The unit likely will only require a filter replacement. I did not have a filter in hand and advised the model of the filter: WF3CB. I advised flushing at least one gallon of water prior to use and turning the ice maker back on.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage going to the unit and for proper voltage and polarity. Check voltage to the unit when pressing the push to start button and found voltage from Line 1 to neutral drop to 0V and voltage from Line 2 to neutral increase to 248V. Neutral to ground also registered 1.5V. Check voltage at the wall and confirm the same electrical drop in increase. Spoke to SW and filled out the electrical checklist. The customer signed the incoming voltage waiver and the customer will need to fix the electrical supply. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water at the water filter. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a large bowl on the top shelf under the waterbox and it had a large amount of water in it. While observing the waterbox, water began to drip out where the modules are housed. I provided a disclaimer from management to the customer pertaining to the issues weve been finding with this unit. I removed the waterbox cover and found water around the reservoir. I tested the water dispenser and found the water line coming from the inlet at the wall where it connects to the filter housing was not fully inserted. Re-inserted the tube and retested the water dispenser and found no further signs of a water leak. Also found the right RC door gasket badly torn and the ice box door gasket badly crimped.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing Ice(per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirmed issue and found bucket full of ice. Tested auger and found auger would rotate but ice had gotten jammed in bucket grinding compartment. Was able to instruct customer on how to prevent ice build up. Found no air leaks from ice door seperator.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not heat. I found that I was loosing L2 between the terminal block and the high limit thermostat. I gained access to the motor and found the L2 connector had backed out of the motor. I found where the connector had gotten a little hot and opened up. I cleaned the connector up and tightened it up then reconnected the molex connector to the motor. I tested the unit and found it heating and working as designed. I explained to the customer that this might continue to work but if it fails again the complete harness would need to be replaced.

Arrived onsite for a dryer not turning on. I tested voltage at the outlet and found L1 to N or G only showing 6VAC. L2 to G or N was 123VAC and L1 to L2 was 110VAC. I had the customer present and was showing her my meter readings as I tested the outlet with the cord partially inserted in the outlet. I removed the dryer cord from the outlet and reset the circuit breaker then tested again with the customer watching and we got the same readings. I explained to the customer that L1 was responsible for powering the entire dryer and L2 was for the heating element voltage. The customer is going to correct voltage to the outlet.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine that will not power on. On arrival the customer had the unit pulled out due to a water leak and stated it had been unplugged from power for a week. I plugged the unit in and it powered up and was working. I watched the unit go thru a flush cycle and making ice on the evaporator. I explained to the customer that the issue was more than likely the external drain pump failing. I poured a gallon of water into the bin three times trying to get the pump to fail but it worked every time. The customer has called to repair the water leak between the machine and RO system. The customer doesnt want to replace it at this time since it is working.

Arrived onsite for beeping of control and found unit operating properly after power cycle. Advised customer on findings. Also set to %100 humidity control and verified icemaker harvest. All checks good.

"Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing. On inspection there was not very little ice in the bin. I saw ice buildup in the fill tube, and on further inspection found calcium deposits clogging the fill tube. I steamed the ice and calcium out of the fill tube. I but the unit in harvest mode and it dumped the ice in the tray and then called for water, it filled the tray. Informed the customers on what I found and to keep a i on the production of ice. If it does not fill the bin in the next 72 hours to call. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank and control panel would not respond. I found the breaker tripped (GFCI) and cycled power. I tested the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested the unit and found the main control defective possibly due to recent weather storms. I cycled power and removed and replaced the main control and cycled power again. Tested the unit in bake 350 degrees and unit is operating as designed. I assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi by downloading the whirlpool app on their phone. Also recommended they check/replace the GFCI breaker. No further repairs needed at this time. "MHW5630HC3 Arrived to inspect washer not spinning out completely. I entered service test mode and found F0E2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. The unit operated as designed and completed the service test mode with no issues, but I did see foam building up within the tub, even though no detergent was added. I advised the customer with detergent use strategies and explained the code and its relation to over-detergenting within the modern front load machines. I explained that excessive detergent and the subsequent foaming can cause items to get into the tub area and block draining. I performed secondary testing and found the unit then drained extremely slowly. Inspection revealed debris within the pump assembly and I removed it. The unit operated as expected after the correction. The customer will run a clean washer cycle and re-attempt use. They will contact us if there are further issues. "Arrived on site to diagnose compactor that is not retracting the ram. Customer says on 2 occasions the unit has been stuck in the down position and did not come back up for a couple hours. At time of service unit was in the retracted position. I checked all switches and wiring and found all the switches making proper contact. Tried unit 5 times and was successful on all 5 tries to cycle. Unable to duplicate the failure at this time, but based on description it sounds like something in the can was binding the ram. Advised if failure happens again to leave the unit in the failure state so we can properly test. Call completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection the tile in front of the dishwasher was buckled up. I looked for water damage on the cabinets base boards but there was no evidence of water damage. I took off the kick plate of the dishwasher and looked for water evidence around the over flow float saw no water damage or evidence of water. I pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet to look beside the unit. The sheet rock behind the dishwasher has no evidence of water damage or the oak cabinets on either side showed no evidence of water damage. I looked at the grout around the tile looking for moisture evidence saw none I could see few inches under one of the tiles and I saw no moisture or water. My conclusion is that the water did not pop the tiles up. No water leaks detected during inspection.

Ive been on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Temperature of the freezer and found the freezer at 6?F. Ran through diagnostics and found all components working in operating as designed. Went into the icemaker error codes and found an E2 indicating that the motor had lost position. Replace the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Call Don site for a dryer that is making a buzzing sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit has not been making the sound for the past 24 hours. She didnt know exactly what was going on with it. Tested the unit several times in multiple drying cycles and could not get the unit to replicate the sound. Ran the unit through diagnostics and immediately heard the buzzing sound coming from the dryer. Check behind the dryer due to the steam valve being activated and found that there was no water line going to the steam valve which was causing the issue. Customer thought that the installers had to hook that up properly and was unaware that the steam option was not usable yet. I tested the unit with the cold water valve off the washer and found immediate improvement in the sound. Did advise the customer to install a waterline to the dryer to fix that and fix the buzzing issue. Advised the customer that the valve buzzes because theres no water supply that to be let in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with items freezing in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=38 top shelf, 36 middle shelf, 33 in all crisper drawers (3). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors in the RC and all were within temp range of my temp readings. I removed the bottom crisper drawer as the customer advised they could hear a loud noise. I found a small amount of ice at the drain tube area (photo). I tested the RC evap,fan and found it making the noise due to it rubbing on ice. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped (photo). I placed a bead of silicone around the lip of the tube and sealed it (photo). Following the tech sheet, I tested the thermistors at the hv control and found all within range and voltage readings within range. I put the u;it back in its space and leveled the unit and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. I forced defrost on the unit and it was defrosting as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, including food item placement in the RC section. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they turn the basket they can hear water sloshing around inside the unit and are worried mold is building up inside the tub. I advised the customer that they will always have a small amount of water in the drain reservoir due to the airflow pushing some of the water back towards the drain during the drain cycle. I placed he unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the drain pump. The unit is operating as designed. I disassembled the unit and showed the customer the water in the reservoir which is only approximately one inch deep or less. I was unable to get the basket out, but I turned the basket back and forth and got the balancing liquid to slosh around and advised them that its perfectly normal to hear that. I advised the solution is a salt water solution thats used for balancing the unit while in spin cycle. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, cleaning the unit. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid not locking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit filled and drained and attempted to lock the lid, but failed. I raised the lid and closed it and the lock engaged and completed testing. Following the tech sheet, I tested the lock assembly and found it out of range. Removed and replaced the lock assembly and calibrated and retested and found the control not responding properly. Arrived onsite for a wall oven where there are two spots in the oven cavity where the blue ceramic coating is coming off. I found two small spots on the rails for the racks on the right side. I took pics of both. The lower spot is a chip. I used the blue pen to touch the spots up and explained to the customer the color will match when the product drys. The upper spot was about 1 long and 1/4 wide and the lower spot was 3/8 long and 1/4 wide. The customer would like the unit replaced because of this and I explained that I would call techline to get the findings documented and advised them to call customer care tomorrow after the report has been filed. I called techline and spoke with Robert SR# 7736542468 and he documented all my findings with the photos I took. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a microwave not heating. I found the spade connectors on the magnetron loose causing the magnetron not to fire. I tightened the spade connectors up and connected the molex connector back on the magnetron. I tested the microwave with my microwave tester and found it working as designed. The customer and I heated a bowl of water in it and it worked as designed. This is covered under Appliance Express warranty. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found freezer door retention screw was not fully snug after removing door at prior service. Secured screw. Repair complete. Covered by workmanship guarantee.

