"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect washer intermittent operation. F1E2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket assembly leaning to the right, against the inside of the cabinet and the gear case had been leaking for some time. I removed and replaced the gear case and corrected the chassis setup. I calibrated the control and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for washer restarting cycles on its own, same as before. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code F1E2 motor drive module over voltage , F6E3 communication- HMI cannot hear ACU. Cleared codes for future reference. Called tech line for assistance. Kurt- SR#7736483065. Notified tech of issues and also found hat home has an electrical issue. As the unit runs , the home lights in the laundry area, hallway and bedroom dim and flicker. Tech stated that a drop in voltage could be resetting the control and reset the cycle. Tech line recommendations are to have the customer correct the Home issue before further diagnosing. I was able to run a quick wash successfully without error during the visit.

Upon arrival ran diagnostics and ran manual test cycle , a manual overview test cycle as well as quick spin cycle and both test passed. Then ran a normal wash cycle and unit is operating correctly. Did find Suds during every test without any detergent Instructed customer that over sized loads and oversuds can cause clothes to be too wet upon completion. Unit is operating as designed. Convection fan to turn on but was at least able to verify voltage going to the convection fan. Found the convection fan buzzing but not spinning. Replaced the convection fan and tested the unit. Found the convection and fan come on one time and start to slowly spin, but would not spin at normal rate of speed. Spoke to JC and was advised to replace the control. Replaced the control and tested unit again. Still had the same issue. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rich SR # 7736428746. He advised that the motor barely turning would indicate a failure of the convection fan motor. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not filling properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit filled with water and drained and when it went to agitate and spin, the unit failed to do either. I tilted the unit back and found the capacitor had popped and leaked oil. I advised the customer of my findings and they advised that the unit would make a loud screeching noise before it would go into spin cycle. Due to the capacitor being defective and not being able to test the spin cycle, I am ordering the gearcase, cam, belt, valve, and capacitor,

"On site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint info to defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the defrost sensor passed the test. Went to force, defrost in front of the heater would not turn on. Gained access to the heater and found the heater measuring proper resistance at 25.6 ohms of resistance but the heater only getting 40 V. Check voltage at the freezer harness connector and found the same voltage going into the cabinet. Went to replace the control in the control sent with me, would not illuminate the user interface. Replace the old control back onto the unit and found the user interface start to light up and work as designed. Re-ordering the control and rescheduled ; ordrng 1 W11449482 (Control)"

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop with no power. The customer stated the cooktop had power but the fan would not run, the knobs were crooked, the emblems around the knobs are not readable, and they were not sent one of the burner caps. I found the fan gasket not installed correctly over one of the bolts and it was pushed inward binding the blower wheel. I corrected the gasket and tested the fan finding it working as designed. The customer was only sent four burner caps and one of those caps was the extra melt cap for the 5000 BTU burner head. The front right burner cap was not there. I found the manifold twisted causing the valves to all lean to the right and it was causing the knobs to look crooked. I found the writing on the cooktop around the knobs very hard to read. I found the grease filter that was sent with the cooktop to small and not fitting in the chamber correctly. Ordering the W11512355 manifold, W11476218 cooktop, 5EA. "WOC97ES0ES03 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed parts. I found the door switch safety linkage had been rubbing on the main part of the microwave cavity and replaced the inner door. Further inspection revealed the entire weight of the unit was resting in the front of the cabinet, causing the door mis-alignment and inability to fully actuate the interlock switches. The incorrect alignment also caused wear of the interlock and I removed and replaced. The error was caused by the switches incorrectly timing and cutting off voltage to the inverter. By replacing the switches, the unit heated at every test with no further parts. The incorrect installation was corrected by adding shims to remove the weight off the front of the unit and subsequently, the rear-ward tilt, causing undue stress in the chassis. Operational test good."

