Contacted tech line for assistance. Spoke to Chris SR#7736837526. Did find that on the breaker panel the only led illuminated was for the microwave. Power cycled the unit and the red led turned off. Unit may have had an electronic glitch. After power cycle customer will monitor. If symptoms persist tech line advised there is not a clear way of determining the source of the glitch so recommend replacing the door and the main control at the same time. Unit is heating fine. "Arrived onsite for washer walking while spinning. On inspection found the suspension was bad, I could push the basket down to the ground with out any issues. Installed new suspension and I had to put all weight on to the basket to get to touch the floor. There is SP out about issues with the basket. This basket did not have the QR code on it ordering a new basket W11172199. On further inspection found water on the ground when searched for it I found the hoses at the washer were hand tight. Arrived onsite for oven loosing power. The customer said that every night it loose power. Last visit put in a new control board and it made no difference. This time I gain access to the power outlet and found that there was copper and aluminum connected together without the special wire nuts that keep the wire from oxidizing. It can create a bad control for the oven. I cut the wire back and reconnected them together. Told customer to contact the builder to have the correct wire nuts installed.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is having ui issues. Upon inspection I found that the the ui is having trouble responding to button presses. I replace the ui/console and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood blowing air back onto the cooktop. Upon further inspection, tested the venthood with the cooktop middle burner turned on and found the burner flames being blown around the burner head. I found at the back of the venthood, there is a gap approximately 2-3 inches wide and not sealed off properly. I reached up the gap and could feel the damper and the damper was opening properly with the blower turned on, but was not sealed off when installed. I contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of the complaint and my findings. I advised that the issue is a gap between the venthood and the wall and its not sealed properly causing air to flow back into the home and not out the vent. I advised its an installation issue and Steve agreed and provided SR#7736843788. No repairs to the unit at this time, job completed ."

Upon arrival I installed the new center gas valve and orifice holder and turned the gas back on and tested the unit to make sure that it lit and found it operational I found do gas smell at this time. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace the previous diagnosed parts. I tested the ice box fan and within 30 seconds the fan was running full speed and is working as designed. I found frost and ice building up right behind the evaporator cover and causing the FC thermistor to start getting incased in ice. The evaporator has a good frost pattern but the FC is only getting to 17 degrees and bouncing to 18 degrees because of this. I called techline and spoke with Rich he added on to File # 7736793922. Rich advised replacing the three way valve because they have seen a few issues with floating restrictions in the valve and causing these types of issues. Arrived on site for a unit. That is not operating. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found water at the bottom of the basket. Attempted to run drain and spin and could not get the unit to drain. Checked underneath the washer and found a split wire going to the drain pump due to the clip that the wiring harness was running through at the drain pump. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. On inspection I found unit with no power I flipped the power from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and the unit came on. I asked the customer if they were using it when the power shut off, he said yes. They have 20 amp GFI breaker for the dishwasher. Ran the unit through the diagnostic mode twice to see if I could trip the breaker. It made it through both test, I found a error in memory of FAE2. Motor electrical failure, I cleared the error and ran it through diagnostics again to,see if the error would come back, it did not come back. Told the customer that the breaker could be getting weak and if it happens again that we will replace the pump and motor. No was detected during service."

Arrived onsite for dryer making a noise. On inspection the unit made a scratch noise when you started it. On inspection found the blower wheel was hitting the blower housing. I found that the motor was sitting crooked an one side of the blower unit stuck out further then the other side making the wheel hit the housing. I gain about to the motor and un clipped and straightened it up and re clipped down I add the damper pads around the motor and blower to help with vibration . That fixed the noise that they where having. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived for SAFETY tripping breaker. Upon arrival test polarity and got L1-N 124v, L2-N 124v, L1-L2 248v. Test cook top and all 4 burners operate correctly. Bake element has resistance of 16 ohms, broil element has resistance of 14 ohms. Test bake cycle , bake element pulls 15 amps when temperature reaches 130 degrees breaker tripps. Test broil element and is pulling 17.6 amps. Unit heats correctly during call for broil. Once oven is heated to about 250 degrees and call for bake is made, the unit reaches desired preheat temperature of 350 and begins heat cycling correct. Unit operates correctly without tripping breaker. Found circuit is on dedicated 40 amp GFCI SQURE D breaker. Called techline for assistance. Talked to Andrew , Gave tech all my readings . Tech had me test amp draw with all 4 cooktop burners and oven at same time and got 54 amps. Tech said unit is operating as designed. Recommend having home circuit checked with possibility of the issue being a weak breaker. Tech gave SR# 7736826260. Contacted SAFTEY team talked to Sasha. Notes were documented based on conversation with tech line. Ref# 7736784899. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

The customer advised that the unit will sometimes stop mid cycle but the UI still shows that the unit is still drying. Advised that they can turn it off and turn it back on, and the unit will continue forward with a new cycle. I ran into through diagnostics in the unit passed all tests. The customer advised that there was a lot of clicking happening on the control board when this would happen. Due to previous issues like this, was advised by techline previously that the issue would be with the control. Did go ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. The unit was working when I got there. Installed control board from previous visit. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a rattling noise when in rinse/drain. Upon inspection I found that there was a foreign object in the drain tube that would make contact with the impeller of the drain pump I removed it and inspected the pump and found that it was till in working order. I then reinstalled the pump and and tested the unit and found no leaks and the uni5 operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise on startup. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found source of noise complaint was the activation of the lid latch. Customer also complained of actuator shifting sound. Notified customer that these are all normal operating sounds. Customer complained that her older washer was quite. "Arrived onsite for sealed system failure. Upon arrival inspected unit and found inefficient compressor drawing low amperage, no frost patter present. Replaced compressor, dryer and access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Unit is running and cooling. Customer will monitor with bottle of water in freezer. Job complete"

Arrived on site for a dryer that has long drive times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes but the unit does tumble and heat. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the back of the dryer. Found the dryer vent hose attached and OK but sitting in to 90? positions going into the wall. Removed the vent hose to check for any lint buildup and could not detect any in the vent hose or the vent within the wall. Did find that the vent within the wall is a rectangular box E vent that is only 3 inches from the opening of the wall potentially creating an air flow restriction there. I ran the unit through a vent test kit to check for airflow and found proper airflow for all dryers with the vent hose unattached. I did explain to the customer that either they have a restriction within their venting within the home or the event that they have currently does not meet the standards needed for this dryer. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Found the model number was not correct on our ticket and plated the model number. Found the unit was still under warranty. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran unit to an auto test and found that heater working at the end of the cycle. I did notice that the customer is not using rinse aid and has a plastic tub so I did inform them that this dishwasher will have a harder time drying dishes the stainless steel tub. They go over all energy efficiency restrictions the manufacture is under, and thus the heater does not run as long as maybe their previous dishwasher did. Went over some tips and tricks on how to get their best dry out of this unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has long drive times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is taking 2 to 3 cycle to dry loads and sometimes more if its sets oftowels. Check behind the unit and found the vent hose, completely kinked, causing a restriction in airflow. I used a vent test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation for all dryers. Found the unit did tumble and heat and did explain to the customer that the issue was with airflow. If I the customer to shorten the vent hose or switch to a periscope style vent due to the customer pushing their appliance, almost up against the wall. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
