"WSF26C2EXF01 Arrived to inspect door closing issue and chassis leaning. I found the unit required chassis squaring and leveling and the door closer cams, left and right and upper and lower, were all worn away. I retrieved the cams fro our warehouse and returned to instal the parts. The unit resumed all normal operations and the doors closed as designed with the cams installed and the chassis setup corrected. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect range ovens not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested both range ovens and neither were heating and I could not hear the relay click on either control. Pulled the unit out and tested voltage at the wall and got 250V. Tested voltage at the elements and got 0 volts. The UI was chiming when the unit was supposed to be turning on. I checked the control and all molex connectors were connected to the control. Customer advised the grill knob would not turn the grill on properly. I tested and found the knob not turning the grill on correctly and found the stem broken. I am ordering the grill knob, main ACU, expansion control, and UI. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator throwing a 1r error. On closer inspection error looks like it may be a communication error to the keypad. Customer said they has new floors installed, and when unit was returned and plugged in they saw a spark / flash from the dispenser area. Only thing in the unit that works are the lights. Dispenser sounds shorted if you try and run it, unit not cooling either. Unit likely just shorted when it was plugged in and can not be repaired. Advised Ray of findings. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator and the fan is not running. I found the cooling turned off on the user interface. The customer stated the icemaker had stopped working. I found the ice maker tray thermistor open. I checked the thermistor at the icemaker and found it good. Upon further inspection I found the thermistor harness broken right at the bottom of the door. The door would need to be replaced to correct this. The customer stated they would just use ice trays.

"Arrived on site to inspects refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling but not reaching set temps. I found a large amount of frost on the FC evap cover. I checked the left FC door gasket at the bottom right corner at the middle mullion and found a gap in the gasket. Using a straight edge, I found the mullion is bowed at the bottom where the gasket is supposed to seal. I contacted techline and spoke to Ed and advised of the complaint and my findings. Ed provided a text message and I provided photos of my findings. Ed advised that the unit is non due to the mullion bowing at the bottom and provided SR#7736303215. I advised my customer of my conversation with tech support and advised the manufacturer would be in contact with the, within 3-5 business days with a resolution. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found no heat to the unit. I verified voltage at the wall (250V). Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the element was defective. Removed the element and found the coils were broken. I removed and replaced the element and cleaned the lint from the unit (before after photos) and reassembled. Retested and unit is operating as designed. The customer advised that she has had so many issues within her RV that she just has now finally getting around to the refrigerator. checked Continuity through the defrost by metal and found it closed, indicating a good defrost by metal. Check resistance from the harness to the heater and found it registering 46 ohms of resistance. I replaced the evaporator motor and tested unit. Unit begin to call and operate as designed. Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed evap and compressor. Vacuumed system and held pressures for 20mins. Charged to specs and allowed entire evap to develop frost. Unit is currently working as designed and no signs of refrigerant leaks. Job complete.

Called and talked to Austin and we came up with the icemaker is causing the ice ball from ether from over filling the tray or the tray is leaning to one side. On further inspection found the ice maker was leaning to the left. Installed new icemaker and called for water. I saw no leaking from the icemaker after the call for water. Arrived onsite for a down draft vent hood that the vent motor stopped working but the unit does raise and lower. I found the blue neutral wire in the molex connector down at the motor had backed out of the connector because it was never locked in place. I snapped the wire in the connector and the fan is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for an oven that is running about 25 degrees cold. I tested the oven at 350 degrees and found it averaging 320 degrees. I put a 30 degree offset in the control and tested it. The oven is averaging 348 degrees and is working as designed. Call complete.

Check underneath the washer and found the slider broken. As I was replacing the slider, found rust on the gearcase and attempted to wipe it clean. Reassembled the unit and tested it. Found that the slider was still having a hard time shifting on the gear case. I advise the customer that the gear case would need to be replaced as well.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the Orion control and disconnected the P8 connector. I powered the unit up and tested voltage between P8-5 and P8-6 and had 12VDC. I started replacing the first LED and found there was no way to get to the release tabs so I had to break the light out. After getting the light out I found no play in the wires to the molex connector to be able to connect the new light in correctly. I called techline and spoke with Steve 7736186490.

