Arrived onsite for a leaking washer. I tested the machine in auto diagnostics and could see water dripping from the pump. I found the pump gasket had been rolled and pinched when it was installed on the tub and water dripping from the seal. I removed the pump and removed the gasket from the pump finding it good. I put the gasket back in its normal shape and attached it to the pump then remounted the pump and tested again. The unit worked as designed and there were no more water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I vacuumed to 480 microns and then monitored for an additional 15 minutes. Seeing no change in vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I squared the chassis and doors. The ice maker housing required position adjustment. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Upon further inspection I found that the was no ice buildup on the evap but it had a good frost pattern. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making buzzing noise often. Customer showed me video of noise and it sounded like ice on fan blades. Examin3d freezer compartment and found a large amount of moisture and ice trails on the back cover. Looked at the bottom left corner by the hinge and saw damage from either transport or install, and door gasket cant seal. This is causing moisture to enter freezer and create some noise. Also found noise coming from condenser vibrating on the undercover. Called tech line,SR 7735857586.

"Arrived onsite for a washer making strange noise and not spinning the clothes out properly. I found F7E7 motor not able to reach target speed & F7E3 basket engaged during the wash cycle. I suspect these could have been stored errors that were not removed after the actuator was replaced. I found a house key wedged between the washplate and the basket. I removed the key. I removed the washplate and found it clean under it. I ran the service cycle finding the unit working as designed until the end of the cycle I found the actuator failing again and grinding when trying to disengage. I inspected the lower unit and found some oil on the gearcase and some oil from the capacitor. When hand spinning the basket I can feel resistance in the gearcase. The gearcase, capacitor, actuator, and cam need to all be replaced at the same time. Ordering W11449840 gearcase, W10721967 cam, W11395618 capacitor, and W10913953 actuator. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 Tool (Washplate puller)"

Arrived on site for a wash machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit wouldnt drain and has not been able to work cents. Ran unit three diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F7 E6 (motor fault) error code. Check underneath the washer and did not find any connections or wire split. I attempted to run a manual drain on the unit and found that the drain motor would not turn on. Checked resistance on the drain pump at the drain pump and found it registering 19.6 ohms of resistance indicating a good drain pump. Check resistance at the control to the drain pump and found it open. Check for continuity on the wiring between the control and the drain pump and found the light blue motor wire open. The unit will need a new lower harness for repair. Ordering the part and will return with the control. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11652038 (Wire harness)

I disconnected the lines to the valve from the icemaker and the water dispenser. The valve is bad Customer informed me that his wife works at Ferguson plumbing and that she will get the valve.
