"WDT750SAHZ0 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the unit has the self-vectoring lower spray arm and there was debris within it. "KRFC704FPS03 Arrived to inspect RC cooling issue. I found the unit was at the tail-end of a evaporator freeze-up event. I allowed it to operate the RC fan in manual test mode and I verified the remainder of the frost had melted out. I found the right RC door gasket was badly torn and will require replacement. I found other adjustments will be required upon return. No leaks observed during service. Tech GCO. "Arrived onsite for washer not completing a cycle. On inspection I ran diagnostics mode and the cold water did get dispense and the lid did not lock during agitation cycle. Took a look at the inlet valve where the hose connects and found some calcium buildup. I ohmed out the coils on the valve, the hot tested good and the cold was OL. I then tested the lid latch and it was good. I installed the control board and reran the diagnostic mode and the lid locked this time during the agitation cycle but the cold water still did not work. Ordering a new valve. W11210459; ordrng 1 W11210459 (Inlet valve)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave turntable now working. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave and the display showed the turntable to be turned on but it failed to rotate. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the turntable and it failed to function. I disassembled the unit to find the harness to be pinched in between metal panels and had shorted out (photos). Also found a random screw touching the connector of the transformer and several screws not fully screwed into the unit (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings. Also advised that this is a PEX unit from a year ago and the customer just received it last week. Rich advised that were here to repair and recommended to replace the harness and microwave control board and will need a second tech to assist. Provided SR#7736542480. I advised the customer of my conversation and provided them with the SR number. I am ordering the microwave control, microwave switch harness and CNOTE-2MAN JOB. Arrived on site for a washing machine that has temperature concerns. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had been pulling in hot water on a cold wash cycle. Tested the unit and did confirm that the cold water valve at the wall and hoses were incorrect with the blue hose and valve pulling in hot water and the red valve and hose bringing in cold water. Swap the hoses on the washer and round the unit through diagnostics. The unit ran and worked as designed. Did advise the customer of the issue in the unit is ready for use. Call complete.

"LSD2615HEW Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer reported the unit had operated normally after the last repair, for approximately one week and then failed to cool again. I found the start device would trip, with no compressor operation, nor any audible failure cues. As last service, the start and run windings were within tolerance, 3.5 and 4.5 ohms respectively, and total was 7.9 , as they were today. The replacement start device tested as expected and the compressor has now fully failed internally, likely mechanically and cannot start.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately I could hear a thumping noise. I raised the top panel and found the drive belt badly frayed. I tested the unit again with the top panel raised and could hear the thumping coming from the tension pulley area or possibly something caught inside the drum baffles. I disassembled the unit to inspect the rollers and pulley and hand rolled the drum and found no unusual noises coming from the baffles. I removed the old rollers and tension pulley and cleaned the axles and Unit and installed 2 rollers,,tension pulley and belt and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no further abnormal noises. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found that refrigerator would turn itself on and off rapidly. I checked voltage and polarity at the wall and found that it was good. I replace the control and updated further inspection I found that the doors where not closing properly causing warm air to flow into the unit causing condensation and temperature issues. I adjusted the door as leveled the unit and found that the doors sealed up like normal and now the unit is no longer turning itself on and off and should begin cooling as normal as well.

