Arrived onsite for a washer that would at times not start a cycle. Upon inspection I found that the stat button would at times not responding. I replaced the control and tested the unit and found that the unit operating as designed

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not filling. I tested the unit and found errors for low fill / motor over voltage code. Ran full diagnostic cycle and found 0 errors present after. I didn't see any leaks or damage to the unit. Tested a regular cycle and found it filled and ran properly with no failures at this time. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I disaster unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat, and fuse and found the element open. Removed the element and found the middle metal plate cracked and the coils broken (photo). Also found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). I replaced the element and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Using my vent test kit, I tested the unit with the vent tube attached at the back of the unit and it failed two tests. I removed the tube and retested and the unit passed (photos). I recommended the customer have the vent checked/cleaned. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for icemaker not working. On inspection found that the icemaker is not dispensing. When the paddle is pushed there is a grinding noise. I dumped all the ice out and tried to move auger and it was stuck. On further notice found that the crushed ice had frozen up in the ice bin keeping the auger from moving. I melted all the ice in the ice bin and reinstalled it, it now is moving freely. Replaced the ice back in the bin and tried the dispenser again., it is working now. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.o"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to install a new microwave inner door panel and shim the unit to get it leveled and not sitting on the front vents. Upon arrival, I tested the microwave door functions and its operating as designed (opening/closing). I found the unit is sitting on the drawer trim below the unit. I pulled the unit out and found the support board under the unit is installed too low creating a lip and not allowing the unit to sit properly (photo) and the mounting screws were not secured on the right side. Also found the cabinets are not cutout to specifications and are too wide from left to right and a piece of 1/2 inch trim has been added to take up the extra space (photo). I placed four shims on the support board to raise the unit so that it does not rest on the front lower vent and once I placed the unit back in its space, the unit continues to rest on the vents. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that they would need to contact their builder in regards to the cabinets not being cutout the proper size and advised of the trim piece. Also advised them of the bottom support board not being flush with the drawer trim and that it needed to be raised or the trim piece lowered to allow the unit to sit properly and not rest on the vents. Also advised that the microwave door is closing as designed and would not need the inner door panel to be replaced. I advised the customer that I would be contacting the manufacturer to get this info documented for future reference if needed. No repairs needed to the unit at this time. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of my findings and that the issue with the unit is due to installation. Kurt agreed that it is an installations issue and provided SR#7737051271. I advised him that the NTC harness appeared to go to the dry NTC thermistor. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining and showing error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Customer advised another tech company had previously serviced the unit and replaced the Main control and control panel for error code F9E1-no drain. I continued with testing and shortly after the unit filled with water, the motor came on but for a brief moment then the entire unit shut down. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and found error code F7E1-motor failure. I advised the customer of my findings and explained why the unit was not draining due to the main control not receiving the motor signal to start the drain pump. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested and unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Rory and advised of the previous history per customer report and the complaint and my findings and repairs. Rory documented in the file and provided SR#7737057729. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making much ice and frosting up in the FC again. I found the FC at 5 degrees. I tested the thermistor from the control and it read as warmer than harvest temp. I ran a harvest and found the icemaker getting stuck at the break position and not returning to home position properly. I replaced the icemaker and ran harvest again. The icemaker works as designed. I found frost build up on the ice bin and around the bottom of the bin. I found the ice door not sealing properly and leaking warm air. The ice door separator will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has operated since last repair with a few exceptions. I found the unit not connected to wifi. Customer and I attempted to connect the unit and it failed several times. While attempting to connect, the unit shut down and rebooted. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E0-UI lost communication. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and unit is operating as designed. Also was able to get the unit connected to wifi. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for squealing noise. Found all rollers and idler were seizing causing belt to slip. Replaced roller kit w/ idler and drive belt. Noise is no longer present. Unit failed ventilation test. Advised customer to have vent leading to exterior professionally cleared of any restrictions. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for range tripping breaker . Checked and found no issues with harness and getting correct voltage . Ran bake cycle and tripped within a min or so then breaker would trip .breaker would trip while resetting , it would take a couple tries to get breaker not to trip while resetting it . Repeated preheat test several times ,same results . Called tech line and documented findings . Recommended replacing breaker Sr 7737050966 also called safety 7737004023 . Job complete ."

Arrived on site for ice machine not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found stable 118.3v connection to drain motor but drain motor failing to pass power to ice machine. Replaced drain motor w11539855. Reassembled and tested unit. Found ice machine had fully functionality restored and working with no leaks as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that started making the same noise again. I found the fan not running and ice build up at the bottom of the evaporator cover. The customer stated the noise got real bad on Sunday and it stopped but it also stopped cooling correctly in the RC. I ran service test 90 and had 123VAC out of the main control between P2-5 and P1-2 but I had no amp draw indicating an open circuit. Either the heater or thermal fuse has failed. Ordering W11567407 heater. RS for Mon 8/14 per KC.; ordrng 1 W11567407 (Heater)

Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Found bake not igniting. Found a couple relays on did module were burnt out. Replaced damaged module and tested to 350 with no issues. Job complete.
