Arrived onsite for a dryer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the blower wheel and tested the dryer. The unit is working as designed.

"WF50K7500AV/A2 11 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the unit would fill and the drain pump was also present (loud clicking and suspected failure in a short period,) but the the basket assembly made no attempt to rotate. I verified all of the door switches had continuity, including the convenience door and tested the motor. The three windings were 10.9, 10.9 and 11 ohms, above the MFG referenced number, but a known error within the MFG documentation of 6 ohms. The speed sensor tested correctly and I monitored for any applied power during attempted use. There was never any measurable current sent to the motor on any of the three lines and I suspect the failure is within both the speed control and main boards, due to there being no stored errors. The unit was also very difficult to get into service mode and may denote further controller errors. I advised the customer of my findings and they elected to not pursue attempted repair due to cost. No leaks observed during service.

"WED4815EW1 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the rollers had worn and the left one was starting to seize. I replaced the rollers with the rebuild kit and tested. The handle had also failed and required replacement.

Arrived onsite for washer walking. On inspection found that all the sides of the cabinet are bowed out due to the unit get off balance. On further inspection found that the suspension was weak and the stabilizer shock were not working correctly.

Arrived onsite for MW not working. On inspection that the start and cancel button and non responsive to the touch. There is no beep when you press the button. The buttons on the right side responds with a beep. Installed a new UI and the buttons are responding to the touch now. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that smells like fish in the rc. Upon inspection I found the the smell was coming from a brown solidified liquid that was hiding underneath the pantry drawer I cleaned it up and found that the smell when away. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is cooling fine and water was leaking from the top of the RC section. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=33 degrees (setting of 35 degrees). I reset the RC temp to 37 (recommended temp). I inspected the evaporator in the RC section and found it to have a good frost pattern. I did find a small amount of water that dripped from the evap cover and cleaned it up. I didnt find any evidence of ice build up as the customer described they found on the evap cover. From the customers description of issues, it appears that the unit door was possibly left cracked open and created an air leak. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and notify our office if the issues persists. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"WRS586FLDM01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker would rotate and verified voltage to the valve and I could could hear it attempting to fill. Removing the lower supply line to the door, I found the line within the door had frozen. I verified voltage to the fill tube heater and that the fill tube heater had continuity, showing 101 . I advised the customer the issue is within the door and cannot be corrected, except for door replacement. Due to the cost, the customer decided to not proceed, knowing no further repair could be performed. Warranty applied to service. No leaks observed during service."

"WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect noise and door alignment issues. The unit required door adjustments and chassis squaring. There was a noise from the compressor area and after securing the condenser tubing, the issue was resolved. "MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that a squeal could be heard intermittently. Inspection of the gear case area revealed it was in the early stages of leaking and lines of oil that were flung from the hub could be seen in the rotor. I removed and replaced the gear case, slider and rotor and re-calibrated. Testing revealed normal operation and there were no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a rubbing sound during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only makes the sound during agitation and does not happen during spin cycles. The customer also did not have a video or audio of the sound. Ran unit through diagnostics and could not replicate the sound. Ran the unit through both Phil tests until the washer got up to halfway up the basket and attempted to agitate on heavy agitation. Still could not replicate the sound. The customer advised that the sound typically occurs as the unit is being used more and more. Found an F0 E3 (overload) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7735989207. He advised that based on the current information and the fact the customer runs four or more loads a day, the issue would most likely be with the slider, heating up and sticking occasionally when the customer is repeatedly using the product. He advised that there is nothing that can be done on the machine side to prevent that issue because its most likely an issue with overuse with the unit or overloading. He advised to make no repairs and to advise the customer against overloading it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not igniting properly and flame issues. Found burner caps not seated into burner heads properly. Also found left side offices were on right side burners. The customer advised that their water has not been flowing properly through the dispenser and has been slowing down over the last few weeks and is now at a trickle. I asked the customer if they had an extra filter to test the filter. The customer did not. the customer did not want a filter at the time. I tested the unit without the filter and found proper water flow coming through the unit. Went ahead and replaced the filter housing just to be sure. I tested the unit and still have the same result with the filters. The customer had. The customer explain that they had an in-line filtration system before the refrigerator and still use the filter on the refrigerator. I advised the customer that since the valve was OK and the housing had been replaced. The only thing that would be left would be the filter. Replaced the filter and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that in leaking. Upon inspection I found the leak coming for the garages and the rotor and slider damaged and the wash plate was also stuck in the shaft.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave light not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the venthood light and found it not turning on. When I went to remove the bulb, it broke away from the base and the element inside was burnt. I removed the base and installed a new bulb and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice maker and it started to harvest but struggled to complete and it failed to dispense water into the tray. I retested and again it struggled to harvest, but this time it dispensed water into the tray. I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees. Due to the ice maker being the original part (10yrs). I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not heating. Found bad solder joints on dlb relay on control. Repairs were approved and I repaired control. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found control not powering condenser fan or compressor even though evap fan is running and fc tems in the mid 30s. Replaced Ed control and all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site and found thermal fuse has failed. Oven was originally sitting on top a 1 inch piece of trim that does not provide a full support along the bottom required by installation instructions. Took a picture and sent to KB/service management. Either a full panel could be added underneath Oven to lift it or a 1 inch piece of trim to be installed above control panel to hide gap, job complete

Arrived onsite for light burn out in refrigerator. On inspection the lights in the rc were out and the one in the freezer was out. Pulled the freeze light down and the connector was foamed in. Tried to get it unstuck with no luck. On further inspection the red wire on the LED light was cut about 1/2 inch from the LED light. Had to cut in splice the wires on to the new LED light. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.
