"WETLV27HW2 Arrived to inspect no fill. I found F8E1 stored in memory and tested. There was no valve actuation on either the hot or cold and I could not feel or hear the solenoids humming, as expected. The circuit, tested from the control side showed open to the valves. I inspected the harness and found the final connector (not depicted within the diagram) unplugged and after reseating it, the issue was resolved. I calibrated and tested the unit, operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for an ice machine making a screeching noise when making ice. On arrival I found ice pushing the door open and the bin overfilled. The machine was making the noise on arrival the customer was hearing. I found the reservoir out of water and the pump still running. I found the bin thermistor out of range causing the bin overfill and I replaced the WLS for the unit not going into harvest. I tested the machine and the reservoir is overfilling and the WLS is not recognizing its full but the unit did go into harvest when the water got to the correct level in the reservoir. I found the ice jagged on the right side and catching on the grid when sliding off because the distributor tube isnt passing water correctly. I also found the pump harness corroded. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customerd did not have refrigerator defrosted at arrival. Replaced compressor and drier. I charged the system with nitrogen and inspected for leaks and found no leaks on the evaporator. Vacuumed the system for about 20 min and monitored my gauges and so no loss of vacuum. I charged the unit up with 56g R600. I asked the customer to fully defrost the unit for about 24hrs to allow all the ice to melt. Then allow 24 hrs to cool after powering back up. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections, has a hole in the ice container, and its making a popping sound when the right hand refrigerator door opens all the way. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm all three customer complaints and replaced the freezer module. Found the lights in the freezer and refrigerator section began to illuminate and operate as designed. Replaced the ice container due to the broken container. Also checked the right hand door to see what was going on underneath at the bottom side of the hinge. Found at the bottom side of the hinge was rotating at the last half inch of the door opening. Removed the right hand door and checked the hinge. Found that the not fully screwed into the hinge. Tightened the door cam and reassembled the unit. Swung the door open multiple times without the unit dropping in popping. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component. I found the valve not dispensing water into the reservoir. I poured some water into the reservoir to test the pumps, evaporator/compressor and grid cutter and all are operating as designed. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and very little water dispensed from the valve. I pulled the unit out to inspect the water line and I closed the inlet valve and removed the water hose from the water line to the unit. I turned the valve on and found very little water coming from the valve at the wall.

Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found breaker tripped. Reset power and found no errors in diagnostics. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error code. Test of the unit several times locking the lead in town the unit locking and unlocking lid intermittently. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was popping the breaker periodically. Customer advised that unit was not fully compatible with new style breakers (GFCI). I ran an Amp draw on the unit after confirming proper wiring hookups. Breaker is 30a. I monitored Amp draw under load, and with a towel load. I found the unit did not draw over 27a max when it was fully loaded and hot, indicating the tripping breaker is likely due to known incompatibility with GFCI breakers. Unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that most loads seem to go off balance no matter what she does whether it is a light or a heavy duty load. The customer also stated the upper pan in the freezer keeps popping off because the bracket comes off the left side. On further inspection found that the ice was clumped together and not allowing the cubes to come out. I broke the ice up and now the cubes are being dispense out of the dispenser. During testing, I found the water supply line at the back of the ice maker inlet was spraying. I removed a damaged section of line and reinstalled into the dispenser assembly. "AER6303MMS0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I tested to 425?F and the breaker did not trip on this unit. Engaging all cooktop burners and verifying current to the back element, simultaneously, did not trip the breaker either. I removed the rear panels and checked wiring and found no issues. Amp draw on bake ranged between 11 and 15 amps, depending which element the unit was utilizing during preheat, and then 11 amps for the bake element during normal cycling. With all top burners operating, 38 amps was the highest current draw and well within the range of the VAC supply. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was leaking when in use. I examined the unit and found flood switch had some water, which has dried out. When i ran the unit I found it was largely full of bubbles and soap suds, which look like dish detergent had also been used. Leak looks to be caused by the massive soap buildup. I ran and drained the unit 3 timed to break down the soap buildup, and unit should work properly now. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with water collecting in the ice bin. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin with water in it and the customer had a towel at the back left side of the FC section catching the leaking water as well. I disassembled the FC section and found the ice maker tray dripping water at the back right corner. I removed the ice maker and found water running out of the fill tube (photo). I pulled the unit out and attempted to turn the water off at the valve at the wall and found the valve not able to turn. I advised the customer of the situation and I reassembled the FC section and the customer placed a bucket in the drawer to catch the water. ordrng 1 WR57X33326 (Valve) and 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE ASAP AS VALVE UNABLE TO TURN OFF AT WALL)"

Arrived on site for range with burners not adjusted right and knob loose. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found front right burner knob cracked around retainer clip. Was able to adjust knob and keep it from slipping and made sure flame height was at safest max setting. Unit working as designed call complete

Arrived onsite for failed bellow. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found bellow failed and is leaking water . Replaced and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for not operating. Upon arrival test unit and ui is not responding. Tried diagnostics and cannot get in. Error code F2-E2 ui cannot communicate with control now appears. Removed panel for inspection. Found harness between ui and control is corroded and has caused ui and control to fail. Need to replace control and ui. Ordering ui. "WMH32519HZ07 Arrived to inspect noise issue. I found during heating functions, the unit would intermittently make a rattle sound. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and tested. The issue was resolved and I could not make the sound come back through many tests. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for a washer that leaks water in the basket when its off. On arrival I found the basket dry and that valve completely closing. I tested the valve multiple times and found it closing properly. I showed the customer how the water enters the machine and explained if you put your hand on the faucet and press up water will run out for a little bit and stop. I explained that when the valves leak they would find water in the basket when loading clothes or if if it filled up high enough the drain pump would turn on when the machine is off. I went over detergent use and loading with the customer. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new cam and cap and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a range with all the burners clicking when one is on. I tested the range and found all the burners working correctly. I explained to the customer that when one of the open top burners is turned on they all spark until the one that is turned on lights the burner and the knob is turned to the high setting or lower.
