"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit seems to shut down after the wash cycle and does not spin out the clothes. I ran into through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F2 E1 (stuck key) error codes, around the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed until it came up to the drain portion of the cycle. Found the unit trying to drain, but I could not hear any water flow. Check the drain hose going into the wall and found that there was a rubber sleeve that the drain hose was fit into. I asked the customer where the unit drains and they advised that it drains through another hose that leads outside. I explain to the customer that the reason why theyre having this issue is because of their installation on their drain system. Advised that the unit is shutting down because it cannot pump out the water well and is causing water to siphon back in after its done trying to drain. Went over the installation guide with the customer and advise that they will need to fix their draining situation in order to get this unit to work properly. Call complete."

Examined FC and confirmed that there was a light icing/frost in the front of the shelves that was normal for an air leak. Found no evidence of a defrost issue, and door likely was not fully sealed. I checked the gasket and found gasket is flat and working properly. Advised ti make sure nothing goes in the pizza pocket except pizzas. I checked temp settings since customer said some items like lettuce were going bad quicker. I found RC set to 33, which was too cold and likely spoiling the lettuce. "WMH53521HZ06 Arrived to inspect no vent. I verified the issue and could hear the relays clicking with the changing speeds, when selected. The capacitor tested fine, but spinning the blower by hand, caused the unit to work. I found the yellow wire in the compound blower connector, was not fully seated and after correcting, the issue was resolved and the unit operated as designed."

The customer advised that they just bought this unit and are having issues with water leaking onto the floor from a gap of the up at the top left-hand corner of the refrigerator door. The customer showed me that he was able to slide in a business card up at the top corner. I attempted to adjust the hinge up at the top, right hand corner to make a better fit and was unsuccessful. I found that the center mullion was bowed, causing the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736862408. He had me take several photos of the issue and advised that the center million was sticking out way too far for the gasket to properly seal. He advised that the unit would be sent up to review and to tell the customer that whirlpool would be in contact with them or myself, depending on the next steps. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a torn right refrigerator door gasket and is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and replace the right hand refrigerator door gasket. Tested the ice dispenser and found that the motor and impeller were working properly, but found the left side refrigerator door popping out word when the unit was trying to dispense. Looked at the ice container and found that the pushbutton to release the ice container was jammed and would not Come out. Replaced the ice container and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling properly and stuff is not fully frozen in the freezer. I found the evaporator with a full frost pattern but the evaporator fan was not running with 12.3VDC to it. I replaced the fan motor and now everything is working as designed. Customer does not have water connected to the unit and the icemakers are both turned off. Call complete.

A washing machine that is flashing an F1 E3 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Ran into diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I check the pressure hose for any cracks or signs of blockage. Could not find any issue with the pressure hose. Went to the control and found that the pressure hose sitting on the control was extremely loose due to the pressure hose expanding on top of the control. Cut off a small bit of the pressure hose and replaced the main control. I tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for leaking water. Upon arrival inspected unit and do not see obvious traces of leaks. Test unit by running a normal load with deep fill. Unit filled correctly from valve and does not leak. Inspected tub with unit filled and there are no leaks.. after all test noticed a small drip of water from valve near cold coil. Need to replace valve. Replaced valve W11614513. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises and not filling. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed until the spin cycle when it began to make a loud screeching noise. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield along with belt shavings (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and provided a photo. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and cleaned the shield (photo) and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