"I dont say for a refrigerator thats making a vibrating sound intermittently during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and it sounded like it was coming from the evaporator area removed the freezer, evaporator, cover and found the noise not coming from the evaporator motor assembly. Found the noise was being made regardless of whether the evaporator fan was running or not. Pushed on the side of the refrigerator and found the noise stop. Checked all refrigerant lines and found two refrigerant lines touching. I separated the refrigerant lines and tested the unit. Still had slight vibration sounds coming from the unit. Adjusted the feet and found the unit stopping the noise. Did advise the customer on how to adjust his refrigerator in case of unlevel surfaces. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed the ice door was not closing and sealing correctly. I replaced the ice door and tested it. The door is sealing properly now. I removed all the ice build up from the FC and all the water from inside the RC. I found a large air gap on the left side of the RC door gasket and a air gap at the top right side of the FC. I heated the gaskets and formed them to seal properly. I used sealant and closed a gap at the top and bottom of the center mullion. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had lost cooling in RC. Examined the damper and found it had frozen moisture keeping it sealed. Replaced the damper and sealed with silicon instead of permagum. Verified good seal. Replaced part under parts warranty. No charge. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site. Ice not freezing and soft ice cream,checked evaporator sections no dye found removed compressor cover found dye at manufacture weld joints in drier,replaced drier vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec ran test 4 no traces of dye or leak at 4-4 or 4-5 test"

"Arrived on site for a defective drain pump. Removed unit from enclosure found water has been dripping from supply line uploaded picture informed customer to have line replaced,tightened connections at water line no visible leaks. Installed a new drain pump ran water through pump water drained no leaks at tubing or connections ran diagnostics all test passed."

Arrived on site for dryer burning and not turning drum. Upon arrival confirm3d issue and found motor getting power but locking up. Called safety team and reported findings Sr#7736452178. Replaced motor and reassembled and tested unit. Found dryer working as designed without any burning smell or other failures. Call complete

Arrived on site to replace wheels. Replaced wheels test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher trupping breaker. On arrival found breaker flipped. I reset and checked errors. Found F9E1, F7E1, F10E2, F8E2. Unit would not do anything except drain at first. After several resets the unit finally starting filling. Wash motor would not run again. Swapped controls to test and still found no wash motor engagement. Advised customer we need to replace the wash motor due to electrical issues. Customer does not want to move forward with any other repairs on the unit and will replace. Customer request office to follow up with them. CAll complete."

KOCE500ESS22 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the outer oven door and tested. Operational test good.

JDRP648HM01 Arrived to drop off part. I gave the customer the part and did not access the unit.

"Arrived onsite for oven with error F9E0. On arrival I went and flipped the breaker off for 1 minute, went inside and the unit was backup and running. I asked the customer if this happened during one of the storms. They said yes. I informed them that 90% of time that error shows up when power drops and comes right back on like during a thunderstorm."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. On inspection I pulled the filter out and the water started to work, i reinstalled the filter and the water was not working again. I called the home owner to let them know what I had found left VM."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. The unit was not plugged in and it was in the shop, I plugged it in and the compressor came on. The unit started cooling and I found there a lot of water in the drain pan. It looks like the unit had been froze up and defrosted you could tell by all the water in the drain pan. The unit was cooling, it was down to 40? when I left. I found there was a gap between the RC liner and the frame, I sealed the gap."

Arrived onsite for DW ui not working properly. On inspection the tough and normal buttons were not working. I checked the polarity of the unit at the junction box and everything was good. I replaced the control and ui at the same time. The tough and normal button are working now. The issue is that from previous tech have changed the control and the ui to try in fix the issue and the ui last about 2 weeks before the issue comes back. Not sure the other tech switched the control and the ui at the same time. If they did there is a deeper problem. The unit is only a few months old. Called and talked with TJ to see if there was a solution for this issue. He said there are no known issues at this time with parts we were installing. No water leaks detected during service

Arrived onsite for vent hood light not staying on. On inspection the button when pushed did latch on due to the switch being to far back. Gain access to the switch and 1 of the screws were lose allowing the button to move back when push on I tighten the screw and reassembled the unit. It is working as designed now. The lights stay on.
