"Arrived on site for a dryer that does not drain properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes stop mid cycle but the UI still shows that the unit is still drying. Advised that they can turn it off and turn it back on, and the unit will continue forward with a new cycle. I ran into through diagnostics in the unit passed all tests. The customer advised that there was a lot of clicking happening on the control board when this would happen. Due to previous issues like this, was advised by techline previously that the issue would be with the control. Did go ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Upon inspection I found that there was a foreign object in the drain tube that would make contact with the impeller of the drain pump I removed it and inspected the pump and found that it was till in working order. I then reinstalled the pump and and tested the unit and found no leaks and the uni5 operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a dryer that has long drive times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes but the unit does tumble and heat. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the back of the dryer. Found the dryer vent hose attached and OK but sitting in to 90? positions going into the wall. Removed the vent hose to check for any lint buildup and could not detect any in the vent hose or the vent within the wall. Did find that the vent within the wall is a rectangular box E vent that is only 3 inches from the opening of the wall potentially creating an air flow restriction there. I ran the unit through a vent test kit to check for airflow and found proper airflow for all dryers with the vent hose unattached. I did explain to the customer that either they have a restriction within their venting within the home or the event that they have currently does not meet the standards needed for this dryer. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Found the model number was not correct on our ticket and plated the model number. Found the unit was still under warranty. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran unit to an auto test and found that heater working at the end of the cycle. I did notice that the customer is not using rinse aid and has a plastic tub so I did inform them that this dishwasher will have a harder time drying dishes the stainless steel tub. They go over all energy efficiency restrictions the manufacture is under, and thus the heater does not run as long as maybe their previous dishwasher did. Went over some tips and tricks on how to get their best dry out of this unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has long drive times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is taking 2 to 3 cycle to dry loads and sometimes more if its sets oftowels. Check behind the unit and found the vent hose, completely kinked, causing a restriction in airflow. I used a vent test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation for all dryers. Found the unit did tumble and heat and did explain to the customer that the issue was with airflow. If I the customer to shorten the vent hose or switch to a periscope style vent due to the customer pushing their appliance, almost up against the wall. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the filter base and the cover getting the same results with the cover not staying closed unless it is hit upward with a lot of force. Upon further inspection I found the cover not fitting in the recess opening of the liner correctly in the front. It like the two notched cutouts for the filter base were not cut far enough to the rear of the refrigerator to allow the door to line up correctly with the recessed area for the cover. I called techline and spoke with Nate SR# 7736760458 giving him my findings. He is putting it in for review and replacement. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator overproducing ice. On arrival customer informed me the unit isnt overproducing, its actuslly dumping ice into the chute at random. They said they will hear cubes fall into the chute at any random time. I examined the unit and could not see any obvious reason for the cubes to end in the chute. Called tech line and spoke to Ron, SR 7736827670. Ron advised that I tilt the unit back and give it a rearward dive to make sure cubes drop and move to the rear instead of the front. Only 2 identifiable causes are that the unit was leaning too far forward and caused cubes to drop out the bucket, or that there may also be line noise or interference from the outlet. From what I could tell the breaker is only labeled refrigerator and did not trigger anything else. Adjusted the level to raise the unit 1/2 inch to allow things to move to the back. This should resolve the issue. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine not filling. On arrival tested the unit and found no water entering the machine. I noticed that the valve is humming, but the filter is not fully seated causing no flow. I found an aftermarket filter that doesn't appear to fit properly and won't lock in. Advised to buy whirlpool recommended filter. I ran the unit after due to customer also saying ice has been small for some time. When I did run it I found the water level isn't getting high enough to make full sized cubes. I replaced the recirc pump and retested. I found the replacement pump ran, but it was vibrating and making abnormal noises. "10-2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found a substantial dent in the left rear of the tub and it appeared the right rear was deformed as well, and the tub will require replacement. The door gasket was folded in the upper left corner and I re-formed it and found the leaking may have been coming from the area, but could not confirm. The rinse agent was still set to the A3 level, too much for the customers use and local water, and I set it to the preferred level of A1. Office to order tub assembly and schedule for two hours. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Added a coupler to the dryer and cap tube in but the coupler did not hold. I made a second attempt with another coupler and was able to successfully attach the dryer and cap tube. Pressurize the unit with nitrogen and found pressures. Hold steady at 125 psi. Vacuum down the unit and the unit held by -30 psi pressure for 15 minutes. Charge the ended up with 50 g of R600 and tested unit. Unit began to cool and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection I ran the unit in diagnostics mode 2 time and no water leaks. I put the unit into the 1 hr wash cycle and still no leaks. The customer showed me video that there was 1:15 left in the cycle when the water started to leak from the bottom of the door. She said every time she heard the water hit the door it leaked. The spray arm was separating once it got extremely hot in the unit and the water was coming out the side of the spray arm and making a wave that would go over front lip of the tub and leak from the bottom of the door. Chase said to install the arm at no charge. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having ongoing issues from the previous service. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just makes it grinding noise and does not actually start the cycle. Ran made it through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor circuit open) error code. Ran unit through an auto test with the bottom cover shield pulled off. Found the unit fill and ran properly, but went when it went to agitate, found the shifter would pull the cam most of the way, but did not actually shift it fully into agitation, and would make that grinding noise. I unplugged the unit and tested the cam. Found the cam shift into place while turning the drive pulley. Tested the unit again and found the unit start to agitate. Went ahead and replaced both the cam and the actuator and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Tested the unit twice and both diagnostic tests passed without any issue. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."
