"WRT112CZJZ00 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit would not cool and testing pressures revealed the low side at 20 of vacuum and 51 psi in the high. Vacuuming revealed the unit would not sustain deep vacuum, reaching 290 microns and then slowly climbing to 700 within 15 minutes. I could not find any sources of leaks and pressurized the system. There were bubbles that formed only when the system was pressurized, at the entry point for the capillary tube and return, in the liner at the evaporator. I contacted the manufacturer, SR# 7735878202 and advised of my findings. The MFG tech submitted the unit for PEX review. No water connections to unit."

MHW5630HC2 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I discussed the issue with the customer and they have discovered water under the front of the machine intermittently. Service test mode had F0E2 stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed service test mode and I found the door bellow did not have good contact with the door at the 11 oclock position. I removed and replaced the bellow and noted a positive seal. Retesting of the machine showed no more leaking from the door. Drain safety strap added. No leaks observed after repair.

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed sump asm. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed motor/sump asm. Upon reassembling unit I then tested and found no leaks and noise no longer present. Call complete

"Arrived on site for wont start OPERATIONS-WASH CYCLE NOT WORKING PROPERLY . Upon arrival, there is standing water in tub. Ran diagnostics and got F9-E1 long drain, F7-E7 motor unable to reach rpm. Removed console to gain access to control. Found control not sending voltage to drain pump on call for drain. Need to replace control. Replaced control and test unit. Drain pump is not receiving voltage on call for drain. Test drain pump and has correct resistance at the pump, but am not getting resistance at the control. Need to replace harness. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. I removed the top panel and found the diagnostics LED on the main control flashing. I tested the control panel harness and it was good. I removed the front panel and inspected/tested the thermal fuse and element and found the fuse good, but the element is bad. The center metal plate of the element is badly warped and cracked. Also found a large amount of lint built up inside the unit (photo). I found the vent tube at the back of the unit had a square adaptor to it and where the adaptor meets the vent tube, its badly crushed and not allowing for good airflow. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the control panel and dryer repair kit (4-rollers, tension pulley and belt) and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power and the tub empty. I turned the unit on and placed it in diagnostics and tested. I found the reservoir drain pump not operating. I tested the unit in a normal ice making cycle and once the valve would turn off, the entire unit would lose power. I pulled the unit out of the cabinet and found a water leak at the drain (photo). Also found the dr hose had been customized and was badly kinked at the external drain pump (photos). Once I had the unit pulled out, it began to operate as designed minus the reservoir drain pump. I found the leak in the drain, just before the P trap, was leaking onto and around the junction box at the back of the unit (photos). I recommended, to the builder, that the drain hose be replaced with the original drain hose and I am ordering the recirculating pump and reservoir drain pump. Unit was left turned on and operating. Builder was made aware of the water leaks and was to get the issue repaired. I scheduled return service for 03/15/23 at which time the reservoir drain pump and recirculating pump will be replaced. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that sounds like water is spraying against the wall at the back of the machine when in use. I inspected the tub and found no cracks or holes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and checked under the unit finding no water leaks. The customer was remodeling and there is not a backsplash between the counter and the wall so the sound of the wash arms is echoing thru the opening. The unit is working as designed. I did advise the customer to add floor leveler and a drip pan under the unit incase there is ever a leak because at this time the floor under the dishwasher is lower than the tile in the kitchen which will cause the water to pool and get into the cabinets and outer wall. Arrived onsite for a washer leaking water. The customer stated they found a hole in the drain hose and a new one but havent installed it yet. She stated it was so much water the last time it leaked that they felt something other than the hose was leaking. I could not see any signs of a water leak that was recent. I replaced the drain hose and tested the machine. There were no other water leaks present. I leveled the machine because water was almost missing the tub ring at the dispenser cup. Arrived onsite for a washer that constantly drips water into the tub when the washer is off. I found the fill valve weeping. I replaced the valve and tested the machine. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. The customers wall valves would not turn off and the debris in the washer valve was as coming from the wall valves. Arrived on site to diagnose a garbage disposal that is not running. Found motor locked up and freed unit. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Observed the unit to ensure for proper cycling.Found that during every cycle the unit drops several degrees and does not maintain cooking temperature. In spin cycle I saw water on the ground. It was not coming out the front under door. I stopped the cycle in found that the bellow had come up in the middle by the tub. I recited the bellow back down but not sure when the unit goes into spin mode that it wont pop back out. Informed the customer about the issue and they are going to do laundry in they will call if it keeps leaking. Talked with Chase and he suggested that if happens again to go out with new below and a new ring.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for dryer. Upon inspecting unit found motor neutral wire not snapped into terminal block on harness. This disconnected neutral wire from motor. Rewired unit properly and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that has a burner not working properly. Found rf infinite switch not fully wired and rewired it properly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"WDF520PADM9 Arrived to inspect no power. I found the unit had a switched power supply and it was in the adjacent cabinet. I advised the customer of my findings and tested. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

"WFG320M0BS3 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. Initial testing did not reveal the unit tripping the breaker and I made a full inspection of the harness and its connections. During testing and after the unit heated over 250 degrees, the breaker tripped and power was lost. I removed and replaced the control and there was no change. I began the process of unloading each part of the circuit ine-by-one and during that testing, caught a brief glimpse of an arc flash coming from one of the factory connectors within the harness. There was no visual confirmation of the issue when inspection the area the flash was detected, but I removed and replaced the harness. Further testing showed the issue resolved and the breaker tripping issue ceased. No gas leaks detected during service."

Found heating hardware working within manufacturing specs. Found k2 relay getting stuck open and not activating. Replaced ACU after verifying outlet power supply was stable 240. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not complete cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they start the unit and its in the sensing portion, the unit buzzes but will not spin and will shut off and complete itself within 10 seconds. Did confirm the customers complaint and replaced the capacitor. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer making a knocking noise during spin. Upon arrival confirmed issue noise complaint and found f0e5 in diagnostics. Found suspension would allow tub to make contact with ground. Installed new suspension rods as well as adjusted lower feet. Tested unit and found no leaks or knocking noises. Call complete

Inspected valves and found cold water valve is blocked by white granules, took one picture. Showed customer that issue was caused by water supply. Recommended that they have water supply inspected.