Dryer is now working properly. It is heating correctly but airflow is showing completely restricted on airflow meter, Took pictures. Showed customer how a sheet of copy paper will not stay on lint screen because there is no suction. Removed the vent hose and showed them how copy paper will now stay in place. All interior lights resumed normal operation. The customer inquired into a vibration noise that could be hear from the upper unit cover. I removed the cover and adjusted the spring retainers and could not recreate the vibration after the adjustment. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace previous diagnosed parts. The tenant had the unit defrosted enough to gain access to the evaporator. I gained access and found the pin connector on the brown wire to the defrost heater was never locked into the molex connector and was backed out not allowing voltage to the heater. I snapped the pin connector in place and it locked into the molex connector. I made sure all other connections were good and ran a forced defrost. The unit was working as designed. I defrosted the coil. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped making ice and stopped dispensing water again. The customer said it stopped for three days and over the weekend but when they came home on Monday the ice bin was full again. I found the RC at 38 degrees and the sealed system was off. I tested water and ice finding them both working. I replaced the filter housing and the main control. If the customer calls back we need to order W11512399 valve, W11623068 UI, and W11025794 wire harness."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the unit is on it sounds like some screws are inside the unit somewhere. I tested the unit and once it was on, I could hear what sounded like debris bouncing/moving around inside. I disassembled the unit and inspected the rollers and tension pulley and checked to see if there was any debris inside the blower housing. I found the back left roller axle was not secured and was sagging and caused the roller to wear much quicker. Also found the belt was beginning to fray as the drum was tilted on the left side due to the left axle. I tightened the axle and removed and replaced the rollers (2), tension pulley and belt and reassembled. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a microwave making a whistling sound. The customer stated it doesnt make a whistle sound but more like a high pitched noise. The customer stated that when it happens it usually only last a few seconds. The customer and I ran the microwave multiple cycles and could never duplicate the noise. The customer is going to try and record the sound if it continues to happen. I advised the customer to push on the door if it happens again to see if the noise Id door switch chatter. The customer advised that the unit does not leak every single time and has only leaked three times but it always seems to happen on bulky items. Advise that he washes a number of blankets including ones for the bed and intermittently when he has washing those, it has leaked. He advised that all other loads do not leak. Ran unit through an auto test in the unit. Ran as designed. Ran the unit 2/3 of the way full of water and drained it out. Still cannot get the unit to leak. Tested the dispenser drawer and it and it ran as designed without leaking. The customer advised they do not use fabric softener or the fabric softener setting on their washer. Did advise customer that because we could not replicate the issue or find any water residue anywhere, I cannot determine exactly what was causing the issue. I did explain that it is possible that because he is running heavy duty loads, that the washer may be going off balance and could be causing it to leak during spin. The customer add to videos that did not appear to show the unit leaking at all. Advisor customer to call back if further issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not wash their clothes. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Tested the unit in manual diagnostics and found the cold water valve not pulling in water. I checked the wall and found that the water supply valve at the wall had been shut off. Test of the unit and diagnostics and everything ran as designed. Did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with the water valve being shut off due to the error code and the complaint. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly/creating moister around right side of rc vent from fc. Upon arrival confirmed moister issue around vent and found temps at 42/14(rc/fc) on arrival. Found fc thermistor positioned on cap tube of evap coil and not ohming at 12k with very little ice on coil. Replaced and repositioned new thermistor on evap return line and cleared small amount of ice build up from vent. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found defrost sensor reading open and evap completely frosted over. Replaced defrost thermistor and sealed connections with silicone to make water tight. No leaks detected. Job complete. SR#7736513409

"Arrived onsite for cooktop flames discolored. On inspection the flames were blue, I inquired about a humidifier in the house and the current said they use one in the kids room. It runs all night, she commented that would explain why they only see the yellow flames in the morning time. I informed the customer that they can open the back door for 15 minutes and that will help eliminate the yellow flames. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for oven cycle on and off after it reaches temperature. On inspection turn the oven on to 425?, once the oven reached set temperature it would cycle on and off ever 30 to 90 seconds. I called the WP tech line and spoke to them about the issue. They said as long as it reaches temperature it is working. It would range from 430? down to 410? it was off by 5?. Customer said that was fine that was only 5? off. We looked for the manual to see if could calibrate the unit. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived for freezer being warm. On inspection the freezer was 31? the RC was 45?. I gain access to the fc evap tested the thermal and it read it was 9? 17k. I forced the heater on and it defrosted the frost on the evap. The heater is working but it look like it was not coming on when it was supposed to. Replaced the control board and informed the customer that if it is going to fail it will be in about 2 weeks. They will if it stops working.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the bottom of the fridge was completely covered in ice. Had to steam the ice to remove the filter housing. Installed the filter housing and saw that the drain was iced over removed the ice and it draining now. Removed the evap cover and replaced the evap cover. Informed the customer to give the 24 hours before adding hot items to the unit. No water leak were detected during service.

"Arrived on site for ice build up in freezer section. Removed freezer door found slides misaligned large gaps between liner and cabinet,added sealer to gaps realigned slides installed door checked door seal good."

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Installed parts ordered by previous tech and did not work. Called techline and spoke to Rich SR#7736516090 and recommended to replace UI. I replace parts per techline and did not work. Spoke to SW and we found that the control board that was installed previously was not the correct one. I replaced the board with the new one and tested. Unit is now working as designed and no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain error. Cleared the code and manually tested the dr pump,and it failed to come on. I unplugged the unit and tilted it back and found the harness to the drain pump was broken. Due to the possibility of the main control being shorted, I was granted authorization to replace the main control, drain pump and lower harness. I removed and replaced the main control and harness and tested the drain pump. Unit began to drain as designed. I calibrated the unit and retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. The drain pump was not needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for cooktop bezel not square. On inspection the installer had pushed down on the bezel to make it flush with the counter. I installed the new bezel and name plate. I adjusted the dual burner to fix the igniting issue. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit was moved to clean behind and when they pushed unit back there was scratches left behind on the floor. They hired flooring people to replace the flooring that was scratched and they used a towel to push the refrigerator back and left it under the unit. Customer was concerned about me moving the refrigerator because they didnt want me to scratch the flooring. I advised the customer I have a floor skid that helps to move the appliance without scratching the floor but they still declined. I then instructed the customer that I wont be able to work on it if we cant move the refrigerator out, I also instructed the customer that I would need a waiver to be signed to move appliance and they declined. No leaks where observed during service."
