"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was warmer in FC than normal. Customer has been tracking with a wireless thermometer, and found temp averages about 2.8 degrees, but has it set to -5. RC temps seem good. I found the UI had several faded pixels and weak display, and may be draining DC power. I changed out the UI to resolve. I reset temps to factory settings and advised to follow up if issues persist, and we can return with a control and thermistor. Repair completed."

Arrive d onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon inspection I found that the evap fan harness good and the evap fan motor was running during my inspection I also found that the heater was good. I did finished frost and ice buildup on the back and top of the fc which denotes a air leak which causes the unit not to keep proper temperatures. I contacted all of this by adjusting the rc door and the rails to get the door to seal properly.

"Arrived on site to inspect OTR microwave not venting properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found that the damper was not opening and air was not circulating. I found someone had placed duct tape over the front vents (photo) and the damper was damaged during installation (photo) and not properly installed. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the damper and removed the tape from the front vents. With the unit venting at the back wall to the outside, the front vent covers are missing. I reinstalled the microwave and installed a new damper and properly sealed the damper with foil tape and after placing the vent tube back in place, I sealed the air gaps with foil tape. I tested the unit and could hear the damper opening and closing properly and venting properly. I am ordering the front vent covers and office to schedule return service. No one available to sign for receipt. ; ordrng 3 W11397086 (Vent cover)s"

"DVE50R5400V/A3 Arrived to inspect burning odor and heating issue. I found the odor was due to a small piece of lint that had fallen into the back of the heat duct that supplies the drum and the heat from the element caused it to char, creating the odor. I removed the piece of lint and tested. The unit heated and cycled and also did not heat on the air dry setting, as expected. Airflow is quite restricted due to the venting design and the customer is aware that cleaning of the venting will be required on a regular basis. Operational test ok, warranty applied to service."

Cycled power a few more times and got the same results. Tested the compressor windings and found the compressor is good. I removed and replaced the start device and retested and unit is operating and cooling as designed. Recommended to allow the unit to cool for 48 hours before placing food inside. "WFW5620HW0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found no obvious signs on initial inspection and entered service test mode. F0E2, F5E2 and F8E1 were stored. I found the drain tube plugged and manually removed the water. I removed debris from within the drain pump area, but the strainer was not plugged. Further inspection revealed the door bellow was torn in multiple places. I removed and replaced the bellow and tested. No leaks were observed and the unit resumed all normal functions.

I found the issue was due to the door gasket and after the unit heated up, the gasket would seal. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was moving around when in use. Customer advised the unit had moved several inches and even hit the wall. I checked the suspension and basket. I found basket is tight on the gearcase shaft. Found no oil under the unit. Found suspension has proper bounceback. Tub ring was not disconnected. I found the floor was very slick, and I could slide the unit with very little effort. When I inquired about how the unit was loaded, I found the customer had overloaded and likely caused it to walk. I advised on proper usage and loading to prevent any further issues, and to put anti slip material under the feet to keep it from sliding. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that was not properly lighting. I tested the unit and found that all burners are lighting, and customer mentioned the front right burner would not light sometimes. I could not duplicate the issue, but I noticed that burner caps looked especially shiny, like chemicals had been used to clean them and may have caused the spark not to be able to conduct well. I cleaned off the burner cap, changed the head and was able to clean out the orifice as well. Unit ignited instantly for me now with no issues. If issue persists we can replace the igniter and module. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not making ice. I tested the unit and was able to cycle the icemaker successfully. Found FC at 1, RC at 39. When icemaker tried to fill I could hear the valve buzzing. I checked the fill line at the front of the unit, and found no water at the fill line. I tried to move the unit out and found the installers had run 2 screws through the trim at the top of the unit, and one of them had a broken head. I advised the customer that the builder/installer needs to remove the hardware. It should not be needed to properly level and install the unit, and once they remove it they can enable the water valve and this will resolve the no ice condition. Repair completed."

The customer stated it never ran out of ice but it had gotten low then did catch back up. I explained to the customer that it could take 24-36 hours for the bucket to fill depending on door swings. I did find foam in the vacuum breaker at the bottom of the RC causing the noise. I removed the foam. All is working as designed. Call complete.
