"Arrived onsite for MW door not closing all the way. On interior this unit is known to have door issues if the installation is not done to factory specifications. Found a 1/4 inch lip on the right side and a 1/8 inch on the left side of the cabinet cutout. The front,of the unit is resting on the lip of the cabinet and causing the door not to shut all the way. Going to level the unit out with shims, I only had to 2 shims today need 4. Rescheduling for Friday. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the bin full of ice and the customer advised that the drain pump isnt pumping the water out all the time. They advised they went to get some ice and found the bottom full of water under the ice. I checked the bin and found no water in the bottom and the unit was making a slab of ice. I allowed the slab drop to the cutter and drained the reservoir and could hear the dr pump kick on and it drained the water. I found the unit is on an RO system and the ice machine drain hose is connected to the main drain line under the sink (photos). The RO system is connected to an adjacent drain line that taps into the main line past the ice machine drain line (photo). I tested the external drain pump several times and it operated as designed each time. Due to the possibility of the external drain pump water level sensor failing, I am ordering the pump and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-SCHEDULE AFTER 10AM. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water. I tested temps and found the RC compartment at 38 degrees when set at 38. After speaking with the customer they stated it will stop dispensing water at all time of the day and night. I found the ice bucket full when I arrived. I tested the dispenser and found the water pressure extremely low. I removed the filter and the pressure was normal. I advised the customer to change the filter. The customer is changing the filter and will let us know if there are any other issues. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice and water. Customer said she changed the filter everything stopped working. On inspection the filer had to be forced out of the housing. But another filter in and the same thing happened. I replaced the filter housing and the water and ice still didnt work. I pulled the back panel off in the rc and found reservoir was frozen. Used the heat gun to defrost the reservoir. Then sealed the evap cover to keep the cold air away from the reservoir. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is not completing out cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Were on the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 ae9 (off balance pause) error code. Found the unit unleveled with the tub resting on the front panel and leveled out the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer advised that the unit has problems with her quilts, and that they did not spit out properly. I did explain to the customer that heavy duty items, such as sleeping bags, quilts, comforters, and other bulky items like that are not recommended for these machines. The customer advised that all she has our quilts, and that was the primary reason why she bought this washer. She advised the sales person told her that this machine was perfect for what she needed. I did explain to her the logistics behind that and did advise that she can attempt to run those kinds of loads, but that she will have a harder time completing out cycles due to off-balance issues or feeling issues. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice.on inspection found a block of ice in the ice bin and fresh cubes on top. I pulled the bin out and melted the ice block that had the auger frozen in place. Customer is going to see if the icemaker is working first before we replace the unit. Custom will call back if it stops working. It dumped a tray of ice while I was working on the unit. No way leaks dead during summer.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that stopped working then the customer messed with the plug and it started working but doesnt heat. "Arrived on site for a microwave that is having a problem with the control panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit flickers on and off and when you try to start anything or turn on the under the counter light, the whole touch screen turns off. Did verify the customers complaint and gained access to the main control. Check voltage to the main control and found voltage fluttering between 108 V and 99 V when the touchpad was turning on and off. Found that when the voltage went under 105 V, the control panel with turn off and one voltage was resupplied, they were turned back on. Did verify voltage at the filter board and confirm the same voltage indicating improper electrical supply. Went to check the plug and found that the unit was hardwired to the wall. I accidentally moved one wire and voltage was supplied back to the control. Was able to microwave a cup of water and turn on the under the counter light. Did advise the customer that their issue is with an electrical supply issue and they will need to fix their electrical supply. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had lost cooling in both compartments. On arrival found the unit was unplugged. I moved it out and found water all over the floor, indicating drain pan was full. I checked the defrost heater and found the L1 side was completely disconnected and heater was not turning on. I secured the line and taped it together so it will not unplug again. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the front glass for the oven. The customer was asking about the gap at the top of the front glass. I told her I would contact WP and ask them about it. The old glass had it and the new glass has the gap. Talked to Rich at WP techline and he said the gap is there to keep the outer glass cooler then the inner glass. If the gap was not there the outer glass would be the same temperature as the oven.

Arrived onsite for crouched front right cabinet upon installation. Toook photo evidence and called techline to report cosmetic condition. Spoke with Steve from techline to document non serviceable damage. SR#7736370146 customer will stand by for follow up from trade care.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. I found the ice bin completely full of ice when I arrived. I showed the customer that the ice maker was working.

Arrived onsite for an DW that is leaking from the bottom. Upon inspection I found that there was seep coming from the drain pump hose I adjusted the hose clamp and tested the unit and found that the leak was gone. Job

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit is tumbling and heating. Found restricted air flow. Inspected external duct and found duct kinked. Took pic and showed maintenance. Maintenance will try and adjust but outlet does not match installation. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer making noise during spin cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Unit tub was tilted to the left. Inspected and found floor not leveled. Laminate tile is peeling severely. Notified property management. Spoke to manager about floor tiles . Took pics. Leveled unit and ran test. All test pass. Customer will monitor. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not heating and condensation buildup. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found unit tumbling and heating but poor airflow. Inspected and found internal blockage. Removed debris and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Notified customer of proper airflow and recommended duct adjustment. Job complete

Arrived on site for no cool fridge . Found evap encased in frost . No air flow . Steamed out evap harness.ran diagnostics. Fan and heater working . Thermistors ohm out in range . Replaced control to make sure unit isnt timing out or not going into defrost . No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is leaking water when in use. Tested unit and found no leaks during cleaning cycle. When I canceled cycle and checked the drain, I found water is coming out of the standpipe due to a super slow drain. Showed customer overflowing standpipe.

Arrived onsite for mounting issue with the dishwasher. Determined mounting bracket screw missing replaced mounting bracket screw. Re installed some other furniture that had come out of place.

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost building up around ice maker area and in RC. Found both left and right RC door gaskets are torn and need replaced. Found dual valve leaking. Also found ice maker over filling causing water leak as well. Fill tube heater receiving proper voltage(120vac) but not able to get resistance reading. Also found silicone between liner and cabinet was starting to peel away causing air leak. Recommend replacing both dual and inlet valves, control, UI, ice maker, ice box fan, fill tube heater, both left and right RC door gaskets, and sealing cabinet and liner with new silicone. Needing autho and office to reschedule.
