"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with not power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I tested the outlet and found no power to it. Checked the breaker and it had not tripped. Cycled power and retested the outlet and still no power. I checked the disposal outlet and found no power as well. Customer turned the disposal on and next to the switch, on a far wall to the left of t(e unit, was another switch in the off position. I asked the customer to turn the switch on and at that time, the unit powered on. I advised the customer that that switch is wired into the circuit for the dishwasher. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error codes 10/2 inlet error, 8/2 vent motor error cleared codes and tested. Customer advised that when she runs sheets or rugs, the unit does not seem to run properly and goes off balance. Tested the suspension on the unit and found the suspension was good. Ran the unit to an auto test and the unit ran as designed. ran the unit through a drain in span with a couple rugs that the customer had inside the washer. I took temperature of the freezer and refrigerator sections and found the freezer at 1?F and the refrigerator at 38?F. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped making ice. The customer stated it started doing the same thing before the compressor was replaced. I found the FC temp staying between 19-23 degrees but the RC was cooling properly. I accessed the compressor compartment and looked for dye checking all the joints, lokrings, and drain pan finding no dye anywhere. I tested pressures and found them correct for the temperatures. I found frost building back to the compressor when the FC started cooling. I removed the drawers and lower pan to inspect the evaporator finding a block of ice built up on the compartment thermistor cover. I removed the ice and accessed the evaporator finding a solid block of ice in the upper right corner behind the thermistor. I removed the ice and found the defrost thermistor loose. I secured the thermistor with zip ties. I found the suction line almost bent flat where it came out of the liner. I opened the line up. I tested the unit and had good refrigerant flow and no restriction. I found all the air dam tape in place on the evaporator and the foam air dam pieces in place on the fan. The unit is working as designed. I told the customer to monitor the ice maker and call us if they do not have ice in the morning. Call complete."

Pressures are holding good at 0/130 (photos) and is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. Arrived onsite for dryer shaking bad. On inspection I put the unit in diagnostics mode and ran the unit it passed. I load a small load into the unit and did quick wash. When it got to the spin cycle and was ramping up the tub leaned hard to the right back and the machine lifted up on the left back. I killing the power and installed new suspension. We tested and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for dish not drying. On inspection the customer was showing me that the plastic still had water on them. I tested the heating element in it was drawing 7.5 amps. I informed the customer that plastic will always have water on them. Explain to preheat the water before you turn on the dishwasher and at the end to open the dishwasher up to let the steam out so it will not collapse on to the dish. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that was making a noise and is now completely dead and nothing works. I found the refrigerator off when I arrived and the customer had all the doors open. I found the circuit breaker tripped. I reset the breaker and the compressor and fans all turned on with the unit cooling and irking as designed. I checked the bimetal and found it open. I found about a 1/4 of water in the condenser pan. I accessed the evaporator and tested the defrost circuit finding it good. I put it in a forced defrost and had voltage to the bimetal. The customer had a video of the noise and it doesnt sound like a fan hitting ice but I am not ruling that out because of the video. I made sure the unit was level and could not duplicate the noise. I asked the customer if the noise comes back to open the FC door and see if it gets louder. I set the defrost to the basic 8 hour setting. At this time the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

I gain access to the fc evap in tested the thermistor and it read 21k and it was close that equals 3? and the FC was 2? it was good . Ohmed out the evap heater and it was 30ohms. The rc was 41? and the fc was 2? the evap fan was on the whole time I was there and the compressor never shut off. The temperature of the compressor was 173? was too hot to touch. Take a temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator sitting at 36?F and the freezer sitting at 2?F. Did not see any evidence of any defrost issue on the unit and the unit was calling as designed. The customer advised that she had a another service company out who had determined that there was a defrost issue and that they had come four days ago to defrost the entire freezer. Check resistance on the Thermistor is from the control and found 10.7 ohms of resistance on the RC thermistor and 22.5 on the freezer defrost thermistor. Found that matched the temperature readings inside the freezer and refrigerator sections. Checked resistance through the heater and the defrost thermostat. Found both within range. Check voltage going to the heater during a forced defrost and found 120 V going to the defrost heater. Spoke to JC and was advised the issue would be most likely a DC Short or an electronic issue, but he had me read a message from management regarding issues with the 5 door refrigerators.

Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not filling up with cold water. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complain and found hot water coming in and cold water was requested. Checked out the back of the unit and touch the houses. Found that the hot water hose was hooked up to the cold water valve and the cold water Hose was hooked up to the hot water valve. Swapped the two valves and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the transformer and tested the unit. Still found the unit would not heat. Check voltage going to the transformer in Carmel voltage across the transformer or the red line going to the chassis ground. Check voltage at the Magnatron TOD and still found no voltage being supplied. Traced voltage back to the control and found no voltage coming from the control.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found frost on the FC evap cover. Removed the cover and found the evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. Using my steamer, I removed most of the debris and tested the bimetal and found it closed. I researched the part in the parts breakdown and found the part prescreened was the incorrect part. Using a part from my van stock (WPW10225581) I removed and replaced the bimetal and removed more ice. Tested the unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and could hear the element sizzling from the water hitting it as the ice melted. I recommended the customer leave the unit unplugged for at least 24 hours and leave the FC door open and place a fan on the compartment to defrost the ice faster. I vacuumed the water from the drip pan at the back of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that has no power. Upon inspection I found that there was no power at the wall I plugged the unit back in and checked the breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker and found that it tripped immediately I then unplugged the unit and reset the breaker again and found that the same thing happened again. Meaning that there may be some wrong with the wiring on that circuit or the breaker itself.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is no longer igniting. Upon arrival I checked the breaker and found that it was miss labeled as lighting on the outside breaker box. I reset it and tested the outlet and found polarity good. And a solid 120 at the plug. I tested the unit several times and found that the unit is now operating as designed. If this happens Agatha cx will correct the issue.

"WFG550S0HZ0 Arrived to inspect control for oven not working. I found the unit was displaying F2E1 and there were a few segments missing within the DRO. control removed and replaced. All functions returned to the unit and it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not advancing through cycles. Ran diagnostic cycle and found cold inlet was super slow and weak. Removed cold line and found sediment covering the screen. I was able to blast and clean off the sediment. Retested unit and verified proper flow.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to,the gearcase failing and leaking oil onto the cam and belt and the actuator arm breaking, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, belt and actuator and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed.

Due to the FC evap fan motor and harness failures, I removed and replaced the motor and harness and installed a new FC thermistor cover and tested. Unit is operating as designed and evap has a good frost pattern. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer frosting up. Upon further inspection, I immediately found the UI missing digits and pointed it out to the customer. I opened the FC drawer and found a large amount of ice/frost built up inside which is a sign of an air leak. When I closed the drawer, I found the it gapped on the right side. Also found the freezer section filled with too much food items. Cleared the food items from the freezer baskets and closed the unit door and it is closing properly and sealing properly. Customer advised the fresh foods section ice maker isnt working properly. I advised that due to the air leak and frost/ice build up, the freezer section is getting too warm for the ice maker to harvest properly. I recommended the customer leave the fresh foods doors closed and unplug the unit and allow the freezer section to defrost and clean the remaining water before plugging it back in before placing their food items back inside and to not fill it as much to allow the door to close properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
