On arrival I found the unit powered up but the compressor was not running and had power to it. I tested the compressor with a test inverter and watt meter. The wattage went up to 25 watts and then slowly dropped to nothing indicating a failed compressor. He advised that because of the corrosion on the wiring and connectors, to order the sealed system and control for repair. "JFFCC72EHL03 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer advised me the noise was a fast buzz or rattle and was much louder when the RC doors were opened, but still very noticeable with the RC doors closed. I found a moderate formation of solid ice in the evaporator area at the right side and advised the customer they will need to defrost the unit to remove the ice, even though it was located at the right only and a small amount. The installers did not set the front feet and the cabinet was badly out-of-square, facilitating air leaking into the chassis and the upper corner of the right RC door gasket had a small tear and showed signs of fold over. The drain tube assembly was gapped in the lower unit area and required sealing. The gasket and drain tube together, allowed enough air to enter the chassis and create the ice issue, exasperated by food packaging that had lodged in the right side of the air intake. Thermography revealed the RC defrost system worked as designed within test mode 90. I set the front legs to square the chassis and tested. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator getting to cold in the FC. I found the settings on the control at 37RC and 5FC. I found the temps in the FC at -3 degrees and the RC at 35 degrees with the compressor still running. I tested both of the thermistors resistance at the control and found the RC reading 6.12 kohms & the FC reading 15.29 kohms. Both were way out of range and will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher cleaning light flashing (error code). Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E4-float switch & F9E2-drain pump. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and removed the float switch from the drain pan and found soapy water in the drain pan and on the float. When the unit motor came on, it made a load moaning noise as if it were struggling to pump,the water. Customer advised they have a water softener system and are also on a water well. Once the unit was completed with testing, I removed and replaced the float switch and reassembled the drain pan. Due to the noises from the motor, I am ordering the sump/motor assembly and scheduled return service for 03/06/23. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is frozen up in the ice bin and starting to leak water out. I found the right side of the ice bin with a solid block of ice and the bin frozen in the door. I steamed out the ice and removed the bin. I found the end of the fill tube limed up causing water to spray everywhere when the ice maker filled. I cleaned the tube and reassembled the unit. I ran a harvest test and the unit filled and worked as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a washer making a making clicking and squealing noises. I checked error codes and found F7E9 locked rotor, F7E5 shifter failure, F0E3 overload, and F2E1 UI stuck button error. I could feel something rubbing and there was drag when rotating the basket. I removed the basket and found nothing under it and determined the drag was in the gearcase. I replaced both then ran a calibration cycle and a service diagnostics cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. "Arrived on site to diagnose range that was cycling burners more than normal on cooktop. Customer says that within the last couple weeks things have taken longer to cook than normal. Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed sealed system. When I tapped into system to evacuate refrigerant found system had 0 charge. Replaced compressor and drier. Charged system with nitrogen to locate leak. Found condenser was leaking. Filled pan with water to provide better evidence. With water bubbling still heard a slight hissing sound. Applied bubble solution to all weld joints with no signs of leaking from those areas. Placed solution applicator on suction tube/cap tube area entering cabinet and found it bubbling if held in correct spot. Took video and submitted findings to whirlpool.

Arrived on site to install new sump and motor assembly to resolve weak pump not cleaning dishes. Replaced sump and tested unit. Verified spray arms are moving and noise level is down. No water leaks found. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not move past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer advised of the unit makes a grinding sound and does not go past the sensing portion of the cycle and will shut off. The customer ran a a load on the normal wash cycle and I immediately heard the sound. Checked underneath the washer and found the cam has been completely stripped. Due to the load that was in the washer, I did advise the customer against washing blankets and thicker items that are really weedy when saturated. I did advise the customer that the manufacturer recommends to take those to the laundromat such as quilts, comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, etc. the customer advised this unit specifically for the space so they could wash whatever they needed. Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found screen and filter are covered with a mat of solid material. Took pictures. Removed them both and washer is working properly. Incoming water pressure is weak and water does not get hotter than 94?. Because of water temperature heating element has failed. Replacing heating element would not solve issue it would just fail again.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the bracket and retainer clip and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed.

