Arrived on site for SAFETY burning smell. Upon arrival customer states that the issue she is having is that unit no longer spins. Unit is unplugged. Restored power to unit and ran diagnostics. "KURL114KSB00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the control that was ordered by prior tech and there was no change. I elected to instal the UI and still no change. I verified all loads and sensors, the unit finally engaged and this unit is one of the type that has a several minute dwell time prior to cooling system engagement. I found the cause of the beeping was loss of cooling and the unit has a failed sealed system. There was no heat on the high side and only a 5-10 degree cooling at the evap for. Gurgling could be heard within the evaporator and I suspected a low side leak. During inspection, I found the rubber protector on the evaporator split and contacted the tech line, tech Butch. I advised of my findings, but the tech said that the compressor will still need to be replaced prior to any further steps. File# 7736146659. Office to order compressor, service port and dye drier. Please allow two hours for sealed system service. System is completely copper. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having a issue where the ice in the ice bin would melt and clump together and clog the dispenser at times. Upon arrival I tested for leaks and the ice door and found none i then noticed that the ice maker itself was tilted off to the left and the was a streak of frozen water coming down the back wall where the ice bin sits. I replaced the ice maker and tested it for leaks found none the I monitored the fill tube and found that it didnt drip which caused cause ice to buildup in the funnel and when it good to fill again itll splash over and cause issues. I reinstalled the ice maker making sure that it was straight and then waited for another harvest and found was no longer splashing as much I also noticed some condensation of building up inside of the refrigerator section, then leveled the unit after making sure all of the gaskets were intact to give the unit a better chance of sealing up properly job complete . "WT1501CW Arrived to inspect washer still stalling. I found the unit was triggering off balance and due to prior service and known issues with this failure, I removed and replaced the control. The off balance issue was remedied and further testing showed the unit was also triggering long fill errors. I inspected the valve assembly and found softener resin beads throughout the pre-filters. I advised the customer they will need to have the softener issue addressed and that it is a serious issue that can cause other water problems throughout the residence. I was able to remove all of the debris and the unit then operated fill operations as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F1E5-inverter error. Cleared the code and found another error code F6E4. Cleared all codes and tested the microwave and oven. I found the oven is operating as designed but the microwave wont heat and it stopped operating and showed the error code again. I pulled the unit out and disassembled the cabinet to find the wave guide damaged on the outside of the guide. When I removed the magnetron, I found the magnetron burnt and the inside of the wave guide damaged.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with water in tub when unit not operating. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub and the customer advised that the unit fills even when the unit is not turned on. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. While testing, I checked ohms readings to all valves, along with voltage reading. I found the main valve was out of range on ohms readings. I removed the inlet hoses and found debris inside the screens on both valve assemblies. I removed and replaced the main valve and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that the inlet hoses would need to be replaced due to the, breaking down internally. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon inspection I found that the the evaporator was clogged with ice and the thermostat was corroded, which corrupts the signal sensitivity control to control the defrost and cooling of the unit. I remove the ice and I installed new evap cover assembly and ran all functions in diag mode and found unit operational. I did notice that the right side rc door gasket was torn and made this known to the customer they decided to take care of it them selves.

"KCGC506JSS00 Arrived to inspect flame issues. I found the left and right front power burners were difficult to ignite. I was able to adjust the burners and get both of them to consistently ignite within three clicks. The flame height was too low, not allowing enough BTUs and I discovered the regulator had been incorrectly set to NG, instead of LPG. After correcting, the high height was correct and low flame adjustment was required and performed. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Checked the outlet and it had power so gain access to the electrical panel under the unit in found power there, thats when I heard the unit turn on. I ran the drain pump to pump the water out. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. It ran #1 and when it went the #2 the unit through the breaker. Customer reset breaker then I went back to the panel under the unit and found power on the cord side . Went over to the harness side and was testing for electricity is when I saw the spark on the cord side. On further inspection the installers did not tighten down the wire beside the screws. I secured the wires with the screw and the unit came backup. I was able to run diagnostics mode 3 times with out any issues. The unit was operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Wind is able to blow directly into the vent, and the moisture causes it to stick to the grille. Advised customer to replace exterior vent to resolve, unit is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is now making a popping noise the you close the door. Upon inspection I found that the cam was loose I adjusted and tightened down the cam and tested the unit and found that the noise was gone.

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying the dishes properly. Upon inspection I found that all functions work properly, I did deliver the the customer had her rinse aid set too high and I adjusted it and also advised the customer on detergent use and how it interacts with her soft water system. Unit is operating as designed job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaking fro the front. Upon inspection I found that there was no leak at the float switch seal, sump&motor, drain hose, and the water inlet no leaks at the tub either. Upon further in I found that the gears in the lower spray arm war jammed which can cause the arm to get stuck in one position and in the case it would get stuck where it would spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. I got them free and tested unit and found that the arm was moving as normal job complete."

"Arrived onsite for a range that has a gas smell. Upon arrival I did not smell any gas when the unit was not in us and couldnt find any leaks, I asked customer when she smelled the gas and she advised me that it was when she first turned on the oven. I the turn the oven on and the unit operating as designed, you will smell a little gas when the unit it first turn on but with go away the the back but it lit by the spark igniter. I connected the owner and got permission to charge cc on file."
