I found the new gasket getting rippled in the upper corner. I removed the gasket and reinstalled it and the ripples are gone now. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling. I found the unit unplugged and at room temperature and it was equalized at 37 psi. I found the entire compressor pan covered in dye and dye was on the floor. The only place that remotely looked like it has leaked was the access valve. I removed the refrigerant and filled the system with nitrogen. I found no other leaks and my gauges never moved. I replaced the compressor and dye drier. I added an access valve to the compressor. Upon further, the customer had a load of clothing drying and after approximately 10 mins, the unit shut down and the displayed showed error code F9E2-drain assembly failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and began to disassemble the unit to gain access to the interior parts. I followed the tech sheet and it says to replace the the drain hose and bracket assembly, but this part is nowhere listed in the parts breakdown. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris advised that the Heat Pump Assembly on page 8 of the breakdown was the drain tube and bracket assembly and recommended replacing the assembly as the drain pump has failed. He provided SR#7736297364. I removed and replaced the part and cleaned the reservoir and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit continued to show the error code; therefore, I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was not heating. Removed rear panel and tested the thermostat and found it open. Replaced thermostat and tested unit. Verified proper heating function.

Arrived on site for washer not working. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found tub leaning to the front right again and found front right suspension rods holder had cracked in half and tub dropped. Found no structural damage to tube or motor or undercarriage parts. Found otter cabinet damaged. Called techline and reported findings. Was instructed to replace suspension rods and outter cabinet due to structural damage of cabinet preventing a safe repair. Andrew sr#7736296059. "Arrived on site for will not shut off. Upon arrival test unit . Unit is tumbling but not heating, and timer is not advancing. Test polarity and is not correct. Getting 120 from L1-N and 120 from L2-N, but only getting 2 v from L1-L2. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that stopped cooling and has lights out in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had completely restored itself Thursday last week and has been running but the deli pantry user interface will not turn on. did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to remove the deli user interface. Found it completely soaked in water and all the terminals rusted. Found one wire, even separated from the connector at the door. Ordering the stainless deli drawer and will return with the rest of the parts. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date or due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W10815669 (Stainless pantry door)"

"KOCE500ESS20 Arrived to inspect temperature issue reported by inspector. I found and removed a 30 offset and started a 350?F manufacturer approved test, with an internal temperature of 240 (unit was used prior to arrival) and the unit claimed preheat at 380?. Cycling temperatures were 325, 375 on the dot and the unit averaged at 350. After discussing the issues with the customer, they had said that the unit was too hot prior to the service and they were having to set lower than recommended temperatures. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher throwing F7E2 error. Ran diagnostic and found F7E2, F8E1 errors for fill valve and wash motor. I tested in diagnostic and immediately after fill the drain kicks in and throws F7E2 error. If you try to run ANY normal cycle the unit does not fill. Found 16.5 ohms between all terminals to motor. Fill Valve Electrical issues will stop the wash motor and cause errors, and unit does not fill and behave like a normal wash motor failure. Ordering fill valve / control to be replaced first, then wash motor if needed. Never heard fan come on either.
