"Arrived onsite for a range to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the switch membrane and tested all oven functions and all cooktop burners. When testing the upper oven Ion broil after about five minutes the panel started buckling. I found the upper oven flue cap setting up much higher than the lower oven flue cap and directing the heat into the bottom of the membrane which is causing the issue. I also found the cap not rolled down as far as the other one. I lowered the upper oven flue cap as low as possible and tested both ovens at the same temp. I found the panel cover at the upper flue getting 100 degrees hotter than the lower oven flue. The panel and the upper oven flue cap both need to be replaced at the same time. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly and temperatures rising. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit above average temperature in both compartments. Discussed with customer and customer decided to not move forward with any repair. Unit is 10-15 years old and would rather put money towards a new unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker in the freezer is working, but the ice maker located in the RC section is not. I tested temps in the FC=26 degrees & RC=37 degrees. I immediately noticed the UI missing digits (photo) and advised the customer. I found ice on the FC evaporator thermistor cover. When I removed the FC evsp cover, I found a ball of ice at the top right corner on the cap tube (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes on the ice maker in test 56 and found none (E0). I tested the ice maker in test 57 and 59 and it harvested as designed. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and the deli drawer door gaskets were torn (photos). Also found the right RC door gasket torn. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found that the rc was 55? and the fc was -15. There was no air being moved from the fc to the rc. On further inspection found the evap was frozen and there was evidence of air gap on the bottom of the freezer door. The fan was not working due to being iced in. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out in certain cycles. The customer stated when using the bulky and heavy duty cycles the basket will turn like it is going to spin but it never speeds up. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E2 oversuds error and F0E5 out of balance error. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I found nothing wrong with the shocks or the springs. I went over with the customer running a clean cycle with a washer cleaner and went over loading and what to watch for when the unit starts to spin. I explained to the customer that we would need a load of towels to run and test the unit with if the issue continues

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that would not stop dispensing water. The customer stated they dispensed some ice and then switched the control to dispense water and the water wouldnt shut off until the icemaker was disconnected. I reinstalled the icemaker and tested the unit. I found everything working as designed but the customers water pressure was very high. I explained to the customer that the icemaker on this unit has nothing to do with the water dispenser and that probably what happened is he jarred the unit just enough when removing the icemaker that the valve closed. I turned down the customers ball valve at the wall to get the right pressure at the dispenser. All is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling properly. I found the evaporator fan not running and the cover iced in.I removed the ice from the cover and drip pan and replaced the fan. I rested the unit and it is working as designed. Unit is not connected to water.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling well and not making ice. I found the defrost thermostat open and the heater open with both covered in frost.replace the heater and defrost thermostat. I replaced both. I ran a harvest cycle with the ice machine and it completed the cycle and filled as designed. The valve never weeped water. I explained to the customer its possible that some trash had gotten in the valve causing it to weep and freeze the fill tube and then it blew itself out. At this time all is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I removed the motor cover and found the ice maker had stopped mid-cycle. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has dim light at the top of the rc and no light in the freezer. Upon inspection I found this to be true and after making sure that the light was connected properly and the lights did not come back on or brightenI installed the new light module and the light came back to normal.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was running a couple comforters in her washer and the unit never completed the cycle. Round the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1(low/no water detected during fill) error code. I tested the unit in an auto test and found the unit working as designed. Ran the unit through both fill tests and the unit worked as designed. I did advise the customer that the manufacturer does not recommend running comforters, large blankets, sleeping bags, quilts, or other heavy material such as these with these washers. I advise that those types of loads will cause issues with the unit completing cycles due to this issue or off-balance issues. Did advise the customer to take those to the laundromat. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with no power. Examined unit and found no power present at unit. Checked breaker box and found breaker for range was tripped. Cycled power back on. Customer said the unit did not lose power while in use, it was at random overnight. I tested the unit and found functions working OK. After I shut it off the breaker tripped again at random, no functions on range being used. I checked elements and wiring and found no issues or shorts in the elements or harnesses. I had to cycle the breaker 4 times before it came back on. Issue appears to be linked to a bad gfci breaker in the box, with no verifiable failures in the unit at all. Customer advised to contact builder to replace the breaker. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for icemaker not dispensing ice. On inspection tested the paddle switch and it was good. Tested the motor and it Ohmed out good. Tested the control board p3 pins 7and8 and no voltage to the motor. Bad control board. Customer got hold of Best Buy and they are go to swap it out.

"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair on refrigerator. I pierced the system and found it flat, no pressure present. Used nitrogen to blow out the system. Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage at the control. Found only 25 V going to the control. Checked the outlet and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked voltage through the filter and found proper voltage on both sides. Spoke to SW and was advised to go ahead and replace the filter anyway. Replaced the filter and tested the unit. Found 120 V going to the Control but the Control not lighting up or attempting to send voltage anywhere. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Ran diagnostics compressor and condenser fan powered on no odd noise,ran evaporator fan test no odd noise,ran damper test no odd noise,found left hinge cover meeting cabinet enclosure and right side not touching,adjusted right side to match left. Ran unit through a normal cycle compressor and fans running no odd noise. Advised customer if noise reoccurs to pull unit out from enclosure to clear cabinets and raise unit to prevent hinge covers from interfering with cabinet."

"GI15PDXZS0 Arrived to inspect no cool and instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the unit would not cool as designed and there was very little heat developed at the inlet to the condenser. Static system pressures were 72/72 and when the compressor was engaged and ran for five minutes, low was 57 and high 76. Engaging the harvest solenoid and valve caused the pressures to nearly equalize at 71 and 75. During testing of the sealed system, the current ranged between 2.5 and 2.8 amps and steadily rose with heat. The high side discharge only became somewhat elevated in temperature. I ceased testing, recovered and charged the system to 120 psi N and bubble tested exposed joints and components. Initially, it appeared there was a leak, as it took over five minutes to charge to pressure, but after the system finally settled, it ultimately held and I found no leaks within the entire systems joints or plate electrostatic welds. Due to readings and other indicators, I suspect the system was excessively charged and the compressor failed internally, when the cleaning cycle and short circuiting of the refrigeration loop occurred. I removed and replaced the compressor and tested. 410 H/M mic. and charged. The unit operated as designed and was producing a slab. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. On inspection found error F9E1. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and it finished with no issues I ran again and the drain pump was very hot to the touch. Replaced the drain pump and ran the unit again.it finished the cycle and the drain pump was warm to the touch. I think the drain was over heating and shutting down. I cleared the error message and informed the customer if they see the error message it is new. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a rattling noise when its running, at times. Upon arrival the refrigerator was running but there was no rattle. I checked the damper and found that it did not rattle when opening and closing. I checked the compressor when it kicks on and it was normal so was the fan.
