Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is not turning on or responding at the control. I found L1 missing at the incoming power where it came thru the wall. I showed the customer that L2 was good but L1 was dead. We tried resetting the breaker and never could get voltage on L1. The customer stated that they were seeing an F9E0 miswire code before it completely failed and I explained to the customer that that made since if the breaker was failing and causing a voltage drop or sending and stopping voltage randomly.

I gain access to the control board and I tested the outlet for voltage and it was 248 vac I then turn the bottom oven on to 350? it heated to 350 with upper range 400? the lower range 315?. I then turn the upper oven to 350?. It heated up while the lower was still on. I took the cover oThe unit is ff the outlet to see if I could fine out why the ovens started to work. I explained that when both the ovens are not heating up points to power. Told them I cant fix the issue when I can not find a issue. The unit is operating as designed.

Upon inspection I found that the shut off arm was not attached to the timer/motor which caused the unit to just keep making ice because it didnt know when the ice bin was full. I corrected this and found unit operating as designed I then checked the rc door and couldnt find any thing wrong Mechanically. with the hinges or the sling that pulls the door shut. And I found that the door closed properly every time I closed it.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with ongoing symptom of regularly off balance and walking. Customer stated symptom occurs at least once per week. F0E5 error. Ran DMLS calibration and tested. Suspension is good and basket is not out of round beyond a 1/4 of movement. Advised customer on findings and on official literature concerning off balance symtpoms being related to loading and cycle selection. Customer concerned that unit is operating outside of design specifications. Customer is concerned that the unit is and has continually had a propensity to go out of balance with ordinary and properly sorted loads. Customer will reach out to warehouse rep and to the manufacturer to pursue options. No repair recommendation at this time. Selective maintenance items would be replaced the slider and the clutch to correct some rotational noise.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is making noise on use and also had condensation present. Customer advised the condensation only happened one day and has been fine since cleanout. Advised condensation is likely from the hot outside air since dryer is on an outside wall, and vent hose was not hooked up and AC blows towards the dryer. I ran the unit and confirmed the noise. Noise is a rattling coming from the front left corner if weight is applied or the cabinet shifts. If properly moved and leveled the noise disappears. Unit has no level feet on it. I advised customer on findings and I shifted the unit to kill the noise. Customer advised that if it can't be properly leveled and braced we need to tear down the unit and install sound pads and leveling feet.

Due to the compressor failure, I was to remove and replace the compressor, drier and access valve; however, when replacing the drier and attaching the drier to the cap tube, I was able to get the lokring on and while adjusting the drier to attach it to the heat loop, the cap tube broke free from the drier and then broke from inside the cabinet (photos)? I contacted techline and spoke to Rob and advised of the issue. Rob sent a text message to my phone and I provided photos of the cap tube and where it broke from the cabinet. Rob provided SR#7736720320. I advised the customer of the issue and that the manufacturer would be contacting them with a resolution. Unit left unplugged and in the maintenance garage. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the valve making a chatter noise when dispensing water, I removed and replace the water line from hinge to valve and tested. The noise wasnt as loud as previously. I removed and replaced the water line from hinge to dispenser and retested and the noise was still there. I found the dual valve previously replaced was defective as the locking clip to the ice maker dispenser tubing was missing. I removed and replaced the dual valve and retested and unit continued to make the noise, but again not as loud. I advised the customer of my repairs and advised that a pressure reducing valve would be needed; however, the valve could cause the water dispenser to dispense very slowly and the customer advised that they are okay with the little amount of noise being made and did not want the reducing valve installed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected the unit and work area. Found the unit was set on wooden blocks due to the uneven Ness of the floor. Ran the unit three diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and found the unit running and working as designed, but found the units partially sliding due to the blocks. Found that the floor was too unlevel to be able to adjust the unit properly on the regular floor. The customer advised that they had several people come out to try to fix that when doing installation but they havent found a solution. Did advise the customer that the unit is working as designed and that they will need to find an alternate solution to their flooring situation. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Ive done site for a range where the temperature is not always completely accurate. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had cooked several items within a few days of each other that never seem to cook through fully based on the recipe that they typically use and they assumed that there was something wrong with the oven. I ran both left and right side units up to 400? and found them cycling and working as design. Found the right side oven fluctuate between 380?F and 430?F found the left side oven fluctuating between 368?F and 407?F indicating the left side oven was off. I asked the customer if they had ever calibrated the unit before which they advised they had not and did not know that that was a feature on their oven. Ran through temperature calibration on the unit and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete.

The most I saw the DW draw was 10amps during a 1 hr wash cycle. The breaker is a GFIC breaker, I told the customer to try changing out the breaker. The unit did knit go into diagnostics mode, I tried for 15 minutes to unit in diagnostics with no luck. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the drip tray and found evidence of refrigerant inside of the drip pan assembly. I charged the unit up with 120 psi of nitrogen and found pressures would not hold. I checked all access ports around the compressor area with bubbles and could not detect any leaks from the compressor or dryer areas. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7736710865. He had me run a couple checks and send him photos of the bubble solution at the welds and a picture of the drip pan with the refrigerant inside of it. He then advised that he would send the unit up to review as the evaporator on this unit was not serviceable. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after every third wash or so, the unit would leak water and they would find the water on the floor at the bottom left corner. I pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and tested. I didnt find any leaks within the drain tubing, drain pump, or valve hoses. I found water in the vent at the back of the unit (photo). I removed the vent tube and found water all in the tubing. Removed the water and re-installed and retested. I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photo). Made recommendations for use and care and recommended cleaning the unit several times before using again and use a minimal amount of detergent. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

The customer advised that they werent sure what was wrong with the unit as they have not been able to remove their ice container from the refrigerator for the past six months. They advised that even though the ice container wouldnt Come out, the unit had still made ice up until the last couple weeks. Attempted to remove the ice container and the ice container would not budge. Arrived onsite for a cooktop to call techline because the filter is not fitting correctly. The cooktop opening is 3 1/16 x 16 1/2. The drip pan the filter rest in is 16 3/8 long. The opening to the fan is 16 13/16 x 2. The filters we are receiving are 15 9/16 x 5 9/16. I called techline and spoke with Rob SR# 7736654058. Rob stated there is absolutely nothing techline can do about this issue and that we needed to contact Jenn-Air because they do their own parts research. Rob transferred me to Jenn-Air and I spoke with Eva. Eva instructed to have Shana email Sarah back responding to the email from last Monday and attach the photo of the cooktop opening that was taken today. "WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The unit had only a full ice bin, but it took four days to fill. The FC was at -2?F and the RC 32?, but the unit was in the middle of a cooling cycle and the temperatures were very good and as expected. Testing the low profile ice maker housing, I found initial temperatures at 17?. After removing ice fro the bin to trigger cooling, the unit dropped to 11? in a short time and was approximately expected with the number and duration of door openings while testing. While removing the ice fro the bin, I found it had a moderately wet appearance and there were a few cubes that were stuck together, denoting freeze/thaw cycles. I found the ice bin door gasket had the subtle appearance of folding on the inner (hinge side) corners and I verified via video (image saved.) I corrected the issue and devised the customer of my findings and repair. The customer will contact if the conditions do not subside. No leaks observed during service."