Notified customer that the unit should be run initially for 30 to 40 minutes to burn off shipping oils from the elements. This is a normal process and will stop after the first or second use. Arrived on site for washer not starting/ turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics after further testing I found a short in the power cord/ACU connector and was able to repair wiring and insure unit worked as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Pulled the RC evap cover and found the reservoir frozen, took the heat gun and defrosted the reservoir and the water started to flow from the dispenser. Contact the office and James information me to use the putty to seal the around the column. I add putty on top of the styrofoam and the upper column. The refrigerator is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not closing. On inspection found the hinges were bad. Installed the hinges and the door shuts now. No water leaks detected during diagnostics mode.

Arrive onsite for a ant that is Leaking gas. Upon inspection I found that the leak was not coming for the unit but it was coming from the gas valve at the wall. I called safety and spoke to them about my finding and got Sr#7735748465.

"Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed harnesses, control. And relay. Upon arrival confirmed issue and installed required parts. Reassembled and tested unit and found washer cycle through all setting in normal and diagnostics mode. Found no leaks and unit working as designed with no errors. Call complete"

"WDP540HAMZ0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the installer had removed the anti-drain back loop on the side of the unit and in doing so, allowed the drain line to get pulled to the back of the chassis, kinking the rubber drain line connector at the front of the unit. I re-ran the drain tube in its designated mount and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a dryer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I installed a thermal cutoff kit and tested the dryer. The dryer is working as designed and cycling between 120-165 degrees when on high heat at the exhaust with the vent hose off but with the hose connected the dryer gets up to 185 degrees and the temp drops very slow indicating a restricted vent. I advised the customer to have their house vent cleaned before using the dryer. I explained that using it before the vents were cleaned could result in the thermal cutoff failing again. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previous ordered parts. Installed filter housing. No leaks present at this time. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a loud scraping noise that gets louder when the FC door is opened. On arrival the customer had the unit unplugged and the doors opened. After speaking with the customer they stated that they didnt see any frost coming out of the lower vents of the evaporator cover when the noise was happening. I tested what I could in diagnostics but couldnt find anything wrong at this time. I explained to the customer that I suspect the FC door could have been left cracked open or it could possibly have a defrost issue again but if it did happen again to leave it running and call us so we can find the issue. Call complete.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and tested. The prior noise led and the unit quieted after initial startup, within a few seconds to normal operating sound levels. I noted the vent fan did not operate during microwave testing, but the magnetron cooling system did work. I contacted the MFG, File 7735814756, and advised of my findings. There was not documentation that specified this condition, but the manufacturer rep did confirm that this was normal operation for this unit. Operational test good."

"WRX735SDHZ08 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the tiler head assembly and confirmed the supply line to the valve was too short and replaced the assembly. The valve was not needed as there was a gouge within the factory installed line, causing the drip. I removed the FC cover and verified the right return vent was completely filled with ice and I removed via steam. All functions were present within the unit after repair and there were no leaks of the water supply of unit after repair completion."

Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production and water pooling in ice compartment. Found all components functioning but water is not draining. Unit is gravity drained. Removed ice maker from compartment and found drain tube was pinched shut from angle to drain and extra material used is too stiff. Advised to have contractor correct draining issue. Arrived on site for microwave needing previously diagnosed ACU. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed required ACU. Upon reassembling unit I found all functions fully restored to microwave and unit heats as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the many failures of the unit, I removed and replaced the UI, hv control, RC evap fan motor/harness, RC evap drip pan kit and the right RC door gasket. I sealed off the RC evap cover using permagum and installed two screws at the top of the evap cover as explained in service pointer #W11092686. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for range over heating in oven and showing f6E1 in diagnostics. Upon arrival confirmed issue and error code. Upon further testing I found oven sensor ohm8ng at 1.23kohms and broil relay would randomly get stuck and leave broil element on during use. Replaced control and oven sensor then reassembled and tested the oven. Found unit heating to 350 for 20 minutes with no errors or failures. Call complete
