Found external drain is connected to about 20ft of hose to sink about 20ft away through the wall. Advised customer external drain pump is an accessory to this unit and drain would need to be addressed as long run is causing overload on pump and unable to fully drain. Found 3 pinch points on rear on unit where drain hose was kinked. No leaks detected. Job complete.

The customer advised the unit tumbles and heat but that they are having to dry their clothes three times in order to get the unit to actually dry the clothes. Use the vent test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation for all dryers. Removed the hose off the back and found adequate airflow coming from the dryer. Removed the hose off the wall and found 6 inches of lint build up in the wall. Removed all the instructions and tested unit. Unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

I found it attached with double stock adhesive tape. Due to this issue being considered cosmetic, using the double commercial style double stick tape prescreened for this call, I placed a few pieces on the trim and re-attached the trim to the glass. Tested door operations and it is operating as designed. I explained to the customer about the cosmetic warranty.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found frost behind the fresh food drawer. Gain access to the error messages, found several of the error messages were doors was left open it seems that the errors were recorded 2 weeks ago. Customer said that is when his father in law was in town. I also checked the thermistor and the FF thermistor was 5k temp 77 the ff evap thermistor was 24k temp of 18. Informed the client to defrost the unit and had him sign the waiver. Looks like the issue was caused by excessive door openings and being left open to long and it introduced air tot he system. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the bottoms of their cups on the top rack are not drying and sometimes they find water on the inner door panel. I found the customer is using rinse aid and they advised they just started using it. Also, the customer has a water softener system. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised that due to the plastic tub and having a water softener system, the unit may not dry as well as other units. I advised that the bottoms of the cups where they are bowed inward and their plastic Tupperware items will not dry and will have some water/droplets still on the items. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the filter control board shorting against the chassis, I remove and replaced the board and tested. The lights functioned and then when I tested each speed for the blower, when I got to high, the unit shut off and nothing functioned. I tested voltage at the outlet and to the control and got 122V. I tested ohms readings to the motor and they were within range. Contacted techline and spoke to Steven and advised of the repairs and issues after repairs. Steven advised based off testing to replace the blower and advised information would be documented to previous SR#7736689613. I am ordering the blower, capacitor, filter board and control panel and office to schedule return service. Found the unit not installed and leveled properly and the freezer section cleaned out. Tested temperature in the freezer ad found it a 5 degrees. Also found the freezer door difficult to open. Using grease (WP 542638) from van stock, I greased the rails on the freezer rack and bottom drawer and tested.