Arrived onsite for a microwave/oven combo displaying an F2E1 error message. I found the cancel key not responding causing the issue. I replaced the control panel and the oven is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with leak from fabric dispenser adjusted flow to prevent possibility of leaking over the side of tub. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with condensation in the RC. I checked the refrigerator and found where the shelves fog up when the doors are opened but I found the liner dry. I explained to the customer that this can happen when its warm inside the home and warm air enters the compartment when the doors are opened. I checked all the gaskets and they are sealing properly. I did find some water in the top of the FC door gasket but the mullion was completely dry and the FC door gasket was sealing properly. I removed the water and I explained to the customer to let us know if this continues and we would need to change the door and badge. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit with symptoms matching factory low charge. Replaced compressor dye drier and added access port. Pulled vacuum on system for 15 minutes and recharged with 50g of r600a refrigerant. Compressor slow to initial motion overloading the start relay several times. Observed for normal compressor function. Possible locked compressor. Advised customer to observe for proper cooling before utilizing.

Arrived on site to replace magnetron inverter and cover plates. Replaced all parts Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not rinsing, tested unit found all components activating properly in diagnostics test, customer stated that tub fills with water to the top no matter the load size and clothes is wet at the end of cycle, stated normal cycle and water filled to the rim, replaced control and actuator and capacitor as precautionary and advised customer to monitor, unit should be preforming per manufacturer specifications, explained to customer that if unit goes off balance motor will not ramp up to higher rpms customer will monitor and if issues continue then he will call us back, unit is running properly no leaks detected job complete"

Arrived on site for dishwasher randomly turning and off as well as starting and stoping cycles at random and resetting ui back into standby mode. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found stable and polarized power supply. Tested unit in diagnostics and found randomly occuring power loss from main control at inconsistent tests but couldnt trigger any error codes. "WDT750SAHZ0 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the unit has the self-vectoring lower spray arm and there was debris within it. Testing proved the slider inside of the arm would intermittently get hung up, stopping rotation of the arm and subsequent leaking. Office to order lower spray arm. "KRFC704FPS03 Arrived to inspect RC cooling issue. I found the unit was at the tail-end of a evaporator freeze-up event. I allowed it to operate the RC fan in manual test mode and I verified the remainder of the frost had melted out. I found the right RC door gasket was badly torn and will require replacement. I found other adjustments will be required upon return. No leaks observed during service. Tech GCO. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit making loud noises. Confirmed the issue and found frost build up in the refrigerator section on the evaporator. Unit will need to be fully defrosted and we will replace the fan scroll and UI. "Arrived on site and found no ice production, ran test 120 and icemaker cycled properly. Ran test 96 and water dispenser on door worked properly. Ran test 97 and valve activated but no water was dispensed into icemaker. Took videos. Water line froze again, checked test 66 and there is no voltage to water line heater.
