"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the installers did not test the unit after they installed the unit and that on the first cycle, they had major issues. Found the tub completely leaning towards the front and found the suspension rods were not attached to the cabinet. Looked underneath the washer and found the suspension rods dangling. Went ahead and replace the suspension but found the tub ring was also bent and bowed. Ordering the tub ring, but all tests ran as designed in an auto test. "Arrived onsite and repaired unit wiring harness drain issue by replacing the lower harness. The control was not able to read the pressure range and threw an emergency drain. Replaced the control. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a leak. Upon inspection I found a puddle around the filter housing but all the fittings where dry and ther was no ice buildup on the evap. I replace the housing and tested the unit and found no leaks.

"Arrived on site for a microwave oven combo that wont start unless the door is pushed in on the right hand side. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what happened. She advised that she does not live in the home at this point yet still, and that she only uses it, intermittently when they are working on the house. Tested the microwave 15 times with water, and was unable to replicate the issue at all. Had the customer attempt to try the unit and found the customer closing the door softly. I checked the frame, Door, hinges, and door switches, and found all working in operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736634070. He advised that if the unit was able to microwave 15 times and that I have not been able to replicate the issue, the issue would have to be on the customer side and not with the machine. He advised to have the customer make sure that they are closing the door firmly, not gently as this can affect the u its ability to recognize the door as closed and to not make any further repairs at this time. The customer advised they have never been able to use the bait element on this unit checked the temperature sensor and found it registering 1.099 kg ohms of resistance. found the oven at room temperature indicating that temperature sensor mightve been a little bit out of range. Went ahead and replaced both control and temperature sensor and tested the unit. The unit head preheat on a 350?F bake cycle without erroring out. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has caused damage to the floor beneath it and her kitchen ceiling below the bathroom now has a crack in it. Found the water had been turned off to the unit and resupplied water to the unit. Went ahead and turned on both valves filling up the basket halfway up the basket. Was able to drain the unit without any leaks. checked underneath and could not find any water residue anywhere. Opened up the top and found no cracks in the tub. Check behind the unit and found the hot water hose leaking at the connection due to improper installation and the hose was off set and not flush with the water valve. Went ahead and remove the water connection, refit the water hose onto the hot water valve, and resupplied water. Tested the unit several times and found the leak immediately stopped. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736780374.He had me send him photos of the water leak and advised that this was due to installation and not a fault of the machine. He advised to have the customer contact customer service but could not guarantee any resolutions. Advise not to make any further repairs on the unit and the unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven with no internal lights. Customer advised lights have not worked at all, even after previous visit repair. I tested and found the UI will throw the light icon like they are on even if they have not been toggled on. Found nothing wrong with bulbs. I toggled lights and never heard a relay clicking for them. I checked the control and found the black wire in P5 was sitting outside the molex connector hanging. Reseated and tested. Still no improvements to lights. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a humming noise. Upon arrival I found that the noise was coming from the fc fan I adjusted the fan and found that the noise when away. I also advised the customer that the unit is a little louder than older models due to it being a r600 system so the compressor is just naturally louder.

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that is not starting the agitation with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer started a quick wash cycle with some clothes and we found the unit spin, fill, and agitate. The customer advise been working like that prior to the trip today. I asked the customer if they ever use the power button on their washer and did advise that the power wash option will start with little to no water and will slowly increase as the cycle continues. I did advise that that is part of the programming on the machine. Test the unit and diagnostics and did not find any store in error codes. The unit ran as designed. Did advise the customer the unit is working properly. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for MW not heating. On inspection l heated a cup of water and the magnetron was struggling. The current said they smells burnt components when he used it. Dropped the MW and found the cap and the diode burnt. Replaced the magnetron , capacitor and diode. Reinstalled the unit tested unit. The microwave is operating as designed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator tripping breaker. Inspected breaker and unit is on a GE 20amp AFCI breaker. Called whirlpool techline and they provided with the information of Technical Service Pointer #: W11525530. Contractor will have to contact GE Electrical and Industrial 1-800-782-8061 to see if there is any other breakers they suggest. Per techline unit can draw up to 17amps on startup. Unit is drawing the correct amps while running. Unit is operating as designed. And no leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for cooling issues, tested unit found condensation in RC and frost in the FC, inspected gaskets and found them sealing good, but bottom metal piece has a gap that is allowing warn air to penetrate into RC and cause return vents to freeze, sealed all gaps with adhesive from truck stock part number W10841140, advised customer unplug unit to allow it to defrost 24-48 hours before loading, at this time job complete"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dishes were not washing. Entered diagnostics and retrieved error codes 4-3, 7-1. Unit will need a new sump and motor. I replaced Sump&motor and tested, unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing vegetables. On inspection the refrigerator was not installed correctly, there was a air gap on the right lower door. Leveled the unit and add some silicone on the door frame to seal the door. The icemaker is not installed correctly, the bottom mount on the icemaker is missing. The ice maker is leaning and water is leaking into the ice bin. The ice is clumping because of the water dripping into the bin. Ordering a new icemaker. ; ordrng 1 W11517113 (Icemaker)"

Arrived on site for unit not operating correctly . Upon arrival found that certain buttons are not responding on user interface. Am able to get into diagnostics. There are no saved error codes. Ran automatic test cycle and all components operate correctly. Need to replace console. Replaced console W11622500 and test unit . Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged front panel on top door. Replaced front panel test unit and unit test good job complete.
