I removed the outer door panel and removed the control panel to inspect the User Interface (UI) and found a relay on the board had shorted. I removed and UI and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the power keeps going on and off causing the unit to chime constantly. On arrival I found the refrigerator unplugged from power. The customer also stated that the FC had been cooling properly but the RC didnt seem to be cooling as well when this was happening and they replaced the main control. I ran test 40 and other test finding the unit working as designed. I explained to the customer that it is possible that they are having an issue with the Orion control but it is also a possibility they were having an RC defrost issue and the fan was hitting ice causing the power failure. I explained to the customer that if it was a defrost issue it could return in 5-7 days but it is possible that it is repaired now since they changed the main control. All is working as designed at this time.

Set oven to bake and found it reached temperature in expected amount of time, when temperature chimed and showed 350 on preheat it was 416, dropped to 367, then 384, then 363, then 374, then 358, then 364, then 351. Overall average is 365, calibrated oven 15 degrees down and oven is working properly. Provided homeowner with calibration instructions if any further adjustment is needed.

"Kuid308ess2 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. After further inspection, I found the original drain line, made of three inches of rubber tubing, connected with rigid copper inserts, was plugged and collapsing. I removed and replaced the main drain tubing and attached to the existing final part, that had been simply inserted into the drain line behind the wall. I advised the customer the installation of the drain was incorrect and it had been slightly leaking for a indefinite time, likely quite a while. The customer will have the drain corrected. I tested the unit and it drained sufficiently and produced ice as expected. No leaks of the water supply or drain line installed prior to the original sewer line penetration.

Arrived onsite for a dryer with no heat and it has never heated since it was installed. I found only 19.34VAC from L2 to ground at the terminal block. I took voltage check photos. I checked the circuit breaker and found it appearing good. I disconnected the cord and reset the breaker getting the same voltage out of the outlet. I could feel the L2 lug in the outlet loose and it appears to be a bad outlet. I also found the cover plate and screw for the terminal block missing. I reported my findings to the maintenance supervisor and he will get the outlet replaced or breaker if needed and find the cover plate. Call complete.

I was able to get the unit out onto my oven dolly and tested. I removed and replaced the main control and blower assembly and placed the unit back in its space and installed the new vent and trim. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found compressor drawing 0.7amps but drier was immediately icing over indicating a restriction. Recovered refrigerant and replaced access valve and installed uv drier. Removed restriction with nitrogen and then pulled vac. Recharged system with 5.5oz of r134a. Found no leaks and informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite for washer not draining/leaking. On inspection found that when I went into diagnostics mode when the water started to dispense it shot out of the hot water hose at the wall. I tightened the hose up and retested the unit. There is no more leak at the hot water hose and the unit is operating as designed and no more water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning. On inspection found the lower arm not connected to the pump. I started the unit in diagnostics mode and noticed that the water was not hot after diagnostics made. Ran diagnostics again and monitor the amps on the heating element. They read 4.14 amps. I then on,Ed the element out and it was between 0.5 to 35ohms, It was jumping all over. New element read 11.5 ohms and it was reading 7.1amps during dial mode. The unit is operating as designed and no water heater was delivered due south."

Sent a short video to KB service management of cooktop working after adjustment. Set griddle to 350? After allowing to preheat for 20 minutes water dropped on griddle will boil immediately, however when an infrared thermometer is used it will only show 86? surface of griddle is too shiny for infrared thermometers to read properly and. Arrived on site for oven not working properly. Customer said that the unit was 25? off. The unit ranged from 310? to 390? when set at 350? the set temperature is the avg of the range temperature. The average for the oven was correct form the range of 310? to 390? = 350?. The oven is operating as designed. The inspector probably shoot the back of the unit with the temperature gun. The metal is always hotter then the air temperature.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont get past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored area codes. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and found the unit working in operating as designed without shutting off. added water to the unit and attempted a drain and spin. Found the unit working operating as designed. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Customer threw in a load of towels on a bulky sheets setting. Found the unit fill and agitate as designed. The customer advised of the issue happened whenever he first hit the start button. He advised that the unit would blink at him. I did explain to the customer that when that happens, they need to hit the start button one more time to allow the unit to start. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees on setting of 39 degrees and FC=9 degrees. I removed he shelves/drawers from the RC section and found a large block of ice on the bottom section of the RC evap cover (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and the RC thermistor is showing to be closed. I tested the fans and all are operating as designed. I was able to get the evap cover removed but could not remove the fan scroll without damaging other parts behind it; ordrng 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer intermittently shutting down during wash cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E1 and F7E5. Cleared the codes and manually tested the valve, agitation and spin and found the valve is operating properly; spin is operating properly, but agitation is not functioning. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the lights not working correctly. I found all the exterior lights not coming on and the deli UI not working. I found the deli UI compartment dry and clean. I found the black wire in the harness broken. I found the right side refrigerator door hinge not loaded and the door setting up higher than normal. I disconnected the deli control and the side LEDs in the RC started working. I found the FC LED bad and the top RC LED bad causing the other light issues.. I explained that we could reset the right door hinge when we made the repairs. "Arrived on site for a range that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the cooktop worked, but that the oven never seem to get above 200?F. They advised this happened after lightning struck their neighbors home a few weeks ago. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Rep tested the individual bake and broil elements and found them both working. Ran the unit through a bake cycle and found the unit initially kicking on to heat but then would not continue forward. Found the control bake relays not opening and closing like they should. I also found that the light inside the oven would not turn off, regardless of if the light button was pressed. Verified continued voltage from the control indicating a control issue.

"WTW5015LW0 Arrived to inspect noise. F7E1 was stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the driven pulley had loosened and in turn, the splined section was worn away, allowing the pulley to wobble on the input shaft. The debris found within the inner shaft area was oily in nature, signifying failed seals within the gear case. I removed and replaced the gear case, cam assy and belt. The unit operated as designed within service test mode. No leaks observed during service, operational test good."

"WMH78019HZ05 Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found that the actual issue was when selecting the soften/melt setting, the unit would lock up. The customer had the wifi system set up and attempting to access it when the issue occurs, showed the unit as connected and then it reset the unit and F2E1 keyboard error occurred. I checked the UI connector at the top left of the door assembly and found several pins were bent, compared to the others. I straightened the pins and retested. The machine regained full operation and through multiple tests, I could not get it to fail again. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave thumping noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes a thump noise when the fan is turned off. Tested the fan and found the damper is clanking against the housing once the blower is turned off. When I went to remove the vent cover, I found the unit mounting bolts were sunk in. After further inspection of the bolts, I found the base board that the unit is mounted to is not secured to the cabinets and has sunk downward. I advised the customer of this finding and recommended that they contact their builder to get it corrected. I removed the vent cover and added some foam to the damper housing where the damper lid hits the housing and retested. Unit is operating as designed with less sound. Tested/demonstrated for the customer and they are satisfied with the noise level. I placed the vent cover back on and using foil tape, I sealed it. When I retested to make sure the vent was sealed I found air leaking from around the base board where it has broken free from the cabinet and advised the customer of the issue. Job completed."