Arrived onsite for fridge freezing up. On inspection the moulin is 1/4 set back from the top of fridge. That is causing a air gap and making the freezer have frost issues. Arrived onsite for a cooktop that needs the dual burner selector switch replaced and the customer has the part. I found the selector switch shaft broken and confirmed the customer had the correct part.I replaced the switch and tested the dual burner. Dual burner is working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid light flashing and draining issues. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1-basket speed fault and F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and agitated and drained, but when the spin test came on, the basket failed to spin and the unit shut down. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the belt and cam assembly (photo). I raise the top panel and removed the tub ring and inspected in between the basket and tub for any debris and found none. I attempted to spin the basket and it failed. I had to force the basket to spin and once I did, I manually tested the spin cycle and while the spin cycle was on, the gearcase was making a loud metal on metal grinding noise. Also found a lot of rust on the unit and tub ring damaged.

Arrived onsite for a range the is show code F8e0. Which is a cooling fan speed error. Upon further investigation I found that there was nothing stuck in the blade but the fan would not kick on. I installed the new cooling fan and tested the unit and found that the operated as designed

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the UI and cleared the previous code. Testing within service test mode showed all functions had returned and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control and evap motor. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived onsite for unit over steaming, customer stated that when running DW counter top develops a wet condensation spot towards to back, tested unit found insulation is on correctly and all components are running , called tech line to see if there is any solution for this, per tech line, there is no part that we provide to make this better SR#773628248

"KEMS308SSS05 Arrived to inspect no heating. I found the unit would countdown, but there was no heating, turntable, fan or lighting present. During inspection, I found the main line input to the MW controller as the issue. I reseated all connects within the unit and could not recreated the failure.

FTF2140ES2 Arrived to inspect lights randomly coming on. The customer described an issue where the unit will power up from standby randomly. Sometimes when they pass near the machine and sometimes they walk by it and notice it on. I found no faults with any components and inspected the control. I did find the potentiometer for the water temperature did not have the expected resistance sweep and at the high end it actually dropped a few hundred ohms. The customer elected to try the unit as is due to repair cost and I advised of all findings. No leaks observed during service

Arrived on site for washer off balance. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found suspension rods failing as well as belt loose on cam; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not cooling in either compartment. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged in unit and heard the compressor making a horrific screech when trying to power on due to failed compressor. Ordering sealed system repair to resolve locked up compressor. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that is not running the vent when running. Tested the unit and found vent is running, but at low speeds. I also noticed the turntable motor is struggling, lights dim, and the mag is buzzing loudly. I replaced the control due to voltage drop. Found no improvement. Checked voltages and found 120v going to turntable motor, but only 14v going out to motor. Talked with JC who is ordering HV system parts to resolve the loud mag, interlocks for voltage drops, and motor / capacitor. Office to schedule when all parts present. ; O-emld tckt"

"WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the issue was the unit was producing, but it could not dispense. Removal of the ice bin revealed the motor was locked and the ice type solenoid was frozen in place. I was able to use light heat and correct both issues. Further inspection revealed the unit had clearly gone through an evaporator freeze up and had recovered nicely. There was slight residual clear ice at the lower part of the evap and the unit will clear it on its own. The ice bin had sustained a fracture in the bottom of the bin and will require replacement. All other systems tested as designed and I corrected severe top-out cabinet lean and door opening gaping of the RC. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (Ice bin)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they went to use the upper oven and heard a pop come from behind the control panel and it wouldnt heat. The lower oven is working fine. I attempted to remove the unit from the cabinets and found the unit shoved into its space and I am unable to remove it. I advised the customer, who was standing by, that they would need to contact their builder and have them make the unit accessible for repairs. I am rescheduling service for 05/05/23 and customer will contact their builder. I will return with all prescreened parts

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the doors open to get the compressor to turn on and I closed them and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 5. Customer said it only makes the noise when the compressor is on. Once I turned the compressor on, I could hear a faint vibration noise. Once the compressor ramped up in speed, the vibration noise got louder. I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and removed the back cover to inspect the compressor. I moved the compressor, adjusted the system tubing, placed sound pads on the tubing along with zipties and still the noise was there so I removed the pads and I could not tell if it was the compressor in failing stages or something else that is vibrating. I made contact with several other senior techs to discuss the situation and was given several different scenarios, some that I had already tried. I contacted the office (MS) and advised that I was rescheduling to get another senior tech out to inspect. I am ordering more sound pads and mastic, along with CNOTE-GCO and office to reschedule. At the time of departure, I could not hear the noise except when opening the unit doors.
