"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from ice dispenser. Upon further inspection, I found droplets of water on the dispenser tray coming from the ice dispenser. When I opened the FC door, I found condensation in the ice chute. I tested the separator and found it closing properly and appearing to seal. I poured a small amount of water into the ice chute and after approximately 4-5 seconds, the water began to leak out. I removed the separator and found a small amount of mold building up on the ice door gasket and the gasket was mis-shaped (photo). I replaced the separator and tested. Its operating and closing properly and sealing as well. I found some caulking around the gapping in between the chassis and liner that was bad. I r,does the old caulking and re-sealed the gap and cleaned up all left over residue. Unit is operating as designed. Customer does not have the unit connected to water. No further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace possible SS components. I tapped the system with the unit equalized and found the pressures at 52 psi and the system fully charged. I replaced the compressor and filter drier adding an access valve on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and added 5.5 ozs of R134A refrigerant. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making squeaking noise. Customer showed me noise occurs when unit is started / happens throughout the cycle. I tested and heard a faint squeaking. When I moved the chassis forward the noise stopped. I replaced the belt / rollers / tensioner pulley to resolve any possible internal causes of the noise. Retested and found squeak only happened for a fraction of a second when starting. Moved unit out a little further and tested several times and found no further occurrences of noise. Customer has a long vent hose that unit is pressed directly into and it is likely pushing back in the vent pipe causing the rattle. Unit seems to operate fine when pulled out repair completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is leaking. On arrival customer said unit is leaking out the front left corner. I reseated the manifold pipe to ensure a strong seal. Found a 3 inch segment of calcium / side buildup on the left side of the door seal as well. Replaced door seal. Ran unit with front panel off and didn't see any leaking. I did see Sud buildup to the top of the lip on the floor pan. Recommended customer run some affresh in the unit to remove Sud buildup. Unit does not appear to be leaking at this time. Repair completed.

"KRSC503ESS01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the refrigerator at room temperature and the compressor was running, with no signs of dye anywhere accessible. The system showed no pressures on either low or high sides. Interestingly, the compressor did not make any difference in pressures, at atmosphere, or with 20 psi of N added, denoting complete failure of the replacement compressor. I stopped the compressor and added an additional 80 psi of N, noting a substantial leak of 5 psi in about one minute and inspected. There was a fracture at the RC evaporator, low side joint and further inspection revealed the lightest misting of UV dye had occurred, but only visible in a fully darkened chamber. I brazed the fracture closed and removed and replaced the compressor, service port and drier. I noted the high side vacuum test pulled low side vacuum extremely slowly, and allowed the system to vacuum. The system would only pull down to the mid 500s micron range, and that being too high I inspected. The vacuum quickly rose into the 1K-2K micron range when the vacuum pump was shut off. I found a partial restriction within the yoder loop and brazed service ports to test for a leak. During testing and pressurization, I found an large amount of extremely fine rust powder had plugged the yoder and was impossible to flush out. The tech line was closed and I will report the following business day. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed complaint but found ice maker bucket full of odd shaped ice. After further testing I found ice maker heater not working correctly to harvest ice fast enough. Customer also stated unit was making a loud thump when dispensing water.

Arrived onsite to replace faulty ice maker. Replaced ice maker and tested. Unit completed harvest and fill test. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not working. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f4e3 in diagnostics. Checked power and found ACU working as designed. I made repairs. Found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is flashing an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and found the code flashing immediately upon arrival. I attempted to clear the code, but found it immediately popped back up when canceling the cycle. Checked underneath the unit and found the float switch properly engaged underneath with no water impeding the float switch. Turned off the unit and replaced the float switch.

"Arrived on site refrigerator building up ice in fc. Upon arrival confirmed and found door liner failing and causing gasket to fall out of door. Found unit needs new fc door and foam gasket in fc to resolve issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and the ice maker tray had water in it as it had just harvested a tray of ice. I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water, but at a very slow rate. Tenant did not know when the filter was last replaced. I recommended replacing the filter and attempted to contact the landlord and left a message for them to return my call to our office.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC section=9 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found no error codes. Tested in test 57 and the ice maker harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray. Tested the emitter/receiver boards in test 15 and it passed. I tested the ice maker thermistor and fan and both passed. While testing, I found the UI not signaling when I pressed on the keys. I advised the customer that the UI is possible in the beginning stages of failure. Customer advised that they have been in and out of the freezer section getting ice packs frequently. I advised that opening and closing the freezer door could impact the ice maker as the temperature in the freezer will get too high and the ice maker wont harvest. I recommended they keep the unit doors closed as long as possible and monitor the unit. I explained the disclaimer from management regarding the issues weve been experiencing with his unit and no repairs have solved the issues.

"Arrived onsite to repair stuck button error. Verified balance and proceeded to repair. Tested unit and set up under correct model programming. Unit is now operating as designed.

"F5E1 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I removed the drain line assembly and inspected all connections. I found a piece of clear plastic within the check valve area of the drain line and removed it, but there was also other debris wrapped around the check valve flap that could not be excised and/or removed and I replaced the line. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for wine cooler, inspected unit and work area. Unit was not cooling. I found the compressor operating and humming. Unit will need a sealed system.

"Arrived onsite and found unit operating with squealing idler pulley. Completed repair using repair kit parts. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair, all checks good.
