"Arrived on site to inspect range burners not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop burners are working fine, but the oven wont turn on and they can smell gas. I disassembled the oven and tested the bake and it operated as designed. I tested the broil burner and it ignited but had a small flame at the back of the burner. I found the air shutter wide open and closed it approximately 1/4 way and retested. Broil burner is operating as designed. I inspected the warming drawer and found several cookie sheets inside and were possibly making contact with the bake ignitor. I recommended reducing the amount of items placed in the drawer as they will make contact with the ignitor and cause it to ground out and not operate properly. I found a small mark on the ignitor connector that could possibly be from being grounded out. I retested the unit again and it continues to operate as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking on the left side. Customer showed me where the water was coming out at. Looks like it was coming out of the steam vent. Ran the unit in diagnostic mode and it did not leak. Ran the unit in quick wash in still did not leak.Customer showed a vide and pics of the water on the floor in front of the steam tube. I replaced the vent and told the customer to wash some dishes to see if it leaks again. No leaks were detected during inspection.

Arrived onsite for oven bottom popped up. On inspection found that the burner was lifted up causing the bottom to lift the back left corner. Adjusted the burner and reinstalled the cover. It fits fine now and the unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

The customer advised that the unit is cooling partially in the freezer section, but is not cooling at all in the refrigerator section. Open the freezer door and found evidence of a defrost issue inside of the freezer section. Disassembled the freezer section and gained access to the evaporator. Found one of the connectors on the heater had backed out of the heater connector. Reattached the wire to the connector and added electrical tape to the backside of it to prevent that from happening again. Checked resistance through the harness and found proper resistance for the heater. Manually defrosted the unit and I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. Were on the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Checked underneath the washer and found the drain pump within range. Checked the wiring and found that one of the wires have been pinched at the drain pump clip causing a drop in voltage to the drain pump. Removed the wiring from the clip and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. ran the unit to an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Added some electrical tape to the wiring to ensure this doesnt happen again. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has tangling clothes and is spinning too hard. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that her thin shirts, seemingly get wrinkled inside of the washer, and that she wanted to know if there was a way to reduce the spin speed on certain cycles. I did explain to the customer that the spin speed on this particular model is pre-programmed, depending on the load setting that she has selected for the washer. Did explained that the wrinkling off her clothes can be due to wrapping clothes around the agitator and explained how the washer works. Went over the user care guide and round the unit three diagnostics. Found an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. Ran into a diagnostic test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided their POP paperwork to show the unit is in warranty. They advised the unit wont dispense water and is not making ice. I removed the RC drawers and the evap cover to find the reservoir frozen. I found the evaporator cover and insulation was gapped at the top where their reservoir is located and the gap,is causing cold freezing air from the evaporator to leak out onto the reservoir and freeze it. Using some permagum sealer, I sealed off the gap and once I was done, the RC evap,fan came on and i couldnt feel any air escaping. I advised my customer of the repair and tested the water dispenser and water dispensed as designed. I increased the temp to 39 and recommended the customer change the temp back to 37 after approximately 24 hours to allow the reservoir to thaw out completely. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water at the bottom of the unit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaks water at the front right side at the bottom. I opened the FC door and found frost/ice built up on the evap,cover, bottom of the FC lower basket and at the opening of the FC door area. I found the FC door gasket, at the bottom right side, not sealing properly and when I pulled the gasket downward, I found the FC door liner is badly warped causing the gasket to bow upwards and not sealing. Also found the unit not leveled and the left RC door mullion not seated correctly. I attempted to seat the mullion after leveling the unit and the mullion is hanging on the pivot block. Also found the right RC door gasket torn. I am ordering the FC door, FC door gasket, right RC door gasket, mullion , nameplate, and grease for the mullion and FC drawer rails and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Advised customer that the door will take approximately 4-8 weeks to arrive at which time the office will contact them and schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after three days, the unit came back on and began to cool. I tested temps in the RC=32 degrees on a setting of 33 and the FC=13 on a setting of -4 (defrosting at the time). I removed the bottom crisper drawer and found some ice on the bottom of the evaporator. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermistors for the evaporators at the P8 connector and found the RC thermistor reading was a little off range. I removed the back cover and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. Using some manufacturer approved silicone, I placed a bead of silicone around the tube and sealed the gap. Due to my readings and findings I am ordering the RC evap cover, thermistor kit and hv control. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived onsite and found unit not accessible at time of service was able to determine from onsite diagnosing tech that the symptoms indicate a locked compressor. Ordering compressor to repair. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11635510 (Compressor) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 R600 (R600)

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for dishwasher. Replaced adjusters holders and dispenser. When lower rack was replaced sliding tines and slide holders were not switched to new rack. 2 holders and the sliding tines will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 W10713281 (Rack slide) and 1 W11213333 (Slide holder)

"Arrived on site. Removed defective evaporator cover,installed new cover,reassembled fresh food compartment ran diagnostics all test passed changed defrost setting to basic

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is flashing an F2 E6 (cancel key line drive open) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he was told it is a touchpad issue and that they had them in stock. He also advised that the unit will flash that error code multiple times a day, but does not empty their function ability of the oven. Checked through the parts breakdown of this unit and found that the control panel and the control had been for this unit. Spoke to JC and was advised that the issue would be most likely with the control and would have to be rebuilt.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for microwave. Replaced cavity t-stat and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found test 56 is showing error E2. Ran test 57 and icemaker motor has failed. Ran test 45 an icemaker filled properly.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found no power showing on display. Removed door panel and found bimetal has failed, after replacing it dishwasher will start a normal cycle and is running properly.

Arrived on site and found customer has left gas on to show that it is leaking. There is gas aroma present in the kitchen island cabinet when the doors are open. Applied bubble solution to all connections and did not find any evidence of gas leak. Problem is likely in cooktop internals. Found all screws on cooktop are corroded and cooktop cannot be disassembled to investigate further. Also all interior gas components are to be ordered due to age. Cooktop will need to be replaced. Job complete
