Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. I found the ice bucket completely full of mostly old bridged together ice that was binding the auger along with some new cubes in the top of the ice bucket. I found the temp in the FC and icebox good. All thermistors tested good and there is good air flow from the fan. I removed the old ice from the bucket and tested the icemaker in a harvest and a fill cycle. Both test worked as designed. The customer stated her husband had filled the ice bin up with ice from another refrigerator and wanted the icemaker replaced.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=38-39 on setting of 37 and FC=5 degrees on setting of 0. Placed unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found FAE1-Refrigerator Compartment or Main Evaporator Fan. I tested the evap fan and its operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint, history and my findings. Kurt recommended replacing the UI and ACU (hv control) and advised that all documents is going to previous SR#7736029067. I advised the customer of my conversation with techline and am ordering the UI, hv control and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Office to schedule return service. I went over loading product with the customer and preheat times for product. The ovens are working as designed. All complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water and the bottom of the freezer is frozen. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice on the bottom of the FC section and water leaking from the bottom left side of the FC door. I disassembled the FC section and removed the slab of ice then pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit. I found the tube clogged and leaking water at the top of the tube. Removed the tube and cleaned it out and re-installed and sealed the gap at the top of the tube with silicone. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the FC evaporator drip pan.

"Arrived onsite for flames that were yellow and orange. On inspection the cooktop was turn off, turn the gas back on and tested the system. Saw a few yellow flames from impurities in the gas. I adjust the burners to have high and a low flame, checked the regulator to make sure it was set for gas, it was. Pulled the middle burner head to look to see if there was any issues with the dual burner setup, found none. So it looks like there might have been impulse in the gas to cause this issue. No gas leak detected during service."

Ran the ice maker service test and it failed the home position test 2e error. I then forced a harvest and the ice maker dumped the ice and went to home position. Then called for a water fill and it filled the tray. Looked at the evap and there was no frost or ice buildup on it. Ordered a ice maker, office to schedule appointments once part arrives. Arrived onsite for a wall oven that the door is not closing properly on and the vent trim is bent. I did find the outer door warped and I replaced it because of this but the main reason the door is not closing correctly is because the feet were never installed on the oven and it is setting on the cabinet and putting pressure on the flue duct. I showed this to the customer and showed them that when I pulled the oven out on my oven dolly the door close correctly. The customer is going to contact the builder and have the cabinet altered and the feet installed on the oven. I explained to the customer that the trim is considered cosmetic and only covered for the first 30 days. I explained they would either have to pay for it or get with Pulte to get a concession to get it covered. The nameplate wasnt shipped with the door so I am ordering it. Ordering W10839793 nameplate. "F7E1 was the only code stored in memory and I cleared for testing. The compressor would not start, or even attempt and there was a 5 blink on the original inverter. I verified line VAC present to the inverter and the PWM trigger signal was present. I removed and replaced the inverter and there was no change. The compressor will require replacement. I recommend replacing the compressor, service port, dye drier, inverter and having the main control available. No water connections to unit. Please allow 2 hours for sealed system service. I pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and found when it was on, the amp draw was over 10 amps. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good and I then installed 5.25oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held good and the unit is beginning to cool properly. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WEG745H0LZ1 Arrived to inspect gas odor. I found the issue was with the oven and not the cooktop. The oven would not ignite and the residual gas from the failed ignition could be detected. I found the igniter was not correctly mounted and both screws were very loose, allowing the igniter to droop, out of the path of the incoming gas. I corrected the issue and tested. The unit operated as designed and ignited at every attempt, immediately. No gas leaks detected during service. I attempted to contact the MFG safety team and report my findings, but the system responded that they were not taking calls at that time. Office to report findings to safety team at later date."

Ran diagnostics and when I test 6- forced defrost, the unit tripped. Reset and continued diagnostics. The only time unit tripped was when initially put into defrost. Tried again and unit did not trip. Notified customer to let unit run for several hrs then force defrost again to see if unit trips again. Called customer back at 5pm and customer stated between 9am-5pm breaker tripped 3-4 times. A second time in diagnostics in force defrost the unit did trip the breaker. Could not duplicate back to back but did on two separate occasions. May be heater. Discussing with service team for plan of action. Will reach back out to customer.

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice issue. I found the actual issue was with cooling. The FC was 37 and the RC 46. The compressor was running, but there was negligible heat in the condenser. The high side discharge was warm, but not hot as it should have been and within several inches from the compressor, the tubing was cooler. A prior servicer had tapped the low side return and had apparently attempted a charge at some point. The unit will require the compressor, dye drier, service port and both evaporators. I found the deli door UI damaged by water and the harness had corroded away as well, requiring the UI and left crisper door. Per service notes, I contacted the MFG and advised of my findings. File #7736751674. No leaks observed during service. The customer will discuss findings with their extended warranty and we will be contact if further repairs are required."

Upon inspection I found that the evap fan harness good and the evap fan motor was running during my inspection I also found that the heater was good. I did finished frost and ice buildup on the back and top of the fc which denotes a air leak which causes the unit not to keep proper temperatures. I contacted all of this by adjusting the rc door and the rails to get the door to seal properly.
