I cleared some ice away from the thermistor and removed the reservoir cap to allow water to flow into the external drain pump and tested. The unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit continued to operate as designed. Based on the information provided by the customer and the possibility that the external drain pump is in the beginning stages of failure, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed and replaced the external drain pump and retested. Is over filling. Tried running harvest cycle and found it took 40 minutes for I.M. To complete harvest. Also found inlet valve had power sent to it for over 9 seconds and over filling I.M. I check3d resistance lvls between each end of P2-2 harness to ice maker sporadically jumping between 0.5-70.3 ohms and causing ice maker to stall constantly through harvest. At time of service I could confirmed any dc load failure due to inconsistency. Unit could have possible wiring degradation in liner as well. Arrived onsite for a washer making a loud grinding noise. I did a visual check of all the drive parts and found them all good. The customer stated it happens when its in the rinse cycle. I found no stored error codes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. The customer had a video and it sounds like an extra loud alarm when the clothes are finished. I ran a quick wash cycle with a load of sheets and tested it. I found the washer making the grinding noise when it went into a spin. I found the actuator not traveling far enough to engage the cam correctly and causing a grinding noise. I replace the cam and actuator then ran the quick wash cycle again. The machine went into its second spin cycle and was working as designed sounding normal. Call complete.

I then plugged the connector in right and the unit still did not trip the breaker. I turn the unit on and heated the oven to 350?. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting enough water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit operating as designed. Tested the valve I.n manual test mode and the valve continues to operate properly. I calibrated the unit and retested again and it continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
